The room faced onto plaza nueva, it was fine in day time but at night the sound of the traffic was awful , though there are double glazed windows. I only had a small case, so the stairs were okay, but as there’s no elevator, if I had to haul a regular case up and down, that would be tough. It was not mentioned in the website. The floor could also do with a good cleaning. One of the plugs was falling out and it should be fixed.

- PATRI PAT (7/5): Buena ubicación, apartamento bien equipado - La ubicación, muy muy céntrico El apartamento era amplio, silencioso y cómodo, cocina bien equipada El precio era correcto, teniendo en cuenta que era puente y fiestas en Granada además El apartamento olía a humedad/cañerías, especialmente el baño. El proceso de check-in y recogida de llaves fue un poco precipitado porque nos mandaron la información apenas minutos antes de llegar, conduciendo, no sabíamos que era todo online así que nos pilló un poco desprevenidos. Lo pudimos gestionar sin problema, pero en el momento, en el coche entrando a Granada, nos pilló a traspiés. Estuvimos días esperando confirmar si la plaza de aparcamiento sería grande para que entrase nuestro coche, algo imprescindible para nosotros porque debíamos buscar alternativa si no. Nunca confirmaron. Nos mandaron mensaje con el número de plaza asignada y hasta llegar a aparcar, literalmente, no sabíamos si el coche iba a entrar.

Ortak tuvaletler neredeyse dönemeyeceğiniz kadar küçük ve mahremiyetten uzaktı. Rahatsız olabilecek insanların bunu göz önünde bulundurması lazım. Rm#3 very small room with really nowhere to sit or or place personal items. Bunkbed was too soft. Room was never dark because of window over door letting in hallway light (needs a blind). Like most hostels noisy inside caused by banging doors, locks and neighbors.

- Silvina (8/5): - Al llegar el anfitrión sabía a q hora llegaba y nunca me dijo que no iba a estar, tuve que entrar con unas que abrieron y luego una muchacha que no era ni de la pensión me dio la llave del cuarto y me dio las indicaciones. Si es súper céntrico y está todo muy limpio. Pocas papeleras en los baños.

- Juliette (8/5): Très bon séjour dans cet appartement a l’emplacement idéal pour découvrir Grenade - L’appartement est très bien situé, proche de la grande artère principale mais dans une rue au calme. Taxis et station de bus au pied de l’immeuble. À quelques minutes à pied d’une entrée pour l’Alhambra (par la Porte de la Justice). La communication avec Pedro était excellente. Les instructions pour l’arrivée étaient claires. L’immeuble est très propre. L’appartement est fonctionnel avec les produits de premières nécessités fournis (ce qui est très appréciable quand on reste que quelques jours) - liquide vaisselle, sac poubelle, papier toilette, gel douche/shampooing - lits faits à l’arrivée. La pièce de vie est petite mais nous y avons passé peu de temps, que pour prendre les petits-déjeuners, donc ça nous a convenu. Il y a eu quelques odeurs de remontées d’égout par la salle de bain La douche ne se vidait pas bien

- Li (8/5): A hostal close to everywhere - Location, just beside the plaza Nueva! Close to everywhere. Walk upwards for 10 mins directly to Alhambra, or take bus 31, 32. Parking is impossible within this district. We parked our car in the nearby 'parking Victoria', 1 euro/hour. The room is in an updated building with history. The spiral stair is wide and in marble. The shared bathroom and toilet are clean. All in all, this is a high value place for 1-2 days. 1) the room was cleaned with some liquid too strong. The smell is not easily cleared even after we opened the door for a long time. 2)the tap of the basin inside the room only provides cold water.
- perezbalseiro (5/5): Pasable si viajas en plan barato. - La ubicación es lo mejor que tiene, al principio de la calle que sube a la Alhambra y en pleno centro. No nos ofrecieron cambio de toallas ni nos vaciaron papeleras, en los 5 días que estuvimos, tuvimos que buscarnos la vida y esperar a que apareciera el personal de limpieza. La estancia parecía mejor en las fotos. No vi que especificara que el baño era de uso común.

Le camere erano belle, comode e curate, e la pulizia è stata davvero impeccabile durante tutto il soggiorno. Anche la posizione è ottima, molto comoda per visitare la città e muoversi facilmente. Al momento della prenotazione non era chiaro che i bagni fossero in comune, quindi è stato un aspetto che non ci aspettavamo. Sarebbe utile specificarlo meglio per evitare fraintendimenti. A parte questo, però, non ci sono stati altri problemi.

The property manager was very helpful in helping me in planning an errand trip. Room decor was modest, but clean and comfortable. Shared bathroom and showers were very clean and well maintained.

Io e la mia compagna vogliamo sottolineare la gentilezza e la disponibilità della donna delle pulizie, sempre disponibile per eventuali chiarimenti. Le docce condivise erano strutturate in un modo in po' scomodo e il lavandino della camera non aveva acqua calda.

- Paula (7/5): - Gostei da relação anfitrião e hospedo. Alojamento muito central e de fácil acesso. O quarto, se bem que pequeno, correspondeu às expetativas. Simpatia dos outro locatários. A falta de respeito pelos outros hospedes, do último casal que entrou na sexta feira dia 20/03/2026. Falta de luz natural.
- Herma (4/5): Niet geschikt voor 4 volwassenen en slecht bereikbaar.De eigenaar in eerste instantie totaal niet bereikbaar. - De eigenaar slecht bereikbaar.Je kan er door slagboon niet door om op je bestemming te komen.Garage slecht bereikbaar.Er is een slaapkamer met 2 persoons en een stapelbed voor kinderen.We waren met 4 volwassenen en de accommodatie is daar niet geschikt voor.Zijn weg gegaan en een andere lokatie gezocht.Zou graag mijn betaling terug krijgen Herma de Vries. Le agregaría un servicio para guardar las pertenencias si llegas antes de la hora de check in, o si te quedas luego del check out.

- Mauricio (10/5): - La ubicacion es perfecta, la persona que nos recibió muy amable. Realmente el lugar es muy limpio, se nota que le dan mucho mantenimiento. Las camas muy cómodas, buena vista, te facilitan lo que necesites.

- Silvia (8/5): - La ubicación está genial, la limpieza también impecable, y el personal de la limpieza muy agradable también. Los baños y duchas compartidos también super limpios, y ponen un desinfectante por si tú quieres echarlo antes de usarlo. Todo genial!!! Las almohadas de la cama grande de la habitación 6 eran demasiado finas, estaría bien poner algunas más.
