- Thesmiths135 (5/5): Hard beds, no television usage. - The convenience of the location abs the self check in feature that was available was nice. The lock wouldn't open with the code after several attempts. Tried to go to the office to gain access and noone was available, posted door sign indicated someone should have been in the office, but noone was. After roughly 15 attempts the code worked. The TV buffered after watching a show for about 10 minutes and was unable to be used at all, even trying different channels and such. Bed as very very hard. Curtain rod wasn't attached to the wall properly and falling out, so we couldn't close curtain enough to keep the porch light out to sleep. No option to turn porch light off from inside.

Photos showed 1 couch and 2 small chairs. 4 person dining table with 4 chairs and dishwasher. We got 1 couch for 4 people, a dining table that barely sat 2 people with 2 chairs and no dishwasher. The staff were very friendly though. I forgot to take photos.

- Brooke (10/5): Book this place !! - The rooms are wonderful for the price - full kitchen stocked with everything you need. But we ended up eating out a lot because we are RIGHT on the strip with so many wonderful food options & fun things to do !! The staff is great, checking in is super easy. We've been twice in the last month and will be back again. They are extremely pet friendly, upon check in they give you a dog basket with bowls, a blanket, an extra towel, dog treats and potty bags for your furry friend !! The beds aren't super comfy - they're really soft, if you need extra support. And the walls are extremely thin - but we haven't had any loud experiences, you can just hear your neighbors muffled conversations lol

Absolutely do-able!! The only things we did not like was there is no AC in the room. While that would not be an issue most of the time in WA, where we can keep the window open, the one having one open here in the A rooms means you will have *very* loud street noise. Now while this might not be too bad, the walls are a bit thin too. So light sleepers bring headphones!!!

The couch looked worn and stained, the room smelled like booze, the staff wouldn’t let us use the restroom as we were checking out of our room, and the walls were paper thin. - Gabrielle (1/5): - Location I am requesting a refund for my last night due to the inconvenience of being stuck in a very cold room with no heat, being given a broken space heater, and being told there were no other space heaters and the thin extra blankets we were given should suffice. When temperatures are as cold as they were last night, and there is no working heat, this is considered a maintenance emergency and should be handled immediately. If there was no one on call to handle a maintenance emergency, we should have at the least been offered to transfer to a room with working heat for the night. This was not offered, and when my husband called the after hours contact to let her know the space heater given was broken, we were told “maintenance will be there in the morning, and we did give you extra blankets..” I am a multi site property manager of over 200+ units and I do not find it right or professional to leave your tenant/guest in a freezing room (especially on the last night of there stay). Please let me know if a refund may be given. Thank you for your attention to this matter, it is greatly appreciated.

- Sandra (1/5): Not recommended to book a kitchenette - No breakfast and no services for the Most part. Booked a kitchenette and the only addition was an extra sink. No stove or way to cook food during the thanksgiving stay like I planned and expected. The bed was terrible and lumpy. Real kitchenette and a comfortable bed with morning staffing. I had to go to the sister hotel to get coffee. Ugh.
- Mandy (6/5): Nice location, good price, super thin walls. - The hotel is close to town for easy walking. The walls are super thin. We could hear everything that was going on in the rooms beside us. There is no fan in the bathroom so it was stifling.

- Kristina (10/5): Amazing - There was enough space for all of us we were able to cook our own food. As we have picky children it made life a lot easier. There wasn't a person available to check out with wasn't sure if we just leave which we ended up just leaving.

- Bret (7/5): Overall a nice place, would probably stay there again. - Large rooms with full kitchen, plenty of parking. Large bathroom and roomy shower. Bed was a bit lumpy, and there was a fair amount of road noise as almost all the rooms face the main drag through town.

- Christa (9/5): - Have stayed here twice with different rooms each time. Awesome, friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect for walking the strip and to the beach, lots of parking and in a safe area. We left our car parked and walked everywhere. The bed was extremely comfortable and the sheets/blankets were super soft. Rooms are always super clean and they provide every basic care amenity, I love the brand of soaps/lotions they provide. This will always be our go to Inn to stay at when in Long Beach. Only thing I could be picky about is the tap water takes a minute to heat up, and the bathroom fan is a bit funny, I got it to work the first time and couldn't get it to turn back on, not broken, just goofy.

- Sue (8/5): Price jacked up for dogs is too much - Room was big, clean and comfortable and nice central location. They charge $30 per night per dog. That’s $60 a night extra if you have 2 dogs. They don’t tell you ahead about the cost. Also outside grounds and parking were a bit sketchy

- Bruce (10/5): FANTASTIC RESTFUL NIGHT STAY - Large room with plenty of lighting and restroom with a closet with a door, even has a Dresser. Room had a Coffee Maker, Microwave, Table and two chairs. Television with lot of channels to watch. All around a perfect stay The Refrigerator didn't provide a Freezer section for keeping things frozen, (Ice Blocks) for when I left for business and home. It worked out okay!
- Pitzer (8/5): Spacious rooms right in the heart of Long Beach. - Ease of booking, ease of checking in, great lobby, spacious room (2 bedroom suite). Very clean. When I spoke with the manager, she was very friendly. Easy walking distance to everything downtown. Only one negative thing -- the walls in the D building are paper thin! When a family checked in next door on our second night, we could hear every single thing they said, did, coughed, etc.

- Eleanore (9/5): Great place to stop amd stay a little while. - The location was great.. we had our own little apartment room with a kitchen and 1 bedroom. We face the street which was great too. The room had the dishes we needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal. It was central to town we did not interact with staff they were mostly decorating and doing maintenance. They were friendly from how we experienced them. No complaints
