• Ming (6/5): - The hotel was undergoing renovation thus no breakfast was provided. The staff was still helpful though. The walk from the airport to the hotel was a bit tricky because the roads around the airport provides little consideration for pedestrians.
• Tara (2/5): - I did not stay here. My 1 star review is based on their lack of customer service. I was booked to stay here the night before my flight left Florence. A week prior I found out my flight was changed and I would not need the room. I tried contacting the property to see about a refund or even a partial refund and I could not get in contact with anyone. I contacted Expedia, they also tried multiple attempts to reach the hotel but were unable to. I do understand that when I booked the room, it said that it was non refundable. However, my flight change was out of my hands and I feel there was enough notice time given to rent out the room and it would have been nice to receive even a partial refund. Or at least get in touch with someone!
• Lucas (2/5): - Tivemos que sair um dia antes pois estava sem condições, primeiro quarto que nos colocaram o vaso sanitário não dava descarga e pediram que jogaremos água com um balde, lixo estava com prestobarba e pia com resquícios de barba, e quarto como se tá vesse em obra com pó de massa corrida, reclamamos e nos mudaram de quarto onde água do chuveiro não esquentava e estava cheio de pernilongo, frigobar quebrado, toalha com pelos de outra pessoa, pior um pouco que o outro, porém com a descarga do sanitário funcionando
• Victoria (2/5): - The hotel was supposed to have a breakfast. It did not. For three nights of our stay out of four there was no hot water. The fridge didn't work. On the second day of our stay, apparently during cleaning, some of our food disappeared from the room (was stolen). We asked for a "No disturb" door knob hanger (to prevent future theft) and were given one that was created in front of our eyes by handwriting on a piece of paper. The manager of the hotel was in Rome and unreachable. The total impression was that it was a low level hotel in the third world country.
• joseph (4/5): - Equipements non fonctionnels, mobilier en mauvais état, pas d'eau chaude sanitaire, pas de restaurant, pas de service petit déjeuner et bruyants entre les chambres. Hôtel ne correspond pas à la description en ligne et très loin du 3 étoiles ! La taxe de séjour est donc aussi très surévaluée (12€ / jour pour un couple) !!

• Maria (4/5): Hotel allmänt - Receptionisten var mycket vänlig, lugn och ansträngde sig för att kommunicera på engelska även via telefonen. Hjälpsam. Obs. Det var en svår och komplicerad kommunikation på den hotellgrupp som Real befinner sig i. Trappan och korridoren som ledde till rummen var inte fräscha, och hissen var trasig. Rummet var okej, bara för en övernattning. Toaletten hade en smutsig och trasig spolning (rummet byttes omedelbart efter klagomålet). Självbetjäning för utcheckning, men vem som helst kunde komma åt nycklarna. Ingen entrékontroll vid hotelldörren (dörren var olåst). Fördelar: Det finns en lite parkering på hotellet. Renta a car och Airport jättenära, 5 min by car (utan trafik).

No phones in rooms, key was tricky to use, and if there was a fire it would have been stressful to get out.no light blocking curtains, no bath mats, bathroom sink was plugged and nothing was done to fix it although we reported. It x2. Shower stall was disgusting and NO HOT WATER during our stay. The walls in our room looked like they slapped a coat of paint over mould stains and there were stains on the walls. There was no place to get coffee I could go on but you can get a sense of what it was like. Staff was great and helpful but I certainly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I gave it a chance by waiting on the room and when we were presented the room, it did look like a prison cell , the bathroom was all funky and moldy. we had to scramble for a hotel room right away online and left in a hurry. This is a disaster Expedia you should never list this hotel because it is non-operating it is dirty it has mold and it is just dirty, repulsive hideous in the building is falling apart. I am gonna file a claim and it’s a good thing I got insurance for this reservation. l.

