Owner lives above but we had no contact during our stay Communicated through WhatsApp to get exact location. Needed taxi from station (€12) to accommodation as all uphill over 2 to 3km of a walk. Check in efficient. Tea coffee in communal area outside our room. Receptionist available via WhatsApp as leaves building at 7pm. She ordered pizza delivery to our room. Guy arrived quickly and had card machine to take payment. Food lovely and great value. We paid receptionist for bottle of wine in cash before she left. ( wine in room) plus bottle of water. View from room beautiful. Terrace outside if want to drink your wine with other guests. Ideal for solo travels and couples Charged €25 for taxi down to train station. Driver said it was due to it being a Sunday, so double the price we were charged on Saturday for same journey.

Zimmer sehr sauber alles neu gemacht, komplett mit allem ausgestattet Fön, Kaffemaschine,Teekocher. Das Bett wow super bequem. Die Aussicht war etwas sensationell,der Wahnsinn. Das Haus liegt ganz oben auf dem Berg und von der Terrasse des Zimmer aber auch beim Frühstück hat man das Panorama von La Spezia. Am Abend ist der Anblick unbezahlbar. Wir können 88 miglia 💯 weiterempfehlen!! Ein war ein sehr schönes Erlebnis für uns 🥰 vielen Dank werden wieder kommen...

We went for new years and saw the fireworks across La Spezia from our room. The neighbourhood is very quiet and the host was very welcoming. She gave us all the information related to good restaurants and places to see, where to park the car in city, which trains to take for Cinque Terre etc. The overall experience was amazing.

• Marcelo (10/5): - O hotel é uma casa que fica bem no alto do morro, até acho que na parte mais alta da cidade de Lá Spezia. tudo novíssimo: quarto amplo, super limpo, moderno, e o banheiro também. Em perfeitas condições e super agradável. Um único ponto a destacar em muito importante: fica localizado no Alto do morro e nem ônibus chega até lá. Para quem não está de carro, como nós que não sabíamos a distância, se tornou bastante difícil. não fosse a boa vontade e simpatia proprietária que nos levou dois dias seguidos para o centro da cidade no seu próprio veículo, não sei como teríamos chegado lá. Na primeira noite, a filha da proprietária pediu comida tele entrega para nós, visto que não tinha nenhum meio de transporte disponível que pudesse nos levar para a parte baixa da cidade e para o centro. Claro, há taxis, mas o custo é bastante alto.Na última noite no hotel não tinha ônibus para voltarmos, tivemos que andar tudo a pé e uma moradora, vizinha do hotel, nos rio subindo na chuva e resolveu nos dar carona. Uma subida super íngreme cheia de curvas. Único destaque: sem carro é muito complicado de se hospedar lá. Agora, para quem está de carro, é uma excelente opção e eu recomendaria, inclusive se algum dia voltar à cidade estiver de carro, pensar em me hospedaria lá novamente.

Accueil très agréable et conseils très avisés pour visiter les Cinque Terre. Mention spéciale pour la jeune femme qui nous a servi le petit déjeuner. L’accessibilité… il serait important de mentionner dans l’annonce que la chambre est en contrebas et qu’il y a des marches à emprunter pour accéder à celle-ci et pour le petit déjeuner.

There’s plenty of free parking on the street. Unfortunately our rental car broke down the day before we arrived so we had no car and had to take taxis to get down and up. But this was our issue not the hotel. So they were 100% wonderful. Great for couples looking for a romantic destination.

La posizione non mi è piaciuta per niente inoltre è venuto a piovere moltissimo ed è stato difficile, pur avendo una buona auto, percorrere la strada fino al b&b, molto poco sicura e stretta. Inoltre è mancata la corrente più di una volta a causa del temporale… e non trovo corretto da parte della proprietà avere un parcheggio che non mette a disposizione degli ospiti gratuitamente, bensì richiede un extra di 15€ in più al giorno, nonostante il prezzo del soggiorno sia già estremamente alto per dove sono situati.

Anfahrt und die kostenlose Parkplätze wurden sehr schön erklärt, obwohl man auch direkt vor der Unterkunft hätte Parken können für einen Aufpreis. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt, jedoch mit einem bezaubernden Ausblick und sehr ruhig gelegen. Zu Fuß und Auto gut erreichbar. Alles war sehr sauber, absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Volle Minibar mit fairen Preisen war gut ausgestattet. Frühstück mit heimischer Küche und einem bezaubernden Ausblick auf die Stadt, Hafen und Berge. Absolut empfehlenswert! Alles war super!

Von hier aus sieht man die ganze Stadt La Spezia und hat Meerblick. Die Besitzerin war total nett hat uns Restaurantempfehlungen gegeben und sie hat Vorgeschlagen, dass wir auch bei einem Lieferservice anrufen könnten dann könnten wir hier essen und wir sollten was aussuchen und sie würde auf Italienisch dort anrufen. Zimmer sind zweckmäßig mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Was man eventuell anmerken kann ist, dass die öffentlichen Parklätze etwas entfernt von der Unterkunft sind. Die 3 Stellplätze vor dem haus sind über eine sehr enge Zufahrt zu erreichen. Für großen Fahrzeuge schwierig.

Die versprochene Aussicht (wofür man extra bezahlt hat) war nicht gegeben, lediglich über ein Fenster und eine sogenannte „Terrasse“ gab es ebenfalls nicht, sondern lediglich ein Plätzchen neben der Treppe woraus man den Ausblick auf das Meer und die Stadt nicht mehr hatte.

• Teo (5/5): - Atencion y disposición de su personal, siempre quisieron ayudar Ubicado en un cerro con pésimo acceso,lejos de todo, camino para llegar full de curvas,muy peligroso éramos un grupo de 4 parejas, y 1 habitación era de pésima calidad. Escaleras muy pronunciadas , incómodas y peligrosas para acceder a los cuartos y área desayuno.
