- Proctor (10/5): Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms--perfect resting during a weekend on the go! - I was very surprised to find this hotel new, spotlessly clean, and the bed was soooo comfortable. The room was spacious and the curtains really kept the light out! The lobby was warm and loved that they had a little cafe to buy food/coffee from. There were also warm cookies both nights in the lobby! Unfortunately, we were up too early on Saturday that the cafe wasn't open. The fridge didn't have a freezer part.
- Theresa (9/5): - When I was in my room, out of the blue an alert showed up on my phone saying my phone had been critically compromised. I hadn’t been using my phone so I turned it off immediately. This was very concerning and made me feel uneasy. Then I started to wonder if someone in the room next-door to mine was trying to hack my data, etc. Once I turned my phone back on, I didn’t see the alert again, but it still makes me wonder why that happened.

- Jo (7/5): Staff was very friendly - The breakfast was good but expensive. I actually thought breakfast was included. I would not have paid that much for a room without included breakfast. The hotel in general was dusty. The bistro area had visible dust around the planters. It was a very nice area but for that. Our room was also dusty. The lamp in the corner had someone's "x" in the dust and it wasn't ours so it was there for the last guest. The rest room had some drywall issues. We stayed 2 nights and had to ask for our beds to be made and our supplies weren't refreshed, coffee packets. No tea bags. We used the pool as well. There was a lot of moldy drywall and the water was a bit on the cool side.

- Terry (1/5): Comfortable and nice room, poor management - Asia Evan’s was very helpful and nice when I was very frustrated For some reason, I booked and paid for my dates before arriving to check in. after a few days of me checking in I found out my booking dates were changed and my check out date was 4 days earlier than what I booked it for. Asia Evan’s had a very hard time getting a hold of the manager and when she finally did, my dates were changed again and she tried to charge me for nights that I had already paid for. It was a very terrible experience because I don’t understand why my dates would be changed after I checked in. I spend the whole day trying to figure this out with the hotel and it didn’t get sorted out until I said I was going to call cooperate. Very nice hotel, but this is not the first issue I had with them. Never stay there again.

It is right in front of the giga market - Meijer. It is also near Aldi, Tader Joe, Barns & Noble etc. Everything you need is near by. The price you pay for the stay does not include breakfast. You have to pay for any food if you want to eat breakfast. They have arestaurant/bar onsite. It is pricy. I paid $9 for just a small bowl of oatmeal.

- Wendy (8/5): Nice room lay out! - I had called the day before to see if we could get into our hotel at 2:00 rather than 3:00. I was told to call back the day of our reservation. I called the next day, the day of our reservation and was told no, so I requested a late check in and that was not a problem. We got to the hotel around 9:30 that night and around 10:15 the fire al went off! Very big surprise. At check out the front desk apologized and said that she would put some points on our rewards card.
- Maribeth (6/5): - The fire alarm was "tested" at 10:34 p.m., after I went to bed. I had called 2 days prior to my stay, to make sure I could check in early to be on time for a wedding. It did not seem to be a problem on the phone. It was a problem when I checked in. I "had to" become a member of Marriott Bonvoy in order check in early. I would have appreciated this info when I called. The phone in my room didn't work. I had to call from my cell to contact the desk. Internet worked Saturday evening, but not on Sunday. The remote in my room did not work, so I could only watch the one channel. I would have let the front desk know about the problems, but there was only a sign saying they were helping other guests and would be back as soon as possible on the front desk when I checked out. I do have to say though, that the room and facilities were very clean and the cleaning staff were friendly.
- Leo (9/5): Great location and super clean! - The hotel is very new. It is in a great location: it is right next to shopping and businesses. Meijer, Aldi's, and a lot of other big brands are very nearby. Really love its location and cleaniness. They offer lemon drinking water and home made cookies. The booking price does not include breakfast. That is a downside. Therefore the price performance is not the greatest.

