• kristof (8/5): hidden gem! - First time that I stayed in this small hotel. I like it a lot! The staff is super helpful, the rooms are clean and modern. There is a small pool and it is located in a quiet area with thick curtains to keep the light out. Perfect for me!

• Verified traveler (8/5): - We booked a room here as we had a late night flight out of Bali and wanted an inexpensive place to leave our belongings and shower before heading to the airport. A last minute booking cost 400k which we were happy to pay. The hotel is located quite far from the main road which is pretty good if you want to be away from the noise of traffic. The room is reasonably clean and spacious though we did find a lizard under the bed. Soap and shower gel are provided. Basically you get what you pay for and it is an inexpensive place to crash if you're exploring Bali on a budget.

• Eduard alexander (4/5): Waardeloos Hotel - The room is not clean, bedsheets are dirty. I think they are never changed. The bathroom is dirty aswel, never cleaned. Price wise its cheap but I will not recommend. Skip there are other hotels same pricelevel much much cleaner. The hotelstaf do not bother to serve guests, there only concern is to go to next level of PUBG.

• T (10/5): - Charming hotel with amazing staff. The location is perfect, situated in a quiet residential area, about a 20 minute walk to the beach. There are many restaurants around and Seminyak Square is about a 30 minute walk away.
• T J (6/5): Noisy - There was a lot of noise made by the staff late at night and early morning near the reception area. We found this very disappointing and disrupted our sleep

• NZtraveller (10/5): Nice facilities and quiet location - The Summerhome was a great little accommodation option on the fringe of busy Seminyak. Set back from the busy streets it is incredibly quiet, yet still close to amenities and the hum of central Seminyak. Great facilities in room, only small complaint being that the bed was a little uncomfortable. Lovely staff. Will go back!

• Bindi (8/5): Place now starting to look a little tired! - We've stayed at Summerhome in the past which is why we chose it again but we're sad to find the place looking a little tired (especially the bathroom/shower). Despite the craziness of Seminyak, now, it is at least tucked away in a quiet street. Overall stay was average.

• Don (6/5): Just So So - Hotel was a bit grubby particularly the bathroom. Bed was hard. Breakfast was pretty poor for Seminyak. It's good value but you miss the comforts. Also noisy staff in the mornings early woke us up
• Sanne (10/5): Geweldige uitvalsbasis voor een heerlijke vakantie - Augustus jl. (2017) ben ik met mijn vriendin op vakantie gegaan naar Bali en verbleven twee weken in Ariva Summerhome Umasari Bali. De accommodatie is zeer net en schoon, heeft een zeer smaakvol en goed onderhouden intereur, bekwame en uiterst vriendelijke medewerkers bij de receptie en een brede keus aan ontbijtmogelijkheden. Wij hebben gedurende twee weken veel uitstapjes gemaakt naar allerlei bezienswaardigheden in Bali en daarbij meermaals de hulp van de accommodatie gevraagd om zaken zoals een taxi of vervoer te regelen. Hierbij waren zij altijd aardig, behulpzaam en bijzonder snel in het geven van antwoorden en het opvragen van prijzen bij taxorganisaties e.d.. Het complex is kleinschalig (11 kamers) en heeft daarom een fijne uitstraling. Het complex is gelegen in een beveiligde woonwijk, wat een bijzonder veilig gevoel geeft. Het enige minpunt is de verlichting naar de doorgaande weg (de Jl. Petitenget), die wat beter zou kunnen. Dit is echter maar 200m en daarmee maar een klein punt van verbetering. Aan deze doorgaande weg vind je heel veel leuke restaurants en barretjes om 's avonds te gaan eten of drinken. Het strand ligt op 20 minuten lopen en is zeer aan te raden! Kortom: een geweldig verblijf gehad in deze accomodatie die we iedereen kunnen aanraden!
• Tony (8/5): Buon Hotel ottimo rapporto prezzo/qulità - Siamo stati in questo hotel per 3 notti, semplice e staff molto cordiale come in quasi tutta Bali; non proprio centrale. Camera pulita e spaziosa, aria condizionata funzionante, zona tranquilla e non rumorosa. Colazione semplice.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Quaint retreat in a good location - We stayed at Ariva Summerhome for a week and really enjoyed our time there. The guesthouse is tucked away from Jalan Petitenget so it is lovely and peaceful, however only a short walk to get to the hustle and bustle of Jalan Petitenget. Our room was just as pictured on the site. The room was a decent size, nice decor. The shower is huge with a rain shower head and the water pressure was good and there was always hot water. The pool is really small, more like a plunge pool, so if you are looking for a hotel that you can laze by the pool this is not the place for you. The outdoor area/common areas of the guesthouse were very tranquil. The staff were really friendly and the wifi was awesome! (We stayed in a room right near reception).
• Paul (8/5): One night stay in Petitenget. - I just needed a one night stay in Petineget before flying home. A friend suggested the 'Summerhome', so I booked it through Expedia. The accommodation is situated amongst a quiet expat area which worked really well for me. After an afternoon on the streets of Seminyak it was relaxing to return to my room & just chill. The room was tastefully setup & comfortable.

