• Calvé (8/5): Escapade pas trop loin de la mer, plage Footbridge à 10-15 minutes de marche. - Accès à la chambre facile grâce au stationnement devant la porte principale côté ouest et un balcon côté est. Frigo de bonne grandeur avec bonne section congélateur. Lit confortable avec bonne literie. Eau chaude et pression suffisante dans la douche. Aucun déjeuner le matin, contrairement aux 3-4 autres fois où nous avons été à cet établissement. Entretien et réparations à faire. Piscine pas encore ouverte pour la saison (mi-mai).

When i answered the person barely spoke english or food delivery. I was the only tenant on the floor. The worse motel I have ever been to. I feel like i got ripped off during my stay. Location was fine. bathroom really small. sitting on toilet knees hit the sink, floor is very stained and needs to be update, metal heating unit on floor broken. part of rusty heater sticking out and if person hit it with their foot they would get cut, shower not up to my standards, bathroom walls lifted from floor. the beds were old but okay, bedroom was more presentable, problem with TV, unable to change stations, very slow, we had to ask office how to use programmer, every hotel we've stayed at had TV instructions on table. We stayed in the oldest part of the hotel, perhaps the newer rooms are better.

The ability to use the trolly system to get from Main street to the Inn is convenient but not well advertised. The bed in the room was not good. Very uncomfortable. The bathroom was very cramped, especially where the toilet was, my wife and I had to scrunch in to use the bathroom, which is not comfortable. Multiple outlets in our room were not functioning and the plugs on the lamps also were not working.

Ma recherche sur le web était pour un ´´pet friendly’´ hôtel à Ogunquit Maine.Cet hôtel est ressorti avec Booking.com et comme nous l’avions déjà visité nous l’avons choisi. La réception de l’hôtel m’a appelée pour m’aviser qu’ils n’acceptaient pas les chiens!!!!!!! Heureusement que je leur avait mentionné que nous allions arriver avec le notre sinon nous nous serions rendus jusqu’à Ogunquit et se retrouver à la rue!!! Ça aurait été désastreux! C’est frauduleux de s’annoncer ainsi!

First room we got had an active ceiling leak. Second room had painted over mold on the bathroom ceiling. Wallpaper peeling, many things needs repainting, broken hot tub, broken ice machine, I could go on.

Salle de bain de la chambre aurait besoin de rénovations: pourtour du bain à réparer ou changer, prélart et plancher brisés près de la porte. Les tapis du balcon auraient besoin d’être nettoyés!

Bat - it was the bare minimum. we ate out. eggs, meat, juices.lacking.. only2 channels to tv, rust on all metal in room, sheet rock, spackling in bathroom looked like a 6 yr old did it, vent had fur dust covering it, none of furniture matched, all different color. the hot tub had a rotted cover with rips and filled with sludge to top, any child could have fallen thru. the top. weeds in front of our room, car and help in room next to us, windshield half out, paint lpealing, not a registered vehicle, dripping oil all over asphalt, fighting staff in room next to us. all electrical outlets were crooked, radiators were covered with rusted sheet metal cut with tin snips, not actual parts., I felt like we were in a third world country was refused a check out slip stating amount paid and room, length of stay..

Location within walking distance of a good beach and restaurants was key. Pool was a nice touch but a bit small for the number of guests and the filtration system was weak. • Yolanda (10/5): From now on, when I visit Maine again, I will go back to Milestone Inn. - I honestly loved my stay at the Milestone Inn. I liked everything about it. I loved the Staff. Very friendly, polite, respectful, very sweet and attentive. They were extremely helpful, answered all my questions, respectful, knowledgeable about everything at the Inn. Loved the free breakfast, free parking, very organized rooms, clean, comfortable beds. I have no negative comments. I will stay at the Milestone Inn more often. I loved it there. The Staff surely made everything better. I had the pleasure of meeting Sabrina and Toni. Both wonderful young ladies. There was nothing I didn't like. I loved everything about Milestone Inn.
• Christina (4/5): Friendly staff and clean room but very uncomfortable bed, weekend breakfast offered is not worth it - The location was nice, room was clean and the staff was friendly They offer breakfast on the weekends, however the selection was not good. They offered toast, a little bit of fruit, yogurt, and some muffins. There was no protein options at all and also no water, just juices and coffee. The size of the room was okay, however the bathroom had the toilet in a spot enclosed between 2 walls, which made it a little bit uncomfortable. The worst part in my opinion was the bed, although it was large it was the hardest most uncomfortable mattress I’ve slept on and I believe comfort is one of the most important things when staying somewhere.

Other than the bed, which was very comfortable, it was awful. Yellow towels, peeling paint, all around dirty. I wish I could add more than four photos. I checked out a day early. I didn't want to stay, so I took the loss of what I already paid.

• Eaves (9/5): Traveling with my daughter it was easy to find our way around. - It was a great location for a family dinner. We also attended a function at the tea house in S Berwick, easy to get too and the continental breakfast was good. Location, location, location!

• Lisa (6/5): It was ok. I got what I paid for. - Location-could walk to The Beachfire for happy hour. Price was good. Breakfast was a nice surprise, didn’t expect. Attempt to modernize half way. Mostly cosmetic but ok overall for the cost-bathroom could use a basic facelift-lots of goopy caulk in corners. Can see carpet coming out from under the laminate floor at the bathroom threshold. Again, just cosmetic.
• Heidi (9/5): - Cheap clean and very comfortable. Safe and friendly stop. Highly recommended. I guess the skirting board is rusty and could do with replacing but honestly this was the cheapest place we stayed in on a two well road trip and definitely one of the best!
• Joyce (9/5): Excellent value for the money in a convenient location! I would definitely stay here again. - The location is very convenient to everything in Ogunquit. It was an easy walk to Footbridge Beach, which was just spectacular in the early morning. It was also fun looking at all the Halloween decorations along the way! The Inn provided everything that one would need and it was immaculately clean. The room is huge. The fitness center and laundry were a nice surprise, though I didn’t use either. The pool would definitely be inviting in summer. The lady at the front desk was very friendly. The continental breakfast was plentiful and the coffee was good. It was an excellent value for the price. Although the Inn provided everything that one could need, keep in mind that you get what you pay for. The quality of the toiletries, towels, and pillows were very basic but perfectly acceptable. (The coffee in the room however, was awful). It is an older place and there are the usual paint chips, scratches, dents and dings on the walls. I think since it’s off season they try to consolidate guests to one area, which was the very front of the property. I was pleased that the room was quiet despite this.

• JAMES (9/5): - I was looking for clean, cheap, convenient place to stay for wedding. This was perfect. Staff professional and had toast, muffins for breakfast. Shower water pressure was great and hot. Wife loved the mattress (thick and slightly firm). No complaints, my compliments to staff. No complaints, just a warning. Shower head is low, tall people beware. Shower is hot and powerful (good) but you will have to wipe mirror or wait for fog to clear. All good!