They had e-mailed me there was a problem with the room I requested, so they made a reservation at a hotel nearby. I did not get the email. They made it right and we got the requested room.

There was only 1 can in the bathroom and I found it sitting on the back of the toilet. No travel size amenities, so I had to go buy my own soap. It’s like they didn’t finish setting up the room. They don’t offer free breakfast, but other than these few things I would probably stay again.

The rooms are most generous in size and very quiet. The outdoor patio is among the best in the hospitality industry. This facility design is executed with poor quality materials. This is not an operations issue, it's a poor corporate decision that unfortunately cannot be corrected.

Both rooms did not have handicap bathrooms (no handrails in tub, non slip grip pads in tub, no shower chair, not 18 inch height toilet or handicap rails near it. We were able to transfer 1 room on second day to make it right. Other than this issue, rooms met expectations.

- Pam (4/5): Disappointing - The check-in lady was extremely nice. Room #423, King bed had a hugh dip on the left side. It's impossible to sleep on that side. The bathroom sink had a big crack inside the basin.

- Tiffany (8/5): - The hotel was nice. We were next to the elevator, so it was a little noisy. Bed was very comfortable. It would be nice to be able to get coffee in the morning. There is a Starbucks on site, but they close at 9:30. We missed it and didn't want to use the room maker. Too many horror stories. Otherwise, it was a good stay!!!

- Jennifer (9/5): Comfortable beds.... - I thought it was a good location. The staff was friendly and our beds were very comfortable. I didnt like that the furniture was very stained on the chair cushions. I also think all bath tubs should be pulled from hotel rooms. But thats just my opinion.
- Mary (10/5): - Everything was very clean, and the staff was very friendly (although I don't think there were a huge number of staff or customers there, as the hotel is in a bit of a construction zone). There are a lot of stores and restaurants nearby, so it's in a fairly convenient location. There's a kind of coffee bar/cafe in the lobby, and both the coffee, the salad, and the burger my stepfather and I tried were very good. For those of you who are smokers, there was a nice smoking area at the front of the building which was kept very clean--unusual for hotels & motels these days. There was also a very nice patio in back of the property. I would definitely stay there again!

- Rebecca (2/5): - I have stayed at this hotel the past three weeks for work. Unfortunately, the quality of the rooms and stay has continuously decreased. Second week, i had to switch rooms due to the overwhelming smell of marijuana. Housekeeping was extremely loud while cleaning rooms around me. They gave me two free days of breakfast but then charged me for it. This week, I cannot get the WiFi to work in my room half the time. The bathroom door does not stay open but also does not shut and lock. The dresser drawer is stuck open. The room again smells very weird and I had to keep the window open. There is even questionable spots on the bathroom wall.

- Dale (10/5): - Overall we had an excellent stay. Only minor cleanliness issue was a couple of stains on the curtains. A maintenance issue with the shower faucet made the water temp too hot at times. Everything else was great and the property is still in relatively new condition overall.

- susan (4/5): - No bath towels or shampoo, conditioner or body wash. Had to contact the front desk. I checked in at 8:00pm. Room was not cleaned properly. A sucker stick, a piece of candy and a fruit loop were on the outer part of the carpet, along with pieces of bacon at the desk leg. The disposable coffee filter was the wrong fit. Had to hold it in place to brew a cup. I would not recommend this hotel. They were almost full to capacity with guests. No excuse for this much garbage on the room floor. I was told the house cleaning of the room was actually inspected. SMH
- Heather (8/5): - Overall, the room was comfortable. A few things that we noted, which relate to attention to small details: the refrigerator does not fit in the built-in cabinetry, and the door will not close. It looks bad and obscures the light switch for the light over the coffee maker. The glass window had some dried goo remaining on it, so it was not fully cleaned; the toilet paper dispenser was not secure on the wall, and the mirror in the bathroom had streaks from cleaning. It took a very long time to get hot water at the sink. The bed and bedding was very comfortable, and the decor was pleasing. Check in was easy, and the overall facility presented well.
