Mimo, iż drugiego dnia zaproponowano mi zamianę na inny, niestety nie skorzystalam ponieważ pokój byłby dostępny po godz 13 , to porażka bo z pokoju wraz z rodziną wychodziłam wcześnie rano a wracałam późnym wieczorem. Uważam, że powinnam dostać rabat za pokój o niższym standardzie, a niestety takiego nie otrzymałam. Obsługa nawet nie zaproponowala rabatu .

- Francisco (1/5): - Nada La reserva se hizo y se pago desdé booking. Y cuando llegamos al lugar a los huéspedes nos dijeron que hakearon la página y asignaron habitación sin consentimiento. Nos tuvimos que ir de ese lugar sin encontrar hotel en Barcelona ya que eran días festivos y mucha demanda. Lo que me comentaron los locales es que esta trampa la hacen para cobrar más los Hoteles. Que horror tener que pasar por eso, ya que se hace el gargo a la tarjeta, hacer la aclaraciónen el banco, etc. gastos de uber y el lío de no encontrar hotel. Nosotros tuvimos que hospedarnos hasta Valles de Cugat. El comentario es para que consideren estas malas prácticas de algunos usuarios que están en la plataforma y puedan sacarlos de esta plataforma ya que hacen quedar mal a booking y generan muchos problemas a los clientes.

- Li (10/5): - 房间有一扇巨大的落地窗，甚至还能打开并走出去，外面有一个小小的阳台，能在阳台上看兰布拉大街上的人们来来往往。 地理位置极为优越，酒店就坐落于兰布拉大街上，离地铁站非常近，并且离机场大巴的发车点也只需要走10分钟之内。 酒店的员工非常地热情，第一天晚上的前台是一个小伙子，我希望他能为我建议一些还开着的西班牙海鲜饭参观。他认真地搜索并给我一些建议，就算有些饭店当时关门了，他还能继续搜索，直到为我选出心仪的饭店。第二天退房时是一个小姑娘，她主动问我需不需要行李寄存，（并且这里的行李寄存室是有锁的）还给我提供了袋子给我装难以手提的行李。很遗憾我没有记下他们的名字，不过他们都非常专业和热心 如果非说有什么不满意的地方，那就是刚住进屋子里时，由于长时间没有通风，屋子里有一股味道，不过只需要开窗10分钟，所有的味道就都消失了

Zimmerfenster ging in ein sehr engen Innenhof. In der Nacht bekam ich von einem anderen Hotelgast einen Telefonanruf. Er fragte nach ob ich Interesse hätte auf sein Zimmer zu kommen. Ich vermute, dass er mich am Zimmerfenster gesehen hat. Da viele Zimmer in diesen Innenhof gehen und alles sehr nahe ist denke ich währe das möglich.
