Short distance from Sea front, close to Mall and supermarket. Air con. Quiet at night. Lady on desk was polite and helpful, let me check in early. thanks! My online request was for a nice view. They agreed to this online . My flat was on the ground floor facing the street facing a big bush. (No view at all). Not a big problem, but a veiw would have been nice.

• Mark (10/5): Family apartment stay - Stay for 2 adults and our almost 3 year old Son. Perfect stay. Very spacious apartment in a quiet area just 5/10 minutes walk from the main entrance to the promenade. Aircon worked well and bins were emptied daily. Kitchenette in the studio was great and had all utensils you’d need. Fridge, microwave and hob too. Check in was quick, stairs only which is fine for us. No complaints and price was very reasonable.

• Oleg (7/5): - Nice place to stay during vocation. Clean. Good location. Good service. Good price. You should be careful and not leave food on the table. Especially sweets. Otherwise, the ants will carry it away.
• David (10/5): A great stay and would return. - Good quality apartments 5 minutes walk from Pathos harbour, they're in a nice quiet location, a little traffic noise but not much. The rooms are large and well furnished. We chose a room in the main block where the reception and little bar is, I would highly recommend that, those rooms are the superior rooms with either pool views or views to the outside.

• Maria (5/5): - La posizione. Il monolocale non era rispondente a quello pubblicizzato. Tutto vecchiotto, in particolar modo il fornello che non funzionava. Ne hanno messo uno volante. La pulizia della camera non è stata fatta in mattinata. Alle 15 mentre eravamo a riposare ci hanno aperto la porta senza bussare per fare le pulizie. La signora alla reception molto scorbutica.

• Kirilova (9/5): Автентичност - Надмина очакванията ми за съотношение цена - качество, в сайта гледах други снимки на доста по-стар апартамент. Когато влязохме размера беше уау, предостатъчно място за всички и за багажа. Почистваха редовно, най-голям късмет беше стаята с тераса към басейна, за да наблюдавам детето как плува, докато се наслаждавам на почивката си. Има гледка басейн и една малка симпатична църква до оградата, която ме държи в усещането, че съм турист в Кипър. Лека препоръка- няма шампоанчета и душ гел, добре че бях прочела отзиви, че няма такива. Всичко е на кратко пешеходно разстояние. Не пропускайте пекарната Зорбас, която е 24/7 на 8-10мин пеш, голям бюджетен хранителен магазин в мола на 5 мин пеш и разбира се басейна беше с перфектна температура на водата за май месец, дори го предпочитахме пред плажа. Спирки наблизко, пристанището 10мин надолу, уцелих с перфектна локация. Типично кипърско, не обичам хотели тип all inclusive, а места, които носят автентично усещане.

It’s a large room, AC works well, it is a fairly quiet street, and it’s possible to walk to the marina. Shower water pressure was pitiful, but eventually you get the soap off. Wifi weak, used the phone hotspot.

• Rafał (9/5): Udany pobyt, gorąco polecam! - Bardzo przyjazna obsługa w recepcji. Nie było problemu z pozostawieniem bagaży. Przestronne pokoje, wygodne łóżka, klimatyzacja. Dobra lokalizacja. Dostępny basen i leżaki. Wyposażenie nie jest najnowsze, ale jak na budżetowy pobyt standard odpowiedni.

• Denise (8/5): Perfect location, nice studio, lovely cleaners just some safety issues around the pool - I stayed in the superior studio and it was very nice overlooking the pool on the first floor and shaded except for the sun in the afternoon on the balcony. It was a very nice room. Lovely shower. Staff were friendly. Cleaners were superb, my room was cleaned daily to a very good standard. Location was 15 minutes walk to the harbour and around the same to the Kings Mall, so perfectly central, but in a quiet location. Lots of other venues - restaurants, bars etc on the way to the harbour and seafront to choose from if you didn't want to walk 15 minutes, plus local shops to buy any snacks, water etc. I would stay here again when I return to Paphos in the future. Walls were very thin so heard everything from next door. Luckily, my neighbours were quiet the majority of the time, so it wasn't an issue. Sunbed cushions were washed down every day, but the rest of the sunbed wasn't, so there were cobwebs hanging from the frame. Glass bottles were allowed around the pool which were a bit dangerous if there are children running around with bare feet, as several were broken by other guests during my stay. It did not bother me, as I had flip flops to wear to and from the pool, but it would be awful if a child got injured from any remnants which had not been fully cleared up. This is the only hotel I have ever stayed in that allowed glass bottles around the pool. Normally there are plastic glasses only that drinks are poured into. Checkout is at 11am which is very early, so I booked an extra night just so I could stay in the room until 7pm, as my shuttle bus was not arriving until then to take me to the airport.

Kontakt z obsługą bezproblemowy, dostalismy klucze do mieszkania razem z adapterem EU. Klimatyzacja w cenie. Darmowe WIFI Wchodząc do pokoju, zastaliśmy niedokładnie posprzątane meble oraz nieumyte naczynia. Brudne, zaschnięte garnki, sztućce, talerze. Na kuchence pełno sierści kota, a na poduszkach na krzesłach pełno okruszków. Toster nie działał. Sprzątaczki pod naszą nieobecność weszły do pokoju i wyniosły śmieci. Zostawiły otwarty balkon, aby wywietrzyć pomieszczenie, jednakże pokoj znajdował się na parterze, więc byle kto z zewnątrz mógł wejść do środka nieproszonym.