• Patricia (8/5): Lovely spot for short stay - I stayed for 10 nights. The rooms are beautiful and love the big bathroom. There were internet problems after 5 days where there was virtually no internet. They say it was a problem with the provider, however I am dependent on internet for work and had to change hotels. For such high end furnishings I found the only complaint was how inferior their towels were. I have never experienced such poor quality. An upgrade would make all the difference. Also there was an issue of people having a pool party outside my door at 1AM. There seems to be a management issue of just making sure they enforce their policies. Breakfast was average for what I have experienced in Bali. I did taxi into town which is only about $2-2.50 US. There are a few things outside their neighborhood but you do need to go into town.
• Palmcove13 (8/5): Great value for beautiful "home stay" experience! - Loved the simplicity and homely feel. Bargain priced so no effort to choose to have a more lavish breakfast elsewhere. Our only "complaint" was the lack of cupboard space.

• チャーリー (10/5): 静かでのんびり過ごせます - メイン通りから１５０ｍほど離れた住宅地の中にあり場所は分かり辛いです。タクシーの運転手も知らなかったようで、少々不安になりましたが、逆に静かでのんびり過ごせます。天気が良かったこともありますが、朝食もおいしく、オープンテラスで快適でした。
• Sarah (10/5): Home outside Home - Overall, my partner and I had a great time staying in Summerhome and one of the reasons to come back to Bali was to stay here again bcus it felt so comfortable and it was a home outside of home. The staff was all really friendly and patient to all our needs. 2 minor downpoints during our stay: 1. The wifi connection brown down a few times and could only receive it when you are at level one. 2. The air-condition got really warm even though it was lowered to 16 deg. Would give it a thumbs up and will def stay here again on my next visit!
• Carly (8/5): Trendy, Clean, Great Breakfast - But get a scooter - Great hotel, modern, trendy, clean and quiet. Small plunge pool, great breakfast, basically whatever you want. Pricing so reasonable for what you enjoy. If you are there to shop or dine, grab a scooter you will be walking 15 minutes to Potato Head and The W, or 30 minutes to Seminyak Square. It's hard to find - but worth it if you are after a nice modern room while watching the hip pocket and not planning to laze around a mini pool, consider this little gem.

Schade war, dass die Zimmer sehr hellhörig waren, kein Moskitonetz hatten und dass wir einmal eine Ameisenstraße im Zimmer hatten (wurde vom Personal sofort beseitigt). Die Lage ist sehr weit vom Zentrum entfernt (zu Fuß ca. 45 Minuten) und rund um die Anlage sind viele Hunde, die aber alle friedlich waren. Das Frühstück war gut.

The staff are amazingly friendly, the rooms are very clean and stylish and the hotel itself is located in a quiet neighbourhood that is only a 10 - 20 minute walk to great restaurants and night life. Would absolutely stay here again. The breakfast that is included with your stay is simple but tasty. This place is absolutely a hidden gem!!

The staff are very friendly and helpful, and softly spoken, making our stay really pleasent. Great location, lots of great eats, and near the Batu Belig - the up and coming area in Seminyak. The pol is enough for a cool down, but dont expect to work on your tan.

• Kartini (8/5): new establishment. location abit secluded. - although abit secluded, i really enjoyed that it was away from traffic and roads. It is located at the upmarket cafe street. It was convenient for me as my boyfriend was riding. so the bike or sepeda got us around easy. i liked that the hotel was pristinely new and clean (with it being only about a yr old establishment). Service was good. staff were friendly and helpful. the room has quite a few mosquitoes but it is common in bali at almost every other villas or hotels. the room is very spacious and the toilet and sink area too. view wasnt great but im not complaining. i would definitely come back to stay here again. i love this place.

Breakfasts very basic but amazing cafes nearby. Loved my stay here - definitely value for money! Staff struggle a little with English but no big deal - only disappointment was asking for an adaptor (and also said I would be happy to use it for just an hour) but being told it was being used by other guests - wasn't I also a guest??

Die balinesische Freundlichkeit ist unglaublich. Ich habe das Summerhome gewählt, weil ich primär ein gutes Zimmer gesucht habe und keine große Hotelanlage drumherum. Das habe ich besser als erwartet bekommen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und werde wieder kommen.

• Danielle (10/5): Fantastic base for short stay - This is a brilliant hotel if you're coming through Seminyak or planning to spend a lot of time out of the hotel. The rooms are surprisingly spacious, but the common area and pool is a bit small to spend all day lounging around - not that you'd want to with all the shops, cafes and bars of Seminyak on your doorstep!

• Petal (10/5): Hidden Gem - If you are looking for a place in the middle of the hustle and bustle, this is not for you. If you are looking for a quiet, clean, modern, friendly small boutique hotel with comfort and peace then this is for you. A short walk through the security protected private residential estate takes you to the main road with various spas, restaurants, mini marts and other villas and easy taxi access. The pool is only small and tends to be a bit cool in the afternoon when the sun moves behind the building, but refreshing and I had it all to myself each time I used it. Free Wifi throughout, but it can be intermittent. Big comfortable bed and pillows. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here.
