- jerome (10/5): Un très bel hôtel de charme dans le centre historique - Le bâtiment ancien a un charme fou. L’hôtel est en plein dans la vieille ville et en même temps à côté du petit port. Supers équipements (piscines chauffées ce qui est rare à Minorque, spa, sauna, hamam, etc) Taille humaine sans trop de chambres, la directrice de l’hôtel Maïté veille aux petits soins. Concierge Adria formidable réactif et avec de très bons conseils de restaurants. Rien. Pour dire quelque chose je dirais que la douche du sauna a un débit trop faible.

- Alison (7/5): - Beautiful hotel in the centre of town. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops BE AWARE of balcony rooms next to nightclub! We had booked a suite with a balcony - a special treat for a 60th birthday celebration trip. On the Saturday nights there was a nightclub with banging music all night from about 10.30pm until 5.30 am - RIGHT OUTSIDE OUR ROOM. No sleep for us on our last night. We mentioned this to reception in the morning during check out, who promised to contact us by email - which they still have not done - appalling customer service. In addition to this we were served cold poached eggs with our breakfast, and when we complained, they took them away and returned with a warm poached egg but the wrong order! This was made up to us by them providing us with a cheese board and fizz later the next day, as compensation. The general manager tried very hard to provide good service but instead ended up being invasive. The majority of the rest of the staff was excellent though.

Located in an old palace, with a beautiful outside dining space under the shades, it had one entry door to the old town and the other to the marina - so ideal. All staff was extremely helpful, attention-ate, anticipative and discreet at the same time - very personalised approach, which we appreciated a lot. Always there to answer all sorts of requests, questions and needs. Nice - even if small - spa place to hide and relax after a hike or strong sun with great massages. The general manager of the hotel, Maïte, always around, brought a very human touch, made the stay even more special. I really can't think of anything....

Spa agréable L'hôtel comporte 3 bâtiments proches mais totalement séparés et notre chambre était dans le bâtiment le plus éloigné. Nous nous sommes sentis un peu isolés et l'accès aux espaces détentes et au restaurant était moins évident. Par ailleurs les chambres étaient très mal isolées et nous avons passé une nuit très difficile à cause d'un bébé qui a beaucoup pleuré à partir de 5H du matin mais la directrice de l'hotel a été à notre écoute et très compréhensive lorsque que l'on s'est plaint, ce qui est de plus en plus rare et nous l'en remercions. Cela reste cependant décevant pour un hotel de cette game et pour le prix payé

- Xavier (9/5): Comoditat i relax amb una atenció exquisita - L'esmorzar es pot fer a l'interior o si fa bon temps al jardí, que té molts racons diferents i és molt acollidor. L'edifici és molt maco i la nostra habitació era bastant espaiosa i amb una bona decoració Per esmorzar hi ha una part en buffet i l'altre a demanda, la part del bufett no és massa variada, 3 tipus d'embotit, un tipus de formatge i algunes pastes, i cada dia va ser igual. Si hi passes un parell de dies esta bé, però si hi estas més s'acaba fent monòton. El café amb llet i begudes les serveixen a taula i de vegades van trigar una mica a servir-lo.

- Simon (9/5): Excellent - We were extremely pleased with our stay at the hotel — the rooms were comfortable, and the staff were very welcoming and attentive. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the hotel’s location was perfect for exploring the area. Parking. but not a problem and expected with the location of the hotel.
- lavinia (8/5): Really enjoyed our stay, particularly liked the hotel and town - Very pretty and atmospheric hotel. Excellent service and very friendly staff. Amazing breakfast. Location right in the centre of the town which is perfect. Asked for feather pillows, which was confirmed but then provided with synthetic uncomfortable pillows. Room was dark in the day so not appealing to stay in during the day. Swimming pools cold water but beautiful to sit around.

- Simon (10/5): - Beautiful hotel in a restored Palau, well positioned in the centre of old Ciutadella. Lovely facilities including a gorgeous underground pool and spa, and with several small unheated outdoor pools. The outside dining area was magical.

- Lisa (10/5): wonderful hot spot to enjoy Cuitadella - Classy, high end boutique, great location and staff Just be aware that there are 3 buildings and we preferred being in the main building with restaurant and spa
- Carolyn (8/5): - We thought the staff were friendly and approachable. Our room was lovely but frustrating there were no hooks anywhere to hang towels etc expect in the shower where they got wet. The room was so dark, the lighting so poor that we asked for a lamp but when we pulled it out of the plug to use it the wire came loose. This is a 5 star hotel , no tote bag for the beach awful hairdryer nothing to play music on and a totally different building to where breakfast was. Such simple things to make a difference. We enjoyed our stay but don’t think it’s 5 star

- Denis (8/5): - Мы были 3 ночи на Менорке, каждую ночь останавливаясь в разных отелях 5*. Этот отель был третьим по счету. Он же был и самым дорогим из трёх, но мы его поставили бы на 3е место. Пафоса нагнано много, но радости было мало. Ресторан во дворике действительно замечательный, вечером было много щебечущих птичек. Но вот фишка с роялем на ужин какая-то не доработанная (слишком мало играла девушка и с повторами композиций). Сауны и бассейн, которые были включены в стоимость проживания по факту использовать не получилось, так как нужно было бронировать, но утром при заезде никто не предупредил об этом. Есть сложность с выгрузкой и погрузкой багажа и пассажиров, приходится останавливаться на тратуаре.

Very relaxing. - Location - in the town but also easy to walk to a lovely cove and swim in the sea - service was excellent, the ambience and style were fabulous. It was lovely to have free use of the mini spa. Nothing, it was all lovely.

- catherine (9/5): - Le cadre la déco l'atmosphère du lieu et la pianiste qui joue pendant le diner du soir déçu par le petit déjeuner pas digne d'un relais et châteaux petit buffet par rapport à d'autres relais et châteaux que nous avons fait ou des hôtels 4 ou 5 étoiles que nous avons fait. Repas dans l'hotel un peu cher par rapport aux quantités dans l'assiette

- Régis (10/5): Quel charme! - Très bon accueil et un personnel hyper professionnel et agréable. Le cadre est enchanteur, la décoration et l’ambiance parfaite. Halte a recommander vivement. Les piscines sont un peu encaissées entre les murs de la ville mais tellement jolies.
