- Zenia Isabel (9/5): Adecuado y accesible para un par de noches. - Me gustó que el personal es muy amable, el hotel cuenta con elevador desde el estacionamiento y es muy fácil llegar a las habitaciones. No hay aire acondicionado ni ventilador en las habitaciones, en estos días hubo mucho calor y sí se necesitaba por comodidad, abrimos las ventanas pero eran muy pequeñas así que no pasaba mucho aire fresco por ellas.

Las instalaciones son limpias Si el área al rededor es un poco peligrosa. Solo nos funcionó para ir a concierto en la arena cdmx. Relativamente cerca en taxi, unosn15 min. Y cerca de la central del norte para moverte a otro lugar del estado

- james (3/5): Not a great place other then it was close to the Bus depot. - there was only a torn hand towel in the room when we checked in at Midnight. I had to ask for towels in the morning and it took about 15 minutes to find 2 towels.
- Baldovinos (8/5): - El espacio y el jacuzzi Que hay poco personal, tardaron en recibirnos, en la mañana pedimos una jarra de limonada y tardaron más de una hr en llevarla, al tomar la orden todo cool y después de insistir, en la tercera llamada nos avisaron que no había limones, no sé porqué no nos dijeron al principio :( Ah y en la mañana ya no pudimos usar el jacuzzi porque el agua salía muy sucia

- LeunamToedem (6/5): Old hotel but nice personnel - I stayed at this hotel twice as I needed an accomodation close enough to the northern bus station and its position is ideal under that pov. The personnel is young and friendly, speaks excellent English and will do all they can to help. Wide room and comfy bed. The room was not cleaned at all. The towel I used the day before and left on the floor was simply folded and put back on its place (I recognized it because of the hole you can see in the picture). Furniture and tv are old. Tried the food from the restaurant once, it was passable at best. This place would need to be refurbished and renewed.

- Claudia (1/5): RUIDO INSOPORTABLE - Prácticamente nada Nos pusieron en una habitación que daba a a una avenida de 8 carriles de coches, el ruido fue INSOPORTABLE durante toda la estancia IMPOSIBLE descansar, venimos de España con un jetlag increíble y no hemos podido dormir. Les ROGAMOS en la recepción que nos cambiasen la habitación para el segundo día y se negaron, diciendo que no había NI UNA SOLA habitación disponible en todo el hotel. Teníamos otra reserva aquí para un día más y la hemos cancelado, no se lo deseo ni a mi peor enemigo. Las toallas viejas y rotas (menos mal que me traje la mía)

Lo recomiendo Camas extragrandes comodísimas En todas las habitaciones que he estado, el cancel de la regadera deja pasar agua por. debajo y moja mucho el piso. El bidet no funciona como debería y la TV no son SMART.y muy pocos canales.y algunos mal sintonizados. El temporizador y otras funciones del control remoto están deshabilitadas.

- DARRON (8/5): OK and good value for an overnight stay if you are catching a bus at Central de Autobuses del Norte. - Good value for an overnight, touchdown stay if you are using the El Norte Bus station. Wouldn't recommend for longer stays. Very convenient and within walking distance to the bus station for a morning bus to San Miguel de Allende. Our flight arrived early evening. The room, furniture, towels were a little dated but were all clean. Restaurant was relatively poor value. Food in the train station and restaurants, street stalls near the train station were much better. No bilingual staff were present making communication difficult if you don't speak at least basic Spanish.