• Omer Cohen (1/5): - Very good value for money, nice staff, comfy bed & the room is surprisingly big. It's still a budget hotel, so it had stuff like very low water pressure in the shower (without soap and shampoo BTW) & bad wifi connection. The "parking lot" also looks like a basement they broke the walls of, super hard to navigate with a station wagon. Room service left my door unlocked after they cleaned it and that's totally unacceptable, so I'm sorry but this brings my review score to 1, can't overlook that.

• Marian (1/5): Totally unacceptable behaviour of the manager - Location - 10 minutes to the seaside and archeological site and close to good restaurants. Room is spacious. So, where to start? Me and my husband have travelled to over 60 countries all over the world and stayed in hundreds of accomodations. And this is my first 1-star booking review. So just to give you a context that I am definetely not a notorious complainer and I really do not expect some luxury when I pay 63 euro for a European hotel in 2026. BUT. One thing is that the hotel is very worn out. I personally don't care that much about this fact when I see that there is some care taken regarding the furniture service etc. But this is not the case. It looks like there has been no service done for many years. Another thing is that the bed linen was not clean. It probably was washed (at least smelled like that) but it had stains. There was of course also some mould... so given these conditions, even when the price is pretty low, I would still say it is a bit too high, also compared with 6 different accomodations we stayed in during our Cyprus trip. But despite all these things I would not give the 1 rating - maybe 6/7... but what made me do this is the TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR of the staff, probably manager (he did not introduce himself, just started to shout loudly at us when we parked our car in front of the reception). I would say, if you can't handle your behaviour/emotions, you simply should not work with people, it's that simple. We are your PAYING customers, not the opposite way. As I mentioned before, we have never ever had any problems with any staff anywhere in the world. Of course, not everyone is always friendly and smiling, but that's normal. But this... was a total "red line crossing" and ruined many following hours of our vacation.

Pokój jest duży i jest w nim wszystko co potrzebne na kilku dyniowy pobyt , suszarka do włosów , ręczniki , aneks kuchenny , lodówka . • Merve (6/5): Für ein paar Tage reicht es aus :) - Die Lage war sehr gut Die Dusche war dreckig. Wenn man Wasser gegen die Duschkabine gehalten hat m, kam Dreck runter.. zudem fehlte der Duschkabine eine Tür, so dass das ganze Wasser aus der Dusche raus gelangte bis außerhalb des Badezimmer:(
• Marvin (7/5): A good stay of you like to stay close to the beach. - It was in a great area close to the beach and also not too far from the city center I think the prize is a bit high for what you get, but in general I can recommend the apartment. Especially the personal was very friendly!

• kakosimidi (7/5): Αρκετά ευχάριστη. - Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή, δίπλα στα αρχαία και λιμάνι. Το προσωπικό ευγενικό, αλλά όχι κάτι παραπάνω. Υπάρχει μικρή πισίνα, αρκετά καθαρή. Δεν υπήρχαν ούτε σαμπουάν, ούτε υγρό για μπάνιο. Μόνο 2 κομμάτια σαπούνι. Οι πετσέτες λίγες και δεν τις αλλάξανε όταν καθάρισαν το δωμάτιο, μόνο το χαλάκι στο μπάνιο. Δεν υπήρχε χαρτί κουζίνας στο κουζινάκι.

• Aneta (8/5): Good value for money, would stay there again - the apartment is at good location, close to the bus stop to the airport, has swimming pool, big shopping mall behind the corner, restaurants, bars and historical sites at walking distance We got what we expected, the furniture is bit older and you can see signs of "wear and tear", also found clump of hair under the table but bed was comfy, sheets clean. Kitchen has microwave and also kettle, knife was missing but all cutleries, plates and cups were there. Staff in nice and polite, we could leave luggage there till evening.

• Pasqual (10/5): Zusammengefasst super - Wer nicht viel Luxus erwartet und einfach nur ein Hotel bzw. Apartment sucht für einen kurz Urlaub ist hier richtig. Wir waren zu dritt für 8 Tage hier und haben nichts zu bemängeln. Alles was vorhanden war, hat funktioniert und es war recht sauber. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und die Lage war top. 10min zu fuß zum Strand und 5min bis zur Kings Hall Mall um dort einzukaufen oder zu essen. Für kleines Geld wirklich top.

• shlomo (1/5): Very disappointing and unsafe experienced - I liked only the location. We had a very difficult stay. My daughter has a severe allergy to cats. A cat entered our room when the door was briefly opened , which caused serious concern. We also found ants on the floor, and the room was very stuffy. We couldn't ventilate the room due to fear of more cats entering. As a result we had to leave and book another hotel, losing money despite already paid. Overall, this stay did not meet even basic expectations, that's why we can't recommend this hotel , especially for guests with allergies or those expecting basic cleanliness and comfort.
