Il nous avait gardé une place proche de l'entrée et il nous a accompagné à notre chambre et fourni tous les renseignements nécessaires. Merci également aux réceptionnistes, souriantes et très gentilles. Je recommande cet établissement à 100% pour les familles en transit ou pour un plus long séjour. Top 👍

Our room was dirty with old towels and dirty bed (look at pictures ).again staff was slow and we had to sit in the corridor with our suitcases for 40 minutes. We specifically booked for a room with a balcony , but were given a new room which apparently was an upgrade but it had no balcony. Again when we let the staff know they said it’s either this or you wait for your main one to actually be cleaned. We were tired and it was the evening so we took it. Room is dirty with splashes in the bin and all over the kitchen. Bathroom has mould. Pool is dirty, sauna and hamma aren’t working. Half of the gym is falling apart. Totally avoid

- Christian Teddy (2/5): Hébergement non conforme a la location - Chambre B 204 Sejour du 17 au 20 Aout 2025 Au Zenitude Antibes - Le Maestria 664 route des 3 moulins 06600 Antibes Jour arrivé le 17 Aout 2025 a 21h : Chambre B 204. Aucune sécurité, chambre famille en rez de chaussé avec baie vitré coulissante dont la serrure etait cassée des 2 côtés de la baie. Etat de la chambre : Clic clac enfant cassé, pince oreille et pleins de fourmis dans la chambre. Peinture effrité au plafond comme suite a dégât des eaux, humidité dans les pieces et dans la sale de bain, trace de moisissures. Je peux fournir des photos si besoin. La réception ne m'a pas proposé d'autres logements avec les mêmes options. Et me demande de partir en me remboursement, prétextant que j'aurais haussé la voix alors que j'ai seulement manifester mon mécontentement voyant qu'il n y a pas de sécurité dans ce logement pour mes 2 filles en bas ages 3 ans et 8 ans et ma femme ayant un handicap. La réception m'a dit que leur directrice souhaiterai me rembourser et que je m'en aille si je n'étais pas content. Ceci plutôt que de trouver une solution, je trouve cela fort déplorable et malhonnête ce genre de comportement et de retour a un client ayant déjà réglé la totalité de son séjour. Cela nous prend totalement au dépourvu. Pourquoi mettre en location un hébergement qui ne remplit pas les conditions de sécurité et d'hygiène pour une famille ? Je demande qu'une solution réparatrice et pas seulement financière soit effectué.

- INES (8/5): Bonne hôtel - Super accueil par le personnel, une belle piscine dont ma famille et moi avons bien profité. Notre chambre été propre mais c’est vrai qu’un petit rafraîchissement general serait bien car un peu ancien (peinture, mobilier etc…) mais nous avons apprécier notre séjour, les commerces sont très proche en voiture 5min en moyenne.

- Nader (4/5): - Hotel tres sale et defectueux, tres bruyant nous somme tomber sur un studio vu sur les travaux d’en face, odeur insuportable dans la chambre avec les portes cassé, traces sales sur les rideaux et nous avons reclamer a la reception et la reponse qu’il nous ont donner c’est qu’ils vont tout refaire. Pas possibiliter de changer de chambre. L’acces au parking tres defectueux avec fuite d’eau que nous devions contourné. Trop decu du sejours poir le.prix a deconseiller.

- Maxy (8/5): - Functional apartment. Central. Downside was the shower exhaust fan not working and a fridge that seemed temperamental. When you are charging 200 Euros a night we expect that these things are attended to. Also kitchen amenities were lacking. There was no kettle. And finally room cleaning was infrequent. On a positive note I found staff helpful. What really lets this place down though was the smokers near the stairs. Smoke wafted into corridors.

- Pablo (10/5): - Great for the price. Breakfast was lovely, all staff was very friendly and helpful, the pool is nice, and the rooms are definitely adequate although dated. Downsides: not great for dinner / lunch food or drinks, and better book transportation in advance to avoid long waiting times. Otherwise, a good and very reasonably priced spot from where to explore Cannes & Antibes.

- shane (10/5): - The attendant named Marc was worth the price of admission. Very friendly and helpful. You have to register online before checking in and they give you a gate code which gets you inside where the attendant will give you the keys. It's a little different than I was used to. But the place overall was very clean, comfortable and has a beautiful pool and a great breakfast which is included on the price. I would highly recommend

- Sylvie (10/5): Hôtel à l’écart de la ville et calme - J’ai eu une belle frayeur car n’aillant pas l’habitude de réserver… Quand j’ai reçu la confirmation pour moi c’était bon mais en fait il faut confirmer la confirmation… Heureusement que dans l’hôtel il y a un super gardien qui fait beaucoup plus que du gardiennage…

Salle de sport avec appareil en mauvais état mais sauna et hammam sympa. La vue de la chambre est bien (vue piscine), par contre cheveux et poils trouvé un peu partout dans l'appartement. Porte de la salle de bain cassée. Tache de gras sur les portes de placard... Au vu du prix pratiqués, certains efforts devrait être fait. Dommage.

- Hakim (6/5): Pas top. - Plusieurs fois que je viens mais là je n’ai pas été satisfait car l’eau chaude était tiède et le chauffage ne marchait pas. Heureusement que le veilleur de nuit m’a amené un radiateur. Habituellement on me donne des chambres côté piscine et là malgré que l’établissement était quasi vide on me l’a donné côté usine.

- Eric (8/5): Un séjour tout à fait correct - Un apparthotel correct, pas super bien situé, il fait absolument une voiture. Personnel très sympathique, établissement propre, garage facile. Les bémols … bruit constant de l’aération, lit moyennement confortable et peu de choses pour faire la cuisine. Pas de bouilloire.

- Alexandra (6/5): - le complexe hôtelier est un vrai labyrinthe, impossible de trouver ma chambre sans me faire accompagner par la réceptionniste (qui était très gentille), compliqué également pour retrouver ma voiture par la suite, Wifi très très mauvais, la télé fonctionnait mal, le volet bloqué (impossible de le fermer) et la chasse d'eau qui a coulée toute la nuit... beaucoup de petits désagrements pour une seule nuit...

Manque de la vaisselle et des couverts. poêle et casserole pas au top. Garage couvert gratuit. Lit confortable. Voiture obligatoire pour se déplacer car hôtel loin du centre-ville et d'un supermarché.
