• Beáta (8/5): Kikapcsolódás és maxiumum pihi - Jó megközelítés, supernagy medence, személyzet rugalmassága az edzőterem nyitását illetően :) Csend volt, ez is nagyon tetszett, nem hallatszott be az utca zaja, pedig nagyon közel volt. Minden nap ugyanaz volt a reggeli, lehetne nagyobb változatosság. Pl több grillzöldség, több friss gyümölcs felvágva, zabtej a kávéhoz stb. Fáztunk a szobában, lehetne fűtés poció. Lehetne élőzene 1-1 este itt is, illetve szuper ötlet lenne a helyi Robinson étterembe több kupont adni a szálloda vendégeinek, hogy többet akarjunk menni (nagyon sokszor teljesen üres volt a hely, néha ültek benne páran, így szerintem jó ötlet lenne ezzel is odavonzani a vendégeket).

• Cristina (3/5): Raport calitate preț- slab, inechitabil. - Locația este bună, aproape de magazine și taverne. Piscina curata, restaurantul Robinson’s de la piscină, foarte OK, mâncarea gustoasă, personalul foarte amabil. Curtea hotelului frumoasă, curată, întreținută. Perioada sejurului 23-30.07, sejur cu mic dejun inclus. Pe toată perioada sejurului același mic dejun, ouă în toate felurile posibile, fasole și cartofi. Foietaje care nu au fost tocmai proaspete în primele zile. O singura zi am avut pancakes, în rest in fiecare zi aceeași mâncare, absolut identica în fiecare zi. Am ajuns să nu mai putem servi, am întrebat dacă pot pregăti câteva pancakes pt copil, răspunsul a fost nu, doar duminică se servesc pancakes. Nu se poate să mănânci 7 zile aceeași mâncare și 3 feluri de fructe: portocale, grefe și compot de piersici. Curățenia dezastruoasă, doar se numea curățenie, un mop pe jos în urma căruia era balta, peste tot praf, pt fierul de călcat am lăsat garanție 10€ care ne au fost înapoiați la plecare, insa masa de călcat nu exista. Frigiderul plin de urme galbene și mizerie la garnituri. În jurul întrerupătoarelor , pe pereți, mizerie. Prăjitorul de pâine într-o stare deplorabilă, plin de praf și murdărie intensă. Pe jos, praf. Pe geamul ușii de la balcon, numai urme de mâini. Din păcate nu pot lăsa toate pozele făcute, booking ul îmi permite să încarc doar 4 poze, vi le las pe cele din baie, care mi se par sugestive pt ce am afirmat. La baie , o cadă cu perdea, atunci când făceai dus, cu toate ca trăgeai perdeaua, se făcea apa prin toată baia. Prosoapele de plaja nu au fost schimbate niciodată. Doamna de la curățenie intra peste tine în cameră, când a făcut curățenie în urma noastră ușa de la balcon ne a lăsat o deschisă. Nu recomand acest hotel, maxim 2⭐️

• Marta (9/5): Świetny hotel, z doskonałymi udogodnieniami. Polecam! - Świetny hotel! Śniadanie było wyborne, lecz nieco monotonne, a kolacja wyśmienita (różna kuchnia w każdy dzień tygodnia). Kucharze osobiście doglądali, by klienci mieli wszystko jak najlepiej, natychmiast reagując na niespodziewane wypadki. Bardzo miłym gestem było zostawienie nam kolacji w pokoju, gdy głodni przyjechaliśmy w nocy. Basen czysty i zadbany, tak jak ogród. Obsługa była przemiła, pomocna. W całym hotelu panowała luźna i komfortowa atmosfera. Nasz pokój był czysty i przyjemny, wyposażony w dobrą klimatyzację, kuchenkę z przyborami oraz balkon. Sympatyczna pani sprzątająca codziennie myła nam podłogę i naczynia, ścieliła łóżka oraz zmieniała ręczniki. Na cały pobyt raz zmieniła pościel. Recepcja całodobowa. Młodzi ludzie imprezowali co noc, nie dając zasnąć. Na kolacji nie było napojów - trzeba było je kupić w restauracji. Lokalizacja hotelu na OK - 3 min. pieszo do supermarketu, do skalistej plaży ok. 8 minut, lecz do lepszej plaży (my chodziliśmy na Makronissos) trzeba brać taxi. Pani sprzątająca codziennie myła podłogę lecz w kątach zostawały brudy. Ogólnie nasz pokój był bardzo przyjazny i dobrze wyposażony, ale jednak przydałaby się jakaś szafka nocna przy łóżku i półka w łazience. Mimo tych drobnych braków hotel oceniam zdecydowanie na plus!

