• Ilse (7/5): - The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. On the morning of check-out, we had a flat tyre and had to wait for some assistance. The staff were more than willing to help where they could. The entrance / exit to the parking area for the rooms. It was in / out one-way.

• Anthony (3/5): Very disappointed and would never go again - Not much. The bed was comfortable. The view of of the window was of beer cans and a beer bottle. Air con worked. A complimentary drink at the hotel Almost third world. Probably the worst experience with booking.com ever. Not cheap. Toilet seat moved when sitting. Fridge unstable. Bathroom door handle hard to operate, got stuck inside bathroom several times. Sink so small, could hardly wash hands.
• Vani (7/5): Good value for money - The room was a good size, nice beds & ample parking. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Loved the bistro onsite, lovely food and atmosphere. Alot of noise and arguing from neighboring rooms. I'm glad I was with my husband and not alone.

I had to air it out by leaving the door open for an hour because there were no windows in the room.

• Ali (1/5): - Just the pool but they say pool it's not for this hotel The first room has cockroach 🪳 we think maybe come from toilet next day we Cheng the room when using the washing machine again cockroach come out and night when we turn off the lights we watching TV 3 or 4 cockroach coming from roof the roof was old & dirty the hotel has pool i was talking with reservation to use swegʻemeeng pool but he lied he said pool not this hotel for the first room & this morning when I call his wife to show her cockroach she angry and she say we don't have cockroach u must check out when we have the time and she said I call police
• Jan (9/5): Check in staff and bar staff were just lovely, very friendly and super helpful. - Location was great for where we needed to go the following day, the bed was super comfortable. Had a great sleep. Meals at the hotel were great. Bathroom needed a little more attention, no hairdryer.

We arrived around 2pm, the office was unattended but there was a doorbell. we were ringing the doorbell but no one turning up, so we followed the signs to check in via the sports bar, we went to the bar where she redirected us back to check in and met us in check in. We had 3 cockroaches!!!!! I don't like cockroaches. The room also was not very dark, the lights shone in around the blinds very brightly from the carpark. It was also extremely noisey in the morning, the rooms are not very soundproof, I was woken up at 5.30am in the morning by outside noise.

• Bao (5/5): I left my favor hoodie when i checked out , you should have it , i called , you promised will return your calls , but yo - the location restaurant staffs weren’t friendly, they seemed to be so …. serious, no smiles. Receptionists staffs , especially ( white tall blonde hair wasn’t friendly and mean ) I left the hotel for 2 nights , came back from camping, the toilet wasn’t clean , countertops were still messy , 😩 I left behind my expensive hoodie at the room ( 100% sure ) i called back the hotel , they promised me they will check with house keeping then call and email me, but they never called . I paid 275$ per night , not worth it Room has really cheap refrigerator, will destroy your fruits

• George (8/5): The property and staff are great you need to decide if the price is value for money. - Very comfortable and clean room. Bed was great. Having the bistro from the pub was handy and there are lower cost Maccas etc near by. I may be out of touch but I was not expecting to pay $160 that was a discounted price for a motel at this location. So whilst the property and staff all seemed good - just didn’t feel it was good value for money because of the price.

• Matt (8/5): Great little venue for a quick overnight stop - The bed was nice and soft and quite comfortable. The shower was better than I was expecting with a rain head in it. Overall did the job and saved travelling early in the morning! Had a cockroach in the room when we first arrived. The guy came and sprayed but there was another two in the morning. Fully appreciate that they can be insidious, but maybe some more regular pest treatment might not go astray.
