Так как когда отдыхаешь хочется чувствовать качес - Вилла просторная очень, есть все необходимое для жизни в принципе. 1. Уборка отвратительная, не моют поверхности, мы заехали и на окнах были следы от рук предидущих жильцов. 2. Полотенца не чистые, пахнут сыростью. В ванной комнате не меняют мыло/крем/гель для душа и так далее. 3. В кухне раковина грязная. 4. Мы поменяли комнату одну так как в одной спальне ужасно воняло сыростью и она была повсюду под кроватью под стеклом. 5. Джакузи поломана, там купаться не возможно. 6. В бассейне полно сухих листьев, никто его не чистит во время уборки. 7. Завтраки скудные, мы заказывали яйца с беконом, приносили один кусочек бекона или одну маленькую сосиску еще и на выбор🙈. 8. Постельное белье не меняют каждый день. 9. Территория не ухоженная, кусты не пострижены. 10. Над нашей кроватью кто-то жил ( там такой открытый чердак), наверное мыша и вечно на нас что-то падало сверху ( то самое тоже падало 2раза. Ужас конечно спать и думать, что на тебя ночью свалиться какая-то живность свалиться. 11. Само расположение страшноватое, ночью много собак вокруг. 12. Расположение внутри местной обычной жизни, полно вокруг мусора, территория не ухоженная. Когда первые разы выходили в саа ка перманент который находится далековато было немного не по сете. Дорога не удобная, постоянная череда байков. Если идти с маленькими детьми, нужно нести на руках. 13. Вилла откровенно старая и требует срочной реновации, видно что хозяин выжимает из нее просто последние соки.

The Nusa Dua location is fantastic for beach lovers being steps from Tanjung Benoa. I had a wonderful stay at D&G Villa. The villa was spacious and clean, with a fantastic private pool. The highlight was the outdoor movie setup—perfect for relaxing evenings. The location is excellent, just a one-minute walk to Tanjung Benoa Beach and close to restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly, laundry and food were very good quality. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Bali. Everything was fine

In some rooms you can see water damage and because of that smell is unpleasant. I didn’t like location of the villa. It’s located in the village and almost every evening local people burn garbage. • Dorotea (10/5): - Our stay at Dolce & Gabbana Villas Bali was absolutely fantastic. Honestly, this place exceeded all our expectations. The villas are surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens, everything is spotless, peaceful, and very well maintained. You wake up to birds singing, warm sunshine, and that amazing Bali atmosphere. It feels private, relaxing, and truly special. The staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything — the service here is genuinely top-notch. The food at the villa was also a big highlight for us. The kitchen prepares really delicious meals — we loved the carbonara, burgers, and sandwiches. Everything tasted fresh, homemade, and very satisfying. Perfect when you just want to relax and enjoy the villa. The location is also very convenient. There is a small bay only about 100 meters from the villa where you can take a short walk and enjoy beautiful sunsets. It’s not the open Indian Ocean but a calm bay, so the water is shallow — however the view in the evening is stunning. Right next to it there is a five-star hotel where you can grab cocktails at the bar or play billiards, just a two-minute walk away. If you want a perfect swimming beach, we highly recommend Nusa Dua Beach, which is only about 8 minutes by taxi (around $2). The water there is always great for swimming. Another beautiful spot nearby is Geger Beach, with soft white sand and gorgeous turquoise water. Within a few minutes walk (around 300–400 meters) there are plenty of great cafés and restaurants serving pizza, seafood, and local dishes — we tried several places and everything was delicious. There’s also a lot to explore around the area. About a 10–15 minute walk from the villa there are small turtle farms where you can see and feed sea turtles (around $1 donation). During our trip we also visited Waterbom Bali, saw waterfalls, went to the zoo and safari park, and enjoyed Bali’s amazing wildlife and nature. Overall, we had an incredible time.
• Andrey Kurmanin (10/5): - This place is absolutely amazing. My wife and I travel quite a lot, and Dolce Gabbana Villa is easily one of the most beautiful and relaxing places we have stayed. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome, comfortable and completely at home. Everything here is spotless, stylish and very well maintained. The rooms are extremely comfortable, the beds are great, and you can see that everything is new and high quality. The entire villa has a warm, peaceful and luxurious atmosphere. The breakfasts were fantastic every morning – fresh, delicious and beautifully prepared by the chef. Having breakfast by the pool while surrounded by tropical gardens, butterflies and birds was an unforgettable experience. In the mornings we even saw hummingbirds flying through the garden, which made the place feel truly magical. The pool is large, crystal clean and perfect for relaxing. The gardens are stunning and very well cared for. The whole property feels like a private tropical oasis where you can completely switch off and enjoy the quiet. The staff deserve a special mention – they are incredibly friendly, kind and always ready to help. A big thank you to the manager, who was outstanding. He helped us with everything: car rental, excursions, recommendations and local tips. His advice made our stay even better. What we loved the most is the peaceful atmosphere. It’s very quiet, calm and perfect if you want to relax and escape from busy tourist areas. We truly had an incredible stay and honestly didn’t want to leave. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable and unforgettable place to stay.

