- John (8/5): - The hotel is in a very neat area with lots of dining options a short walk away. Parking is extremely limited. Rooms in the front part of the hotel are extremely dated and small. We were able to book a room in the garden area which has been remodeled recently and looks much nicer and has air conditioning. Definitely would go back if I could guarantee one of the nicer rooms.

- Liz (6/5): - Hotel Eisenhower is tired and needs some updating. The shower room we stayed in didn't have a working fan so shower room was a little mouldy also the plug in the sink was broken so stayed in. Both lights by the bed did not work, probably just need the bulbs replacing but this should be checked before the room is let out. However the hotel is in a great central location and there is parking which is free. We didn't see much staff but when we did they were very friendly and helpful. Its just a tired hotel really but is ok for a night.

- Andreas (8/5): - Die Ausstattung ist einfach und schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad hat einige Schönheitsmängel war aber okay und soweit möglich auch sauber. Da unsere Erwartungen nicht zu hoch waren, fanden wir es schön und ausreichend. Bei uns war es sehr ruhig und die Lage ist super. Am Hafen gab es weitere Parkplätze in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

- Elizabeth (6/5): Basic Hotel in the heart of Port-en-Bessin - This is a very basic place to stay but it was fine for two nights, and clean. It’s close to the beautiful little downtown and the walk along the harbor and in the middle of all the Normandie sites. There is no elevator which could be an issue for some visitors and also there are only two or three parking spots at the actual hotel, if those are taken you have to find one somewhere else in town - which are free but it could be a walk away.

- Nathalie (10/5): Très bien placé, personnel top, cadre sympa. - Hotel situé en plein centre donc pratique pour aller se promener sur le port. On a eu un souci de tringle à rideaux qui s'est décrochée en ouvrant la fenêtre et la tv qui ne fonctionnait pas. La réceptionniste nous a proposé de changer de chambre, nous avons décliné. En dédommagement elle nous a offert les petits déjeuner. C'est très commercial car elle n'y était pour rien. Chambre simple mais cadre sympa. Petit déjeuner complet. Je recommande ++++

- John (2/5): Difficult to locate-no sign! - This hotel was very difficult to find because they have NO SIGN! Very basic accommodation. This facility has two buildings which meant climbing two flights of steps and then two more flights. Not ideal for luggage.

The location is fine, the neighborhood is fine, and there are some nearby restaurants and attractions that are fine. But, the hotel has seen better days.

L’interrupteur ne tenait plus au mur, les joins de SDB étaient noirs, la porte de la chambre était sale et la poignée ne tenait pas… Le prix du petit déjeuner 9,90€ est vraiment excessif vu ce qu’il y a à manger ( croissants pas bons, et très peu de choix…) Ça ne vaut pas plus de 5€. Cependant personnel très agréable et disponible !

- Verified traveler (10/5): Far exceeded our expectations - We were very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. As it is a 2 star we expected very little but received far more. It was exceptionally clean, the room was very clean and spacious, staff were very friendly and the location was perfect.
- Masaru (6/5): - 古い港町にあるモーテルでホテルを含めて街全体が古い感じです。レンタカーで行きましたがホテルの駐車場は5〜6台で一杯で駐車場のちょっとスペースのあるとこに駐車しました。部屋をリノベしてきれいにしていましたが、いかんせ設備が古くシャワーの水が溢れてしまいました。 この港町は道路も狭いので車の運転は要注意です。

The booked two seperate beds room was not available but arranged with a folding bed in the not that spacious room. Overall the accommodation was clean and comfortable with a descent breakfast.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - I stayed at the Eisenhower Hotel for one night during my visit to the Normandy region. It’s a great hotel if you are just wanting a nice place to sleep at night. It’s within walking distance to all the shops and cafes you could ask for. My room was on the second floor and it opened up onto the (shared) balcony. The room was spacious with a large bed. The room was exactly what I was looking for, a spacious room close to all the action that wouldn’t break the bank! I would definitely stay at this hotel again

- Michael (4/5): Overpriced and shoddy - A run down hotel with no facilities or lifts. The room was shoddy with ceiling damage and a broken shower attachment. The staff decided to refurb the room upstairs at 1am,I thought the room was being raided as the noise was terrible, they even threw two beds from the window onto the grass from about 29ft.

- nick (10/5): Nice hotel - This place isn’t the ritz. It’s basic but it’s a very good basic. If what you want is a roof and a bed and a door that locks then this place is excellent. Clean and tidy and a no nonsense room for the night. If you want all the whistles and bells then keep looking. Port-en-Bennin is a beautiful spot too.
- Ben (8/5): Room 14 - The hotel is small basic and clean. For the price I was really happy. The staff were friendly upon check in and helpful providing somewhere to leave all 3 bikes. The room itself was basic and clean and good value for money with towels and basic toiletries provided ... It was in a good location and seconds from some good restaurants in a small town. Very happy.