• Aurella (10/5): Bon rapport qualité/prix - Agréable séjour dans l'hôtel Real. Nous avons trouvé que le rapport qualite/prix est excellent. La localisation est proche du tram T2 qui amene au centre ville en 20 minutes et il y a un parking gratuit sur place. La literie est confortable, nous avions une chambre donnant sur rue et n'avons pas ete dérangés par les bruits exterieurs. L'hôtel est dans son époque, un peu de modernité aurait donné un 5 sur 5 !

• Stefano (6/5): Discreto - Hotel per chi ha poche pretese. Pulizia sufficiente e bagni non molto invitanti. Spazioso ma con infissi un pò datati. Climatizzatore funzionante ma non sufficiente in pieno agosto a raffrescare in breve la stanza. Pro: stanza spaziosa; in pratica molto vicino alla zona centrale; economico. Insomma, buono per passare una notte al volo, massimo due.

• Nazaret del Rocio (2/5): Peor imposible - Si quieres no poder dormir, no poder ducharte y que te coman los mosquitos, este es el sitio. Sin agua caliente, si vas a recepción y lo expones te dicen que están todas las habitaciones iguales y te dan un hervidor de agua lleno de suciedad y bichos como solución. La ducha tiene los chorros tan bien dirigidos que tienes que ducharte buscándolos en las paredes de la ducha. Si quieres salir a la terraza y que te dé de pronto un golpe la medio persiana rota que tienen, este sitio es ideal. No tendrás problemas para madrugar porque con el sol es imposible seguir durmiendo y de bajar la persiana ni hablo. Lo bueno es que puedes encontrar suciedad y cosas de hace muchos años bajo los muebles. La cama tiene tantos bultos como la almohada. Suciedad, más suciedad y suciedad por todos lados. El wifi no funciona. Cuando llegamos la puerta (que es de trasteros) de la habitación estaba abierta

• Olivia (6/5): Not for me - My wife and I were traveling Europe for our honeymoon and this is one place we decided to stay. We were led to believe the hotel had laundry and was close to lots of places to eat but this was incorrect, all the restaurants close by were all shut down permanently as far as I can tell and the only laundry service was almost 15 euros each to wash and dry which is maybe normal but when we’re let to believe the hotel had this service it’s something we did not budget for. As for the room the floors were dirty with broken tiles that moved when stepped on, the shower head holder was broken(not a big deal but annoying) and there was only one towel between us which is not super fun when you have been traveling all night and sweating all day and all you want to do is shower before bed, I asked for more towels but apparently that was the last one and we just had to deal with it(not a big deal I know but it seemed like things kept getting added to the pile, although he couldn’t help us with most of the issues the man at the front desk front desk was friendly and he tried to help us so I have to give credit where credit is due. All in all the photos look much nicer than the place and they are not accurate at least in the room we stayed in and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Lo split dell'aria condizionata aveva lo scarico della condensa in un bidone che si è riempito durante la notte e ha allagato la stanza, che ho dovuto asciugare con gli asciugamani, dal momento che la mattina non c'è personale.
• ENRICK (8/5): Un cour séjour - Nous avons fait une alte à l'hôtel real pour 1 nuit, nous avons très bien dormi, la salle de bain était un peu serré pas très ergonomique, la climatisation était a disposition pour notre par en juillet il faisait 35 degrés en fin de journée donc très agréable d'arriver dans une chambre tempéré.

Hotels.com dijo que me iban a cobrar !5 Euros y cobraron 60.00 La recepción pésima, mal trato, apresurando a pagar y no hablan Inglés ni Español ni portugues, que son los idiomas que hablo. El desayuno caro y solo dan pan, jugos y café, de lo peor. La ubicación muy mal, lejos de todo y los taxis muy caros para llevarte a la estación del tren. NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA Terrible service, very expensive rate for the quality of the hotel. My wife booked in this hotel real because they confirmed and given the confirmation number. We went in that hotel to rest for nothing and more than 5 kms away we take the bus from center, and only they said we have no room for that price I booked and they cancelled, because they said the price of their hotel is up, less than €200 then we leaved! After then one staff try to turn back us in hotel but were upset and angry for there arrogant treating us.

