• Chantelle (9/5): We enjoyed our stay, I enjoyed our personal pool and the kindness of staff - We enjoyed the stay usually we have stayed in hotels but it was nice to have our own space and pool at any time. The staff were friendly and helpful. They celebrated my husbands birthday with a cake and singing in the morning after breakfast. The bed was a bit too hard which contributed to some headaches

• Luis (10/5): Absolute Empfehlung - Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt im Agata Village! Die Anlage besteht aus nur vier Villen, was eine sehr private und entspannte Atmosphäre schafft. Unsere Villa war großzügig geschnitten, mit zwei Schlafzimmern, die jeweils über ein eigenes Bad verfügten – ideal für Familien oder zwei Paare. Besonders praktisch war, dass das zweite Schlafzimmer über eine Treppe getrennt erreichbar war, was zusätzliche Privatsphäre bot. Alles war unglaublich sauber, und die tägliche Reinigung ließ keinerlei Wünsche offen. Ein echtes Highlight war der eigene private Pool, der zum Entspannen und Erfrischen einlud – fernab vom Trubel, aber dennoch ganz für sich. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls ein Genuss: Aus einer kleinen, aber feinen Auswahl konnten wir täglich wählen, und es wurde direkt zur Villa gebracht – immer frisch zubereitet, liebevoll angerichtet und mit leckerem Obst serviert. Trotz der ruhigen Lage ist man nur wenige Meter vom lebhaften Zentrum mit zahlreichen Restaurants, Cafés und kleinen Geschäften entfernt. Auch der Strand ist gut erreichbar und lädt zu Spaziergängen oder einem Bad im Meer ein. Insgesamt ist das Agata Village eine perfekte Kombination aus Ruhe, Komfort und Nähe zum Geschehen. Wir können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

• Lara (9/5): Bella location ma poca logica. - Bella la posizione, la villa spaziosa anche se poco comoda la disposizione camere su 2 piani e zona giorno completamente aperta che in caso di brutto tempo poco vivibile e scomoda avendo passaggio verso la zona notte e bagni, scoperto. Colazione basica. Staff cordiale e disponibile anche se i numeri telefonici di contatto, sia su booking che sul web, completamente errati e difficile anche per i taxisti poter comunicare con la struttura. Numeri telefonici errati, Difficile poterli contattare prima. Disposizione della villa con la zona giorno staccata dalla zona notte e bagni, con passaggio scoperto.
• Harrison (10/5): Great accommodation - The service and friendliness of the staff was excellent. Always very accommodating. The breakfast delivered to the villa was delicious. The location to the main street of Seminyak was super convenient. Would stay here again.

The included breakfast is good and very convenient, along with good value meals for room service. Whilst the property is clean and in good condition, some parts are looking a bit tired and could do with some TLC. The towels etc are also looking a bit old.

Food wasn't amazing, our bathroom had black mould and missing grout which probably attributed to it. Hot water was lacking, there's a bath tub, but it isn't staying warm for long and didn't appear to have enough reserve to actually fill it. Place was pricey for what we got, was almost $400AUD/night for 4 nights.

The pool is quite nice and a good depth (about 1.5m). The location is excellent. The staff are super friendly and helpful. If you get a good price I would recommend this villa. The water pressure is very very bad. It made it difficult to shower. The bathtub also would not fill up because the water is so slow and the hot water runs out. The towels are very old and some had stains or tears; they need to be replaced. The pillows are not very comfy. They are lumpy and too high. The wifi could be better as it was a bit slow. There are also gaps around the doors so mosquitos and bugs can come in easily. The aircon also is not enough upstairs and it gets too hot. It’s too small and needs a bigger aircon.

Very impressed with the pillows and comfort of the mattress. The staff were all simply amazing, friendly, smiling and efficient. A big call out to Irfan whose friendly nature and care factor made our stay The main concern for us was the Ensuite water pressure that required turning on the bath water first to prompt flow to the shower. A first issue in the overall scheme but suggest for the price of the Villa plumbing needs to be rectified.The Breakfast was not bad however the bread used for the toast was stale. I did feed this back to the Manager who simply said " oh " The pool that is amazing needs some tiles re attached and repointed, nonetheless I LOVED the Pool and we swam in it at least 3 times daily over 10 days My comments here a kind constructive critique.