Thin bath towels, spa bath on a trickle and no hot water to it, couldn’t use it!

• Gintare (6/5): Needs TLC - The best thing about this villa was the swimming pool. One of the rooms smelt really bad, damp all over. The bathroom smelt bad, too. Breakfast wasn't great. Fruit also had a flavour of mould/damp. Staff helpful but also struggling to speak english. We managed to change the villa after the first night, and the smell was much better. I wouldn't pay this amount of money next time for this villa, as the best was the swimming pool.

We checked out early with no hot water or pressure and they blamed the guests. Cost me over $2000 for 1 night stay and refused to refund. Cockroaches in the kitchen and on the cutlery. Beds & pillows were like rocks. Breakfast was stone cold. Location felt like a ghetto. Projector played dvd’s only and primarily Russian. Host was present sleazy with females shirt off and spiking about the villa’s. Absolutely ruined my family vacation. Staff were pleasant and tried their best. Poor communication following check out. I wish I’d never booked this Villa… and will never be back again. If your Villa is not ready to accomodate guests stop charging $460 per night and fix the maintenance issues that plague this property. See above - disgraceful

Description of what was in villa was not correct, if the item was there it was not working. Big screen outside was only able to view YouTube. Spa baths were unable to be used due to no water, when we got water then no water pressure so would have taken two days to fill On checkout accused of not paying a laundry bill, I did pay it! Tried to say I did 2 laundry services that we did not! This was the worst place I have ever stayed!

Refrigerator not working, air-conditioner not cold, stove no gas... When queried about it, staff was defensive instead of apologetic, making excuses instead of trying their best to help. Considering the price paid, still decent value.
• Vashte (7/5): A little tired but has potential. - This would a fabulous space for a family. We took the three bedroom villa but they lock up two for a couple to make it a one bedroom. Lovely large pool and excellent privacy. Fabulous kitchen facilities . Staff are just fabulous in true Balinese style. The villa is a little tired. It could do with a thorough spring clean , re-staining of the wood. A quick paint job. This would make it pop. Meals are average. I’m not sure where the kitchen is but it seems as though it might be a walk away. Location isn’t outstanding for Nusa Dua and you definitely need transport to get around.

Also the breakfast was able to customize and requested time. Even 6:00 am was able to make it. Cleanliness of the kitchen utensils. Lot of insects like cockroach and big ants everywhere. And due to raining, evening time lot of termites. so need to turn of the lights. and even there was a rat visited the living room. When we check in, the living room lights were not working. Hot water was not working. And it was night time, my kids were very tired and we need to wait long time for fixing all of it. those should be checked before next guest check in.

The projector will not work with USA streaming services and you cant get others unless you have local credit card. the jetted tub was also broken, after filling 1/3 full it would leak onto the floor and fill no higher. even with these problems still a great stay.

They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was catered to. They were so polite and respectful. The location of the villa was not ideal at all. The pictures are posted through a rose glassed lense and it’s safe to say, this isn’t what we expected. The pool water gave me a skin reaction and so, for the duration of the trip, I had to avoid swimming in the pool due to the flare up I had. The beds were not comfortable at all. Breakfast was very mid, nothing too special.

The front entrance looked shabby, more like a workshop than a reception area. The alley leading to the villa was dirty and cluttered, with stray dogs roaming around—we honestly thought the taxi driver had taken us to the wrong place. It would have been helpful if the listing mentioned that the villa is nestled within a local village setting, to avoid the shock we experienced on arrival.

