• Matteo (8/5): Good hotel not far from the buzz of Fira - The location is perfect as it is very near to the centre of the action in Fira but conserves a tranquil outlook due to some distance from the busiest streets. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. There was no water in the fridge when we arrived - it does not cost much to provide guests with some! Also no kettle and coffee/tea - although we are told this is being introduced now. The pool area is small and shady.

Il est aussi à l'écart du centre Ville (500 m) ce qui permet d'éviter l'agitation de Santorin. L'équipe d'accueil et d'entretien est fabuleuse. Toujours souriante avec un petit mot gentil. L'équipe est également de bons conseils pour profiter pleinement de Santorin. Les chambres sont propres et la literie confortable. Le seul bémol est le petit déjeuner (d'où la note de 9/10). Pas très varié et pas très bon.... Le petit dejeuner

• Juliana (8/5): Felt very welcomed, and had a great stay overall! - only an 8 min walk to the city center. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and the pool was amazing! The walls are a bit thin but overall it was all great!

• Julia (9/5): - Świetna lokalizacja, blisko do centrum miasta, ale jednocześnie na uboczu, więc jest cisza. Niedaleko do dworca autobusowego. Bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny personel! Pokój czysty i wygodny. Nie korzystałam z basenu, ale wyglądał bardzo dobrze i również czysto. Wszystko super :)

Literally cannot fault it :)

Le personnel souriant et disponible (accueil, femme de ménage et personnel cuisine ) Chambre non insonorisé, on entend tout, peut-être que le personnel devrait parler moins fort. Surtout le matin ! Petit déjeuner correct, à part le jus d'orange, et les viennoiseries qui sont sèches.
• Julia (7/5): Great staff! But a few issues with the hotel. - The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, offering local recommendations for us to check out during our vacation. Our room had a balcony and a nice view of the sea which was really lovely. We did encounter a few issues, which were no fault of the staff at all. We sometimes had no hot water in our room when we wanted to shower, which may have been due to others in the building using it at the same time. Unfortunately the power also went out in the middle of our first night, leaving an emergency light shining in the room until about 2am which made it very difficult to sleep. The staff told us this can happen when there are high winds on the island, so it's something to be aware of.

The staff were both very knowledgeable of Santorini and where I could go. They gave me names of restaurants plus tours I could do. Also the breakfast was good and the rooms were cleaned every morning. Nothing I can think of.

A free parking lot is available at the end of the street, in case you are visiting Santorini by car/quad. The staff is super friendly and kind, happy to help with recommendations to make your stay memorable. We didn't use the pool, but it looks very nice. Nothing.

• Vivienne (9/5): Highly recommend this hotel in Fira! - We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and the location was perfect, just a two minute walk from the center of Fira. The highlight of our stay was the service: the staff were incredibly friendly, always willing to help, and offered great recommendations. The room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and the pool was a lovely bonus.

La localisation est pratique, on peut visiter Fira à pied et nous sommes qu'à quelques minutes à pied de la station de bus locale qui dessert toute l'île. Llegamos antes de la hora del check in y como la habitación estaba disponible pudimos ocuparla desde ese momento. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, a 10 minutos del aeropuerto, cerca de la estación de autobuses, del centro de Fira.

• de_marcus (9/5): gerne wieder! - Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Zimmer sind sauber, gut und groß genug (wir hatten ein Zimmer mit großer Terrasse)! Lage fanden wir sehr gut (Busbahnhof in der Nähe), etwas abseits vom Lärm der Stadt! Der Pool ist auch Klasse für ein Stadthotel! Transfer von Flughafen sehr teuer!

• Jana (10/5): Lovely holiday - What a beautiful island! I don't travel often but this hotel was spotless, clean and beautiful. I couldn't find any negatives. I slept like a baby. The pool was perfect, clean and everything was great. Greek yogurt for breakfast every day was the best choice. The hotel staff helped with the transfer from the airport and back. Incredibly helpful and willing staff who explained everything to us and helped with everything we needed. I would like to thank the lady at the reception the most, who was lovely and super nice. And also the cleaning lady, who cleaned us fabulously every day. If I ever visit Santorini, this is the only hotel 👌 Nothing

• ΝΕΚΤΑΡΙΟΣ (10/5): - Το προσωπικό ευχάριστο με διάθεση να σε εξυπηρετήσει και η τοποθεσία ιδανική για κάποιον που δεν έχει αυτοκίνητο. Πολύ καθαρό και ήσυχο ( μπορεί λόγω εποχής). Το πρωινό πολύ καλό.