Tapparella bloccata a metà. Luci bagno fulminate come anche una luce laterale del letto. Lenzuola pulite. Check in cortese ma eccessivamente inopportuno chiamandomi “ tesoro” o amore”

• Franziska (6/5): - Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, dass merkt man am Zustand des Hotels. Nur ein kleiner Ventilator im Zimmer, es war viel zu heiss. Der Lärm von aussen hielt sich in Grenzen. Badezimmer i.O., Bett nicht gut. Wände dreckig. Ziemlich viele Mücken. Getränkeautomat vorhanden und kleine Bar, wo man allerdings nur Kaffe erhält. Mein Fazit: Für 15 Euro pro Person und Nacht, darf man nichts besseres erwarten. Für längeren Aufenrhalt nicht zu empfehlen.

• François (6/5): Hôtel sans prétention avec quelques atouts. - Hôtel très bien placé, à côté du tram qui va de l'aéroport au centre ville (gare centrale). Chambre grande, lit correct, mais les fenêtres sont vétustes et les volets ne ferment pas. Douche très petite et pas du tout pratique. Le prix est vraiment faible (200 € pour 7 nuits avec parking gratuit), on ne peut pas tout avoir. Le personnel est agréable.

Mi hanno assegnato una camera distaccata dalla struttura principale che era caldissima, con la presenza di zanzare e un baccano da parte dei vicini. Dopo un po' ho rinunciato e sono andato via. Consiglio di verificare il tipo di camera in base al prezzo e ai servizi prima di prenotare

Nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet hôtel à quiconque aime dormir, se reposer et se sentir en sérénité.
• Ruben (2/5): El Hotel del terror - A esto no se le puede llamar hotel. No hagais caso de las fotos no tienen nada que ver con la realidad. Los cables por los pasillos sueltos, la moqueta del año de jesucristo sucia, las habitaciones sin aire acondicionado (unos 30 grados dentro de la habitación) nos consiguieron un ventilador de milagro. El baño sucio y el inodoro no tragaba ni un misero papel. La cama sin hacer? ¿? ¿ . La persiana no bajaba, no hay armarios.... Me quedo corto con lo que escribo y mira que he estado en cuadras metido rollo San Fermines, Carnavales y diversas farras que me he metido, pero este Hotel se lleva la insignia al peor suburbio en el que he estado. Solo coger si quereis una experiencia parecida a estar en un conflicto bélico, es de lo mas realista, pasareis por todo tipo de penurias que os harán creer que estais en el mismo Bagdad

Once my wife read some reviews she asked me to stay elsewhere, figured lets give it a shot... she was right! Except for the price and a friendly manager nothing good to say about this place. • Paullus (4/5): Decepcionante - O aquecimento não funciona, os quartos não são agradáveis, a limpeza deixa a desejar, não tem café da manhã. O elevador é do século passado. Precisa rever a classificação de 3 estrelas. Não chega a ser nem 2 estrelas. Não recomendo. O único ponto positivo é que tem estacionamento, mas isso não compensa os pontos negativos.
• Lyo, (2/5): - The room was far from being clean. The room was covered in mould and the air was musty. The room was not the one we ordered and we had to pay more. We had no power anymore in our room after using the hair dryer twice. We do absolutely not recommend this hotel.
• James (2/5): - Extremely noisy guests in the next room, shouting, slamming doors constantly till 11.45pm. I complained to staff but they didn't care.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - The hotel room that was not cleaned. There was used and empty soap and shampoo bottles. No clean towels so we had to go down and ask for new ones.
• Suzanne (2/5): HOTEL.COM LEAVES CUSTOMERS STRANDED! - Hotel.com neglected to inform us that this hotel was closed!! We were stranded, as we had difficulties finding another hotel, and at the same time, had to return a Rental car. So stressful, and we are still trying to recover the hotel charge, that was paid in February. Hotel.com does not acknowledge our predicament at all. Will never use this service again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
• Yogesh (2/5): disgusting - Booked the hotel REAL, when we arrived there the hotel was shut and no information. Asked around I found that the hotel was shut month before. No information to us .Than we start running around in the taxi to find an other hotel.With lot of time and hassle we found one .Where as we end up paying high price to the new hotel and taxi bill was similar to hotel price. Its shame really that we suffer all this because of hotel management and cost me extra 150 Euros. Evan I have paid all before hand at the time of booking.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - The staff was friendly and helpful, checkin was fine. Don't ask for directions if you need specifics, we got vague abd hoped for the best. No air conditioning, not updated, pillows were basically as thick as a piece of cardboard. The bathroom was dirty, and hairdryer was probably 50+ years old. The elevator was barely big enough for a suitcase and a person.
• Verified traveler (2/5): 騙されるな！ - 今まであちこち旅行をして来ましたが、こんな酷いホテルは初めてでした。写真とは全く違い、まるで飯場のような建物、ベッド以外には何もないとても小さな部屋、小さなトイレにカーテンをつけただけのシャワー。「空港に近い」と言うことで最期の夜をここに取りました。早朝ということもありましたが、 空港までタクシーに乗ったら20ユーロ近く取られました。前の晩町からこのホテルに移動して20ユーロ、合計40ユーロになり、街のホテルから直接空港へ行ったほうが安かったと後悔しました。 こんなホテルでも、Hotels.comで10,841円も 払いました。騙された感じです。 このホテルには行かない方が良い！みんなに伝えたく、口コミを書きました。

