• Roger (8/5): - Nice big room. Lots of space in each section of each room. Bedroom, bathroom and lounge. The fridge had free snacks which was nice. And they replaced each item everyday. We also had a nice view of the ocean as we were on the 3rd floor. Generally everything was very good. Minor things like a cockroach in our room and the tv was off centre in the lounge area.

• Verified traveler (6/5): 관리가 좀 안되는게 안타깝네요. - 장점: 애월이라 위치가 좋아요, 풀빌라 풀이 깊고 넓은편이예요, 침대가 넓고 넷플릭스 시청 가능해요. 단점: 청소 상태와 시설 관리가 부족해보여요(냄새) 풀장 바닥이 청소가 안되는지 너무 미끄러워 낙상주의, 가족 아니면 아주 불편한 오픈된 화장실과 샤워실 구조 여름이고 야외 풀빌라인지라 지네, 거미, 개구리, 귀뚜라미 등등 많은 자연체험을 감수해야 하지만 관리만 조금 잘된다면 아주 좋은 곳입니다.

• Betty Jeanne (10/5): - The hotel is up-to-date and well maintained. Our room was comfortable and had nice bathroom and shower facilities. The room was outfitted with a small refrigerator, microwave, and Nespresso machine—bonus points for this nicety! Even though we were told the room would only be serviced once during our three-night stay, it was cleaned every day. The hotel is on the north west end of Jeju, and the closest town is the charming yet unassuming village of Aewol. It’s not exactly lively but suited us well. The nightly rate was excellent value for the quality of the facility and service.

Ample room for a family of 4, and the yard + pool was fantastic. The pool is heated as well which was a very good surprise for us There’s a lot of insects, and we saw a few centipedes in the room as well. This can be very dangerous and the management should take better care so these do not come inside the room. Also the yard was not very clean.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - 조용하고 따뜻하게 친구와 잘 지내고 왔어요 애월 해안도로를 바라보고 있어 바다뷰입니다 호텔동은 3층건물들로 고내동과 신엄동추천합니다 조식은 간단히 알차게 먹었고 7~9시에 제공되는 비어스낵바는 무료로 이용, 숙속에서 편하게 생맥주와 안주를 즐길수 있어 너무 좋았습니다 다음엔 와인도 먹어 보고 싶네요 애월쪽 묵으실땐 추천합니다
• JOONHYEOK (8/5): - 침대가 편안하고 전반적으로 깔끔하고 괜찮았어요 다만 욕실은 사진을 보고 생각했던것보단 작았구요 습기로인해 바다도 잘 보이진 않아서 아쉬웠던것 같아요. 조식은 그냥 무난합니다.
• Aryza Mae (8/5): - The room and the whole property was super aesthetic. It was like a little modern beach village. The view from the room also looks out to the water which was very nice and the location was close to all the major cafes in aewol. The hotel is also located along the coast which is a nice walk and view as you walk/drive along. The room itself was very modern with stone style walls and flooring. The room was also very spacious. Unfortunately there is no elevators and we were on the 3rd floor which required us to carry our heavy luggage up three flights of stairs. The room also wasn’t fully equipped with amenities compared to other hotel stays we have been too. This one did not have a iron/steamer in the room, it did not have face wipes or qtips. But they do restock water bottles for you and towels and there is a fridge and tv which we used quite frequently. The bathroom has a very nice tub which we used. It did take sometime to fill up but overall relaxing. Unfortunately the rainfall shower head did not work well and was difficult to turn the knob to activate so we only used the hand held shower head. We enjoyed our stay but we will likely explore other hotels within the area for next time.

• Dongkyun (7/5): very good trip. - The staffs were very nice and friendly. If swimming pool is located in in-door, it would be great. Fitness center would be welcome.
• Lee (8/5): Very good - The view but we were out most of the time so.. We didn’t have a car so we had to walk up the hill to get to the room. No lifts, had to carry our bags up the stairs.
• Lee (10/5): Exceptional - The pool was warm so we could swim while the weather was still cold. The spa was also great, spacious room and bathroom. The view was also good.
• Karen (7/5): relaxing stay but the service is not worth it for this price - clean and well kept, there’s some restaurants and convenience store nearby. nice that it’s facing the sea directly and a short walk to the waterfront. very relaxing feel. rooms look exactly like the photos shown the rooms are quite a distance away from the reception counter. for those not driving, imagine having to drag your luggage from the reception area to the rooms. then there’s no lift up to the upper levels 😓 thankfully on the day of check in, as per MY request the hotel staff used the hotel vehicle to drive me up to my room and helped me to bring my luggage up to the second floor. if not, I think I would have checked out and gone to another hotel. on the day of check out, they were not sensitive to note that I would need help (just like the day of check in) so I just dragged my luggage out me down on my own. thought they could have noted this and made it a point to offer help as part of their service. then there’s a glass window by the side of the bed that’s next to the staircase leading up to the room. the wooden blind doesn’t cover totally - when the morning sun is bright it shines in and there’s always a constant fear of privacy being infringed if someone were walking up the stairs and blinds are up.
