JOSE (10/5): - Une halte a ne pas manqué si vous etes dans le coin ,un endroit vraiment charmant avec un excellent accueil et un tres bon restaurant.
Arthur (2/5): - We couldn’t get into the place. We arrived and there was no one anywhere on the property. Didn’t seem like there were any guests either. The reception was completely empty. It was very eerie and we drove far out of our way for this place. We left and had to drive all the way to Cancun. Worst experience with a hotel I’ve ever had. Refund my money immediately please. Jeffrey (10/5): - Perfect hacienda with a beautiful mix of rustic and luxurious. Service was very attentive to all our needs. We stayed in a detached hut, which was a cool (and air conditioned) place for our family of 3.Two gorgeous pools and a lovely palapa let us cool off in the heat of the day. Delicious Yucatecan food from the restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Amazing birdwatching on the property. Not much nearby except for Mayan ruins at Ake. But this lovely place IS your escape.

We had to wait outside for 30 minutes and the pitch black and try and look for service to call. Through our entire stay there was no hotel reception so nothing was explained to us about breakfast or any other services etc. At one point the person from the restaurant we asked him if we could do some horses which ended up to be very different experience than he had explained etc.

Heinz (4/5): Erheblicher Renovierungsstau - 5 Sterne Niveau bei Preis und Personal. Rest 3 Sterne. Ungepflegter Garten. Meiste Gebäude könnten einen neuen Anstrich gebrauchen. Polster in Hauptpalapa total verschmutzt...Tip: Polsterüberzüge kann man auch mal waschen. Hauppool milchig trübe. Unsere Suite Nr 15 hatte Sitzecke ohne Tisch. Kein Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschiene ... ist das5 Sterne Niveau ? Terrasse vor der Suite ohne Sonnenschutz oder Sitzmöbel... den ganzen Tag in der prallen Sonne... also nicht benutzbar. Kurzum: eine herbe Entäuschung... frage mich wo die Top-Bewertungen herkommen Hatten 2 Nächte gebucht sind aber nach der ersten Nacht abgereist

Robert (10/5): Yes stay here. - A lovey place. It seems far away but is close to Merida. The Yucatán is more than beaches. The staff are kind and attentive.The food is really good.You can have a nice massage. Go to the nearby ruins. A peaceful place to be and relax and appreciate the hospitality of Mexico.

Las instalaciones con una historia y una calidad en su conservación y adaptación a la hoteleria actual. (Comida, alberca, habitaciones, amenidades, selva, etc). Verified traveler (10/5): Superbe d'expérience dans une Hacienda - Nous avons énormément apprécié notre séjour à Hacienda Ticum ! Les installations et le domaine sont superbes. Le personnel de l'hotel était chaleureux et très souriant comparativement à bien d'autres expériences au Mexique. C'était une semaine peu achalandée donc nous avons pu profiter à fond des installations et du domaine qui est très beau, très propre, et très paisible. Pour relaxer, c'est un atmosphère parfait: beaucoup de verdure, oiseaux, arbres, deux piscines, etc. Le service est juste parfait: on respecte la vie privée et le besoin de tranquilité des invités et en même temps, on réponds promptement et discrètement à toutes nos demandes. Le resto est très bien; la nourriture est bonne, la présentaiton et qualité stables, et les prix sont tout à fait raisonnables. Dans le passé, nous avons fait l'expérience de Haciendas peut-être plus grandiose et deluxe comme Temozon et Uyamon et nous préférons de loin notre expérience à Ticum. Le gérant, Aurélien, et le propriétaire ( que nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer une journée) ont très bien réussi à monter une expérience dans une Hacienda qui est superbe, et surtout très bien équilibrée entre le luxe, la simplicité, le caractère ZEN, la propreté, et le tout à un prix bien raisonnable. Bravo et merci à vous ! Nous recommandons fortement et nous allons certainement retourner !!

Severine (8/5): Un endroit inattendu- Etape exceptionnelle - Nous avons rejoins Hacienda Ticum après une halte à Merida et une journée bien remplie. L'Hacienda se trouve au milieu de nulle part entre Tixixocob et Ticum et jusqu'à ce qu'on arrive sur place il est difficile d'imaginer ce qui nous attend. Dès qu'on a franchit le portail, on se retrouve dans un grand parc avec des bâtisses très colorées, juste magnifique. A notre arrivée, nous avons été accueilli par a Hotel Manager qui s'est très bien occupée de nous. Nous avons logée dans la suite n.2 avec un accès direct sur la piscine. Le lieu est absolument magnifique au milieu de la végétation et dans un parc très bien entretenu. Il y a 2 piscines à débordement dans lesquels il est très agréable de se rafraichir. Nous avons eu la chance d'être les seuls clients ce soir là et nous avons été très bien traités par le staff. Nous avons diné sur place et avons été très satisfaits du diner avec une carte simple (nous avons mangé des petites entrées et des fajitas) mais très bonne. Le lendemain matin au petit déjeuner, nous avons fait connaissance avec le patron français Aurelien, très sympa et avec qui nous avons bien discuté du Mexique. Il nous a donné des conseils très utiles pour la suite de notre séjour au Mexique.

Very attentive service, in particular in the restaurant - it can be almost too attentive if you're not used to five waiters hovering over you.
Bart (8/5): Mexican Hacienda with a French Touch - This small Hacienda (only 8 rooms and 4 suites) is stylish and very pleasant. The staff is helpful and the dining experience is better than the typical food in Large Haciendas in the Yucatan Peninsula. The Owner of the hotel ("monsieur Phillippe, le propiétaire ") is French, and that influence helps to balance the local customs with quality and style. Recommended
Socorro (4/5): Insectos - El primer dia que llegamos al hotel encontramos dos arañas en nuestra habitación, al dia siguiente que regresamos de un recorrido por la zona y encontramos otras dos arañas en nuestra habitación y una cucaracha, en ese momento decidimos retirarnos del hotel. En la alberca nadan las ranas por la noche.

Le Mexique avec qqs touches discrètes du Maroc, un accueil & un service parfaits (Arnaud et son team dont la charmante Ana), un dîner exquis....que dire si ce n'est bcp de mal à en partir !
Jesus (8/5): Hacienda Ticum - Los dueños han tomado el lugar en ruinas y lo han restaurado con un excelente gusto. El lugar es super acogedor, lejos del ruido de la vida diaria en la ciudad. Es un lugar muy tranquilo y perfecto para descansar. El servicio de las personas que atienden el lugar es de primera calidad. No pudimos escoger un mejor lugar para una escapada de fin de semana.