• Jessica (6/5): Seasoned travelers only! - I feel like I can't really complain about this hotel for the price. The location is convenient - it's a 7 minute walk to the tram that is one stop from the airport, so it's super convenient. That walk is through a bit of a sketchy part of town though, and it's a rough walk with luggage. But that same tram takes you directly downtown in 20 minutes, so that's a huge plus. That being said, the hotel is run-down and doesn't feel very safe. The front desk staff were friendly, the room was clean enough, but it is bare-bones when it comes to amenities. The shower would not drain and we couldn't leave the water on long enough for it to get warm and not fill up the shower stall. There are no shelves to set your stuff on in the bathroom or hooks to hang towels. There is no phone in the room and the internet was very slow. The walls are thin and there were some interesting characters in the hotel hallway. But it was a GREAT deal for us since we had an early flight out the next day and only really needed a bed to sleep in. We spent most of our money at a nicer hotel earlier in our trip. Bottom line - if you are a seasoned traveler who is used to spartan hotel conditions and are looking to save money, this place is ok. I'd compare it to a hostel. Anything beyond that, and you will be VERY unhappy with this hotel!
• Kathy (8/5): - About a 10 minute walk from the airport but a good map is needed. Early morning checkout was easy. Good restaurant in the hotel.
• Mila (8/5): Easy access to the airport - A very nice clean room but a bit noisy, I could hear a person snoring in the room next to mine. There was no blanket to cover myself with, just a thin bedspread. Wi-fi was easlily accessible. The hotel is very conveniently located, not far from the airport. There was a lift (elevator). The reception personnel was very hospitable and kind. I needed a taxi early in the morning and they phoned a cab company on my behalf, the cab was there in less than 5 minutes.

• morgane (2/5): A éviter - Chambre peu confortable, vue sur une espèce de petite décharge a gravat, mal insonorisée, et si tout infestée de moustiques . rapport qualité prix ça ne vaut pas le coup.
• Maurizio (4/5): Giusto per il parcheggio interno - Chiaramente per il prezzo che ho pagato non potevo pretendere una suite, ma darmi la camera a fianco ai motori dell'aria condizionata o cella frigorifera che sia stata, con un rumore tutta la notte , noooo !! Poi la doccia non veniva l'acqua calda . Che dire ? Non ho dormito molto e doccia fredda modello John Rambo .
• M (4/5): Seul point positif : personnel accueillant - Personnel accueillant mais manque de propreté dans les chambres et surtout la salle de bain, pas de climatisation il y fait très chaud, des trous dans les draps, hôtel ancien. La distance a l'aéroport est proche cependant presque pas accessible, nous avons du traverser des rocades sans passages piétons pour s'y rendre. Prix raisonnable cependant.

