- Van Horn (8/5): We very much enjoyed our stay, and would definitely try to book for a future visit. - The unit was very clean, the location was perfect, wifi was great, the local Vacasa personnel were extremely friendly and helpful ( Candice, Tracy ), they also helped a lot with special request that I had The entry door could be tricky when entering the code , the TV was a bit cumbersome to navigate, and not a ton of viewing options. It would be helpful to know in advance if guests should bring things like foil, plastic wrap, facial tissue, etc.
- Peckham (9/5): Great little getaway place! Space in spades! - The unit was spacious and in good order generally. Staff were very responsive when we had trouble with the door code. The location was perfect. The bed were comfortable and lots of room around the bed to walk around. The view was beautiful and the hot tub a delight! We will be back!! The only thing I would suggest is that they fix the kitchen faucet (very loose) and replace the handle on the dishwasher lock as it was difficult to find without the plastic on it. Also saw a cobweb from the light fixture and a rotten lemon found behind the TV. Missed when they cleaned before we got there.

- Shannon (7/5): Was very lovely! The fees though adding up to like 30% of the stay is not so lovely - The property was exceptionally clean and the layout was wonderful. The beds are large, there was a great set of dishes and things to use and the POOL IS FANTASTIC! We really enjoyed the amenities and location to the village A few things: 1. The beds and pillows were not so comfy! The pillows were so small for a king size bed and they offered not much support 2. There were a few basic things missing such as tin foil, plastic wrap, they forgot our detergent but did bring it the following day, toiletries only are for a single day essentially so we did find we ran out and the shampoo is terrible lol we had to buy some since it was a shampoo conditioner blend. I’d suggest if this is a vacation rental to have those dispensers in the bathrooms so they can refill it. Most people don’t travel to an air bnb style home with toiletries and tin foil 3. Coffee and tea would be ideal it was not provided. 4. The dishwasher was very finicky to open and close 5. Thankfully we got parking but when we went out for dinner and came back on Friday night there were maybe 5 cars waiting to find parking on the premises which is very hectic.

- Andreas (7/5): - Great location, all in walking distance. Outdoor hot tub is very convenient. Coffee machine broken, old stove and some date furniture. No dishwasher soap available. Communicating via chat that response like an AI bot.
- Alex (5/5): Mediocre apartment for presidential suite price. - Hot tub was nice, fireplace in the appt was cozy and location was convenient. Cons - Water heater ran out of hot water after about 10 minutes of use, so almost everyone had to take a cold showers. Floors in the front washroom were FREEZING so everyone shared the one in the master bedroom. For the high price I feel the apartment should have exceeded expectations, even if it's a "resort" hotel apartment. Especially since check-in was at 4 pm. And checkout at 10 am. Most hotels have better check-in/out times than that. I requested an earlier check in time before the stay but heard no word back so plans were made accordingly to that. Booking and doing all the agreements would be a lot easier if they didn't push the vacasa app so aggressively. I'm not signing up for an account, downloading an app and dealing with linking everything together just for one stay. Overall it wasn't terrible, but it ABSOLUTELY wasn't worth near the price point, even being so close to the village. At $1600 for 2 nights, there should be a hot tub in the room, or a mini bar.

- Geneviève (4/5): Décevant au niveau du logement - Emplacement Annonce mensongère pour les animaux. Le site de booking indiquait clairement que nous pouvions apporter un chien de moins de 25lbs. Une fois que nous avons reçu le contrat à signer une semaine avant, nous avons constaté que nous ne pouvions pas apporter d’animaux du tout, nous avons téléphoné et expliquer la situation et aucun accommodement ne nous a été fait, nous ne pouvions même pas annuler sans frais pour pouvoir trouver un autre logement qui accepte les chiens. De plus, la première nuit, le logement en haut de nous a fait une fête jusqu’à 4h du matin il chantait même du karaoké. Nous n’avons vraiment pas bien dormi alors que l’établissement promettait des règlements pour les bruits.

- SOMWATIE (10/5): Gorgeous views with the perfect location for families to enjoy! - The location was fantastic! Overall, it was a very quiet and peaceful environment to spend some quality family time. The balcony had a gorgeous view of the pool and surroundings but unfortunately it was not swept or cleaned prior to us checking in.
- Elizabeth (10/5): - Saw others walking their dogs down the path beside the homes, they have tons of places to walk and are also welcome in the village and outdoor restaurants.The mountain view is lovely, can be seen from everywhere.The staff from Riverview were especially friendly, prompt with responses and were over the top helpful when I was changing apartments, had been arranged previously.

The Keurig wasn’t working but quick service replaced it before morning coffee time with friendly door to door service! Excellent stay for our family vacay with lots of games, entertainment both on and off property.

The electrical outlets are loose, there are only a couple that will hold plugs in place. Mattress on the main bedroom is a king size but sheets were smaller, they didn't fit and kept coming off.

- Demaria (4/5): Everything was good except for the 40 min wait to get into the place - We booked last minute and had to wait outside in 34 degree weather talking to a telephone operator in order to get a code so we can get into the place. Once we were in it was quite nice but I wouldn’t have booked it here if I knew the process to get into the building would be such an ordeal. The checking in experience. I was not even offered anything for the huge inconvenience

It was nice on a hot day to have the pool so close to our unit. Shout out to our hosts who made accommodation for us to park our four motorcycles at our unit. Ice cube trays could have been full. That's it. That is literally the only thing that wasn't right.
- Carolina (8/5): - This was a great place to stay with family and friends! It seems a little outdated. Most of the media you could connect via wifi or Bluetooth but they still have a CD player on premises. Shower on the main room is a bit smaller. Fantastic view of the gold courses.

Everything was available in the house for comfortable stay. - The area is so calm and nature friendly Last moment they changed my room and it was first floor. I have to carry all my luggage for 5 people by stairs. we booked for 5 people but the bedroom was one bedroom with king bed and another bedroom with 2 single beds so it’s was a bit difficult to arrange.

We messaged them as soon as we checked in at 4 and they said they would send someone to give us a new one. We waited until the hot tub closed at 10pm but the management did not respond. We were very disappointed. We even asked to be moved and no response.

The only thing i noticed was the old and worn out sofa set and its pillows, which seems little dirty and been there for years. But we can ignore that part, as the overall stay was amazing.

- Antjie (7/5): Disappointed at the new management - Spaciousness- this is my third time at this property, I like my other two apartment better - was more spacious with better views and better management The reservation and management is not anymore under Booking.com and locally under BlueMountain but under Vacasa, an American company - it was chaotic - I received over 7 emails- although Booking.com confirmed my reservation and payment information. Lots of warnings to check-out ontime or there are late charges. We did have to leave early for our meeting, but the checkout time is 10 am.