• Dagmar (10/5): I přes některé nedostatky jsme byli spokojeni , urcite bychom znovu zavítali - Super čisty bazén , nádherná vanilková vůně , která byla cítit už před hotelem . Skvělá snídaně . Bezva vybavení hřiště pro děti , doporučuji . Matrace sice ne moc kvalitní, ale vyřešeno 5 cm vrchní matraci s línou pěnou takze se spalo dobře. Sedačka starší s velmi měkkou matraci nepohodlná , propadá se ,chtělo by něco novějšího. Uz starší nábytek

• Gál (10/5): Rendkívüli szállás - Kedves segítőkész személyzet, tiszta szállás minden nap takarítottak. A szálláson több szórakozási lehetőség is található: ping-pong, billiárd, csocsó, játékgépek. A reggeli minden nap ugyanaz de bőséges a választék. Tematikus vacsorák. Gyalog távolságra van számos látnivaló, városközpont. Szupermarket több is van a közvetlen közelben. Medence és környezete tiszta és rendezett. Parkolás az udvarban. Biztos hogy visszatérünk még.

• Tomas (6/5): Na prespanie stačí ale kludné noci tu nečakajte - Cena, poloha blízko obchodov, bazén v hoteli, blízkosť reštaurácií Mal som izbu rovno nad recepciou. Hluk z ulice, hluk z hotelového dvora kvôli slabej izolácií okien a dverí apartmánu je veľmi rušivý. Je dosť nepríjemné keď v noci počujete cez dvere iných hostí, ktorí v spoločných priestoroch hrajú stolný tenis alebo pozerajú filmy na balkóne. Balkónové okno takisto nedostatočne tlmí zvuky z ulice - pravidelne Vás zobudí hudba s áut z ulice alebo smetiari, ktorý na Cypre chodia v noci o 01.15 a ďalší deň prídu o 02.45. Klimatizácia síce funguje ale iba keď ste v izbe pretože keď si zoberiete kľúče so sebou von v apartmáne sa vypne elektrina a tým aj klimatizácia a spať pri zapnutej klimatizácií je veľmi nepríjemné a kedže si balkón v noci nemôžete otvoriť kvôli hluku z ulice je to celkom veľký problém. neviem si predstaviť ako by tu človek vydržal v hlavnej sezóne keď je teplota cez 30 stupňov.

• Martin (8/5): Very good, but a bit dated appartments. - Appartments are quite basic, definitively not a modern ones. But they are clean, spacious and with daily room service. Nicest part of the property are the gardens around buildings and pool area. Location is good, next to the main busy street, but still very quiet during the night. Good price/value ratio. Very basic and very small kitchen corner, only suitable for basic food preparations like breakfast or pasta. The interiors are somehow dated, they would use a bit of renovation - but for the price the value was still good.

• Monika (8/5): Great place to stay! - Great location- a short walk from the main tourist area yet very quiet. Great pool area and beautiful plants everywhere. The bed is comfy, the bedroom is spacious. The rooms are serviced daily and the towels exchanged, incl the pool towels. The walls are thin so your comfort is heavily dependent on the civic culture of other guests. The water pressure in the shower is very low.

• Mavera (8/5): - Byly jsme tu s kamarádkou už po třetí, protože jsme tu velmi spokojené. Zařízení je sice starší, ale plně vyhovující, díky tomu je ale zřejmě příznivá cena, přestože je hotel kousek od centra Agia Napy, kde jsou ceny vždy vyšší. Čistota fantastická. Oceňujeme, jako milovnice tenisu, že je v areálu tenisový kurt,jen by už snesl drobnou opravu.

• Mayer (8/5): - Saubere große Anlage. Blick aus dem Zimmer mit Terrasse im Erdgeschoss auf die Poolanlage. Jeden Tag wurde das Zimmer gesäubert und Betten gemacht. Täglicher Austausch der Handtücher. Keine Angaben.

• Moira Jana (6/5): - Eine Bushaltestelle war nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss entfernt, das Zentrum liess sich aber auch zu Fuss in etwa 15min erreichen. Der Pool war sauber und direkt dahinter was das Robinsons Restaurant, was sehr gelegen war um zB ein Take-Out zu bestellen. Die Tür liess sich nicht nochmals abschliessen, was für ein Hotelzimmer im EG zu Beginn etwas Bedenken fühlen liess. Der Room Service kam immer zu verschiedenen Zeiten ins Zimmer, mal am frühen Morgen, mal erst gegen den Nachmittag. Dies machte es etwas schwierig zu planen, wann man nicht im Zimmer ist oder wo man den Vormittag verbringt. Die Klimaanlage liess sich nur dann abschalten, wenn der Schlüssel nicht im Schlüsselfach lag, womit der Strom automatisch angestellt wurde. Demnach war es am Abend im Zimmer relativ kalt, auch bei geöffneter Veranda Tür. Die Bettlaken waren mit kleineren Flecken versehen und hatten an manchen Tagen Haare drauf, die Küche war auch nicht wirklich so ausgestattet, dass eine Reinigung vom Geschrir hätte gewährleistet werden können.