The pool has algae (everything turned green within 5minutes). The shower had fungus, limescale and tiles were broken. Even the toiletseat was broken. The photos look amazing, but unfortunately everything is dated and just poorly maintained.

The property has a tv projector and we were looking forward but it only picks up Russian and the staff tried but could not fix it . I saw this was an issue in older reviews and I thought it would be sorted by our trip but it was not.

It would be better if they offer all you can eat breakfast. - Pool, nice staff, bedrooms and comfortable living area Location isn’t very great and Small serve of breakfast . Serve wasn’t enough neither for adult nor for growing kids. You have to have order more and ofcourse it’s not free. Technically breakfast is not free.

• Alex (10/5): Great experience, I highly recommend it! - We arrived at D&G with my husband and a small child, a magnificent villa with excellent repair, delicious food on the menu, there is a massage room with a Jacuzzi, we ordered massages, my husband and I really liked it, upon request, the masseuse arrived in 10 minutes, the prices are not very expensive, about 4-5 times cheaper than in other salons. The beach is nearby, 10 minutes on foot without hurrying, you go out to water sports, but turning right, there are a lot of 5-star hotels, if you buy a cocktail or eat from them according to the menu, then they provide you with a chaise longue, a towel, their beach, pools and restaurants with pleasure. Also nearby, 8-10 minutes by taxi, there is a beach where, at low tide, the water never leaves, as in all of Bali, so you can swim there at any time. Good friendly staff with knowledge of English, well cleaned, polite. Everything is in very good condition, the owner constantly monitors the quality, which is probably not easy, with such humidity. Beautiful large villa, with a beautiful garden and a clean swimming pool, 15 minutes from the airport, special thanks to the Nova manager. I didn't like that we saw one ant in the kitchen, but we called the lobby, and the staff brought us a spray removing the ant

• Sally (8/5): Quiet and relaxing with incredibly friendly and helpful service. - The location was perfect for us. It was hidden away and secluded but a short walk to everything we needed. The place could have been cleaned a bit better. There was mould in some of the showers, glasses and crockery not very clean and some general wear and tear issues but the rest of the place was tidy and comfortable.

Bought bread and put in cupboard bread was full of ants the next day. No hot water after day 1 very outdated decor def not 5 star. Had a big projector for each room which was great, but all movies only in Russian. TV very hard to get working, and would only change towels if you asked.

• Lisa (5/5): Pleasant but not somewhere i would choose to stay again. - Rooms were spacious with ample closet storage. Airconditioning worked well in bedrooms. Pool was great size. Ample crockery, cutlery etc to use. Good size fridge/freezer (could be a bit colder even after putting on max setting). Staff were very friendly. We rented villa 2. One of the bedrooms had the pool filter next to the wall which came on at random times and was very loud. Dogs barking and howling most nights. Rooms are quite dated. Cleanliness was not really up to scratch. Kitchen sink was not clean. TV unit equipment was a projector which went onto a wall and only watchable at night, it was difficult to navigate and no other TV available in the main living area . Bedroom TV's were not all working and most in Russian language. We had 6 people staying and there was not sufficient seating for all in the lounge area. Delivery of bottled water per day was not existent unless we requested it. Breakfast was very hit and miss, sometimes not edible and usually cold and not cooked adequately.

Was disappointed that there was ability to make yourself a coffee/tea nor anyway of reheating food as there was no microwave.

• Татьяна (10/5): Exceptional - From my point of view, this is the best place where we could spend our holidays - "at home". Lots of space, light, white bed linen, chic bathroom with Jacuzzi, incredibly clean pool... I was in D&G villas together with my son and husband. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail: in addition to a projector with a screen directly above the pool, a sound system with a smartphone connection, a bathrobe, an excellent breakfast that was brought to the villa at a pre-arranged time, comfortable bathrooms, Jacuzzi, fully equipped kitchen, swimming pool - all these details mattered, creating for us a wonderful holiday, like in an expensive 5-star hotel, but for a reasonable price. I realized with what taste and high quality the whole concept of the villa was created. Lunch and dinner we ordered at our villa. Prices are low, portions are large. Asian, Indonesian and European cuisine. And the service is right at the villa - so you will eat in your comfort. The ocean in 5 minutes by car is clean, thanks to the reef that is all along the Nusa Dua line, there are no big waves here, and swimming is safe, unlike all other areas of Bali. We will definitely return to the D&G Villas. I recommend it to everyone!