They were responsive to issues and eager to assist when required. The villas were beautiful with lush green garden and great design with kitchen etc, lovely outlook and great design, excellent location near Bintang Supermarket and restaurants. The staff also assisted with transport and hiring of motorbikes etc. The breakfasts were absolutely lovely and the staff served this beautifully every morning. I can't say enough, about the staff, they were amazing! The Villas needed some maintainance so this was alittle frustrating, the plugs were very loose so side lamps flickered on and off, recharging phones was difficult as powerpoints were loose. Sink plug in our bathroom would not drain without putting your hand in so this was alittle unwieldy after using. The pool had missing or loose tiles on the bottom and some were sitting completely loose. One of our twins cut her foot on one. The light was also broken in the pool. The wooden decking collapsed when my partner stepped on it. In saying all of this, the staff were amazing and responsive, when we asked for help they came to rectify when they could. The pool light was fixed and they came to try and fix what they could with the deck. We loved the feel of the Villa but I guess there needs to be more attention to ongoing maintainance.

I booked a villa with private pool, after I paid and checked in i noticed that there is a frog, we couldn’t use that pool and we weren’t comfortable staying there. Additionally, the towels weren’t clean. It was the worst place I stayed in Bali

Pillows are too high and doors are not sealed mosquitoes/ bugs can get through bedroom and bathroom doors.

• Kyle (8/5): Convenient central location yet still in a quiet and peaceful area. - The villa is in a great location in Seminyak, just a few minutes walk to Bintang supermarket which is very convenient. The staff were all super friendly and would come around and do mosquito spraying every evening. The villas themselves are decent and good for a small group. The only thing I can say is that I woke up will little red dots all over my back after the first night of sleeping there. Maybe it was an allergic reaction to the laundry powder they wash the bedding with, not too sure. Other than that there is nothing else I didn’t like.

They were at our disposal at all points of our stay which was fantastic. We had the most fantastic stay here! The beds were huge and comfortable. THe pool and outdoor entertaining area was also so comfortable and beautiful as well. We had free breakfast there which was super tasty and you could order cocktails and massages to the room! Would definitely recommend!

• Porta (1/5): Bad - There was nothing I liked about this villa and nothing like the pictures. I didn't even stay there one night out of nine and requested to have my money refunded. There was no help with this and never received a refund. Not true the the pictures displayed. Frying pans and saucepans were dirty. Villa needs lots of attention and not maintenance on the building. Lawn wasn't mowed. They advertise a restaurant but it is just a kitchen. Kerosene smell late in the afternoon for spraying mosquito. Very disappointing as it was an expensive villa.

• Teyah (10/5): I loved how helpful and polite all the staff were at Agata villas and always made sure we were the most safe and comfort - The property was in the most private area yet so central to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Nothing comes to mind, everything was pleasant.

• Rose (8/5): Very good - Friendly and helpful staff, they were attentive and did their best to make our stay comfortable. The villa was clean and breakfast and massage service massage service were great! Air-conditioning wasn’t working in one of the rooms, after several complaints we got moved to another villa. The first villa had also a broken toilet seat and dirty amenities (bathrobe and bathslippers) in the Twin room. The pool was also very dirty in the first villa, there were pieces of tissue and some other debris floating around.
• Jo-anne (8/5): Very good - The location was hard to access via a vehicle but very easy to walk to the main road. The meals we ordered for dinner were very tasty and convenient after a long day out. The air cons in the rooms were fantastic but the living area has no air con. Air conditioner was turned off every time they cleaned the rooms. Other than that, everything was perfect.

• Denis (8/5): Very good - The Staff was extremely professional and very kind. They have always been prepared to fulfill all our wishes and demands. The location is just 10 min walk from Seminyak main road with a lot of restaurants and shops, massages, beach, etc.
• Elena (10/5): Amazing, peaceful experience. - The privacy, having the breakfast served in the villa at the time we wanted. The staff is super nice; everyone is welcoming, kind and always ready to help. The villa design is beautiful and enjoyable, same like the images on the website. The lights in the bathroom: very low and few. The shower curtain should be replaced; it looked old.