• Yolanda (2/5): Horrible!!!!! Me siento engañada. - Horrible!!! No es un Hotel, se puede considerar Albergue/ Pensión. Se anuncia como que tiene piscina, hace años que está en obras. El armario de la habitación roto,habitación sin cortinas, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba (tenían un ventilador).El cuarto de baño muy viejo , sucio.Las toallas sucias...pague cuando realize la reserva a través de la web, así q no devuelven el dinero, pedí un cambio de habitación y tenía que pagar 60€ Más. Está situado en un barrio marginal, a 10minutos de la zona donde se sitúan las prostitutas a partir de las 22:00h. Para llegar al centro de Florencia necesitas autobús 20minutos y un tranvía.
• Maria silvana (8/5): buenas camas y estacionamiento propio gratis - la habitación estaba bien en general, pero el aire acondicionado enfriaba muy poco. buenas camas. el wifi funcionaba bien, y lo mejor que tenia estacionamiento propio gratuito dentro del hotel.

• Verified traveler (4/5): not as asvertised - The only plus to is the closeness to the airport. We were looking for something close to the airport to catch an early morning flight. There was no shuttle to the airport, we had to call a taxi. There was nothing close by to eat. The room was not as advertised. it was a bit small and cramped for 4 people, but since we were only there for one night, it was doable. The AC didn't work and we were afraid to open the window as there was an establishment next door with people constantly outside. We couldn't even put the blinds completely down for privacy in the room and bathroom.
• Riccardo (2/5): Chiamalo albergo ci vuole coraggio - In quelle camere (Se così si possono definire) possono dormirci i maiali.....la prima notte mi hanno messo nello spogliatoio per i dipendenti.... dopo che mi sono lamentato la seconda notte mi hanno dato un'attesa camera.......un Po più grande ma uno schifo!! Non so com'è la colazione perché non ho avuto il coraggio di farla. Non bisognerebbe proporlo!!
• Verified traveler (4/5): Alleen als het nodig is - Het was een noodzaak omdat we laat aankwamen met het vliegtuig. Buurt niet fraai en we sliepen niet in het hotel zelf, maar in een kamer naast het hotel. Daar waren 5 kamers. Geen fijne ervaring.
• Robert (4/5): Preis Leistungsverhältniss passt nicht. - Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits von Florenz, in einer unschönen Gegend. Mit dem Bus kommt man in ca. 20 bis 40 Minuten an jeden wichtigen Punkt in Florenz, also ist die Anbindung ganz gut. Die Zimmer sind lieblos gestaltet. Auf dem Hotel Schild wird ein Pool beworben was es garnicht gibt. Das versprochene WLAN kann man Ignorieren da die Übertragungs und Empfangsgeschwindigkeit extrem langsam sind. Wenn man hier nur eine Nacht schlafen will und dann direkt weiter dann ist das Ok.
• Verified traveler (6/5): 空港近くの便利なホテル - 夜遅い便で到着したので空港から歩いていける便利さで選びました。無料のwifiで繋がりが良かった。部屋が狭く、エアコンも有りませんでしたお値段なりですので仕方ありません。
• Julien (2/5): Horrible, bruyant, inconfortable et dangereux ! - Cet hôtel est une catastrophe qui, à chaque jour, révèle son lot de surprises. Jour 1 : pas de climatisation. Jour 2 : pas de ménage dans la chambre. Jour 3 : une odeur nauséabonde dans la chambre. La chambre est petite, la salle de bains encore plus. Les murs sont tellement fins que l'on se demande à chaque fois si c'est à notre chambre ou à la chambre d'à côté que l'on a toqué. Le personnel est peu accueillant, les places de parking sont chères. De plus, les règles de base de sécurité ne sont pas respectées : les portes coupes feu sont systématiquement bloquées ouvertes ...
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Mesmo tendo solicitado um quarto para não fumantes, havia um cheiro muito forte de cigarro, o que acabou incomodando um pouco. A localização do hotel não é central mas tem transporte público fácil até lá. Mercado próximo.
