Helped me with baby bath tub, cookwares, lighter - as I need to lit up a candle, umbrella. I cant emphasize more on how great they were. Hotel room was also very good and met the expectations - Two TVs(Though I haven't even turned those On). Sofa, Dining table, kitchen setup. Great location. Bathroom didnt have a tap, just a shower where droplets were going in all direction except on you (lol), so yeah bathroom could have been better.

Corredores barulhentos, muita gente falando alto, portas batendo a todo instante, rádios de comunicação, carrinhos, etc. A qualquer hora do dia e da noite. Difícil dormir com tanto barulho, principalmente das portas batendo.

- Haddad (3/5): not worth the price, not as advertized - the hotel was in construction. there was no amenieties at all. the gym is not functional. there's no pool. the jacuzzies where in reparation for the 3 weeks we were there. the office space is not ready (also in construction). very noisy hotel, the walls are very thin you can hear everything. the internet is the worst i ever had in my travelings, totally unreliable. the water was out also a couple of times.

- Michael (9/5): I’m very satisfied! - Absolutely perfect location — you can easily get anywhere in Mexico City and reach all the attractions. The rooms are cleaned perfectly every day without any reminders. The room is very well equipped: a microwave, kettle, and stove — you can cook your own meals. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything at any time. The breakfasts are excellent and were included in the regular room price. And by the way, the price is actually very low, to be honest. There were a couple of minor inconveniences. First, the water in the shower was cold — slightly warm at best, but really more cold than anything else. Second, the Wi-Fi was inconsistent. Sometimes it worked quite well, and then it could disappear completely for a while.

Volvemos para la segunda estancia, y en un momento donde estabamos acostados nos empezo a caer agua del techo (seguramente era una perdida del jacuzzi) nos quejamos y nos vuelven a cambiar, ante esto les digo "me queda una reserva mas por favor para la próxima dennos un cuarto en buen estado", si eso hubiera pasado no estaría escribiendo esta review, a nuestra tercer estancia llegamos y de nuevo una habitación donde salta la térmica y encima con un olor a suciedad y encierro importante, ya cansados de quejarnos, decidimos literalmente perder un dia de reserva e irnos a otro hotel. No lo recomiendo ni un poco, busquen otras opciones

- Angela (6/5): Mejorar el tema del aseo y mal olor. Por esa razón no volvería. - En general cómodo y bien ubicado. El personal súper amable. La comida rica. Pésimo aseo en la habitación. Pese a que el baño si estaba aseado, había un olor desagradable proveniente de la ducha todo el tiempo. Los utensilios que se requerían estaban llenos de polvo como la cafetera o vasos en la habitación. Debajo de las camas súper sucio. Nos dejaban solamente dos toallas aunque éramos tres y tenía que recordar todos los días por la toalla extra.

- Andrea (10/5): Genial localización en CDMX - La habitación era súper amplia, camas grandes, cocina con todo lo necesario. Baño amplio también. Cuenta con secador y todos los básicos (hay que pedirlos en recepción). Super buena ubicación. Personal muy amable siempre. Es cierto que hay algo de ruido, pero no fue un gran problema. Recomiendo coger el transporte al aeropuerto externo (Uber).

- Andrés (8/5): - Me agradó mucho el hotel, tiene un aspecto moderno y limpio. La cama muy cómoda. Solicité un cambio de secadora, ya que la que se encontraba en la habitación estaba dañada, pero no me la cambiaron. El ruido de la calle durante la noche puede estorbar un poco.

- Martin (10/5): Buen Hotel en CDMX - Hotel en muy buena ubicación, limpio, espacioso y con todas las comodidades. Muy buen servicio de habitaciones y limpieza y sobre todo destacar, el desayuno, con una gran variedad y muy rico!!
- Eleni (10/5): - I really enjoyed the size of the room and the kitchen. The hotel provides a box with all kitchenware for free, if you ask. My room was fully renovated and the bed was really comfortable. The location is great, just about 5-7 minutes from La Reforma. As I was on the top floor, I was a little surprised by the sense that the building was slightly shaking when big vehicles were passing by the road underneath. However I was told that this is normal in the area and it is safe. There is some noise from outside but again, normal for hotels in front of a big road.

- Angie Villera (6/5): Mucho por mejorar - La ubicación es lo mejor de este hotel, super conveniente para llegar a cualquier lado. La habitación se veía en mal estado y se escuchaba mucho ruido de los otros huéspedes en las otras habitaciones, era muy difícil dormir porque hasta el mas mínimo ruido de las otras habitaciones se escuchaba, conversaciones, uso del baño, la televisión, todo. Incluso tratar de tomar una siesta de día era difícil porque había construcción dentro del hotel con mucho ruido de maquinaria pesada durante el día.

- Erica (9/5): Great location for a visit to Mexico City! - Loved the location! Room was clean and modern. Safe area. Good WiFi. The shower drain. Water would not go down the drain and after 3 min would be flooded and take forever to go down the drain.
