• Sandriues (9/5): Bien equipado y buena ubicación. - La cocina estaba perfectamente equipada y la ubicación es muy buena. Los armarios, las toallas y la cama para los niños estaba bien equipada y era fácil de convertir el sofá en cama. Si volviera a Sevilla repetiría en este apartamento. Además el parking fue imprescindible y cerca del piso. Estaba todo ordenado y limpio, excepto unas manchas de humedad en una baldosa de la ducha, que molestan visualmente. Todo bien, faltaba un poco más de luz en el baño y en la entrada, para arreglarse, pero no es importante.

• adira (9/5): - בדירה נחמדה מאוד. יש מקום לשפר קצת בתחזוקה אבל לא משמעותי. המיקום די קרוב לאטרקציות אבל לא במרכז. קיבלנו הסבר מפורט כיצ להגיע ומה לעשות. החניה במרחק קצר מהמקום. צריך קודם להגיע לדירה לאסוף את המפתחות והשלט לחניון.

The location is excellent for reaching the historic centre of the city Despite the double glazing, rollerblinds and curtains, it was still possible to hear the traffic on the road outside until quite late

• Robert (7/5): Nice apartment but very noisy - Convenient for Sevilla centre and train station. Well equipped with all that you need from an apartment. Uncomfortable bed. Too much noise from road outside. Double glazed windows did nothing to reduce noise levels which did result in disturbed sleep. Road is a busy route into Sevilla with buses passing by constantly from early morning to late night/into the night. And Sevilla drivers like to use their horns….a lot.

• Johan (8/5): A flat with modern amenities in a modern house - Over three meters to the ceiling in a newly built house. Very friendly hostess. Working AC (good to have even in November when outdoor temperature exceeded 27°C). Washing machine (with integrated dryer) and laundry rack were not our requirement. But when discovered, we were quite happy using it. The kitchenette was somewhat sparsely equipped, still sufficiently for cooking evening meal and morning coffee. The sliding door to the bathroom was quite difficult to handle. The door preferred to be half open. Wifi worked semi-well in the living room but worse in the bedroom. And even when the wifi signal was OK, short-term interruptions of the internet connection occurred many times.

• Michael (10/5): Excellent choice! - What a cute apartment! Perfect for a stay. Great staff and location. They were so helpful and allowed me to check out a little later as I had work to finish off. It's very equipped as it has a mini dish washer and washing machine. The only comment I would make is that it would be great to have small condiments such as salt, pepper and a little olive oil. It's the type.of place you would cook in as it's an aparthotel style. Other than that..My wife and I loved our stay.
