Pero lo que más me gustó y agradeceré eternamente es su spa y las gran profesionalidad y maravillosa atención de Irina en la limpieza profunda en el hammam y el masaje fabuloso de Mazdia ( seguro que escribo mal el nombre. Mis disculpas). Gravias por todo de corazón. La bañera y dicha no funcionaban muy bien, pero me arreglé sin problema. Cuando pedí ayuda con algún problema enseguida lo resolvieron. En el desayuno me faltó más fruta.

- Eric (4/5): Good property poor staff - They built a beautiful hotel in a great spot. Rooms are well appointed good sized rhe bathroom and decor are extremely well done. Staff they need to train their staff. I havent seen worse staff than this hotel with advertised parking and advised time of arrival we had to drive around in circles and then drag bags through streets Noone even at the front door to take bags. No training. No respect for hotel guests untrained staff knocks on the door at 2 am with a DND sign on to take signatures for a pizza ordered at 10:30pm waking us up. Breakfast is garbadge low quality rubbish and morning staff is also poorly trained to run breakfast service. A good property mismanaged to the max

Fakat şu dikkatimizi çekti casino için gelen müşteriye farkli tarife uygulaniyor sabah kahvaltısında onlar özel omlet vb söylerken aksam yemeginde pizza hamburger vb başka yemeklerden seçim yapiyorlardi.şaka gibiydi 5 yıldizli otelde paramızla ikinci sınıf muamelle gördük. Tecrübelerime dayanarak yaziyorum bu paraya sahilde 50-60 katlı 5 yıldızlı tanınmış bir otelde kalmak daha mantıklı. Aklima gelmişken çıkıs işlemi için lobide ayakta 5-10 dakika bekletiyorlar ki mini buzdolabindan bişey kulanılmış mı anlaşılsın diye o da ayrı bir rezillik

- Flubes Limited (10/5): - Great location of the hotel. I really liked the food and the breakfast. The restaurant is open 24 hours, which is very convenient. Despite the casino, there was no noise at all. The room was excellent and very clean. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. I did not notice any drawbacks.

- Elife (5/5): - Otelin konumu harika. Her yere yürüyere gidebilmek çok iyi geldi. Oğlumun mezuniyetini kutlamak için özel bir gezi planlamıştık ancak konaklamamız boyunca bazı talihsiz deneyimler yaşadık. Bunları nazikçe paylaşmak istiyorum. 1. Oda deneyimi: Rezervasyon sırasında oğluma özel bir hediye olarak bu seyahati planladığımı özellikle belirtmeme rağmen ilk gün bize otelin en arka kısmında,otel boşluğuna bakan ışık almayan oldukça bakımsız bir oda verildi. Ertesi gün oda değiştirildi ancak bu odanın da sifonu, havalandırması ve hareket alanı oldukça yetersizdi. 2. Fitness ve spa alanı ile ilgili durumlar: Sabahları yoga yapan biri olarak odada mat açacak yer olmadığı için fitness alanını kullanmak istedim. Ancak alan yoğun sigara kokuyordu ve duman havası çok rahatsız ediciydi. Bunun üzerine spa girişindeki küçük bir köşede yoga yapmaya çalıştığımda görevli bir hanımın son derece kaba bir üslup ile müdahale etmesi bizi çok üzdü. Oğlumla kısa bir meditasyon yapmaya çalıştığımızda da ışıkları açıp bizi uygunsuz bir şey yapıyormuşuz gibi ima etmesi gerçekten incitici ve kaba idi. Bu davranış nedeniyle ertesi gün spa alanına inemedik bile. 3. Temizlik ve bakım: Spa bölümü ne yazık ki hijyen açısından beklentimizin çok altındaydı. Hamam ve sauna sürekli soğuktu; beş gün boyunca bir kez bile sıcak denk gelemedik. Buhar odasının da ağır ve kötü bir kokusu vardı. 4. Genel atmosfer: Otelin büyük kısmının kumara odaklanmış olması sebebiyle diğer hizmetler ikinci planda kalmış gibi hissettik. Misafirlerin rahatlığı pek önemsenmiyormuş izlenimi doğdu. 5. Yemek alanı: Yemekhanenin kapasitesi oldukça yetersizdi. Büyük bir grubun gelişiyle alan neredeyse çadıra dönüştü; yer bulmak çok zor oldu. Kahvaltılar fena değildi ancak akşam yemekleri hem çeşit hem de lezzet açısından beklentimizin altındaydı. 6. Geri dönüş yapılmaması: Otelden ayrılmadan önce SPA görevlisi ile yaşadığımız tatsız deneyimi mail ile ilettim. Bu konunun otele mal olması açısından önemli olduğunu düşünerek paylaşmıştım.

- Ortal (8/5): - המקום קרוב לבית חבד מרחק 3 דק בליכה ו 13 דק הליכה מבית הכנסת. נקע מאוד, בקבלה היו מקסימים גם המסג היה טוב ביום הראשון לטיול חזרנו לישון אחהצ ואחד העובדים צילצל בפעמון הדלת מספר פעמים וצועק "רום סרביס" הוא העיר אותנו משינה כדי חהביא לנו מים, אותו דבר קרה גם ביום האחרון לטיול וזה היה מעצבן והשינה נהרסה לנו. בנוסף אחת העובדות נקיון פתחת לנו את דלת החדר ללא התראה בזמן שאנו בחדר.

There’s a bit of music from nearby venues outside, but once you close the window, you can’t hear a thing. We slept very well — the bed was comfortable, and the overall interior design was lovely. Schon beim Check-in wurde ich herzlich begrüßt und fühlte mich sofort willkommen. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und stets bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, modern, sauber und sehr komfortabel eingerichtet – man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Details gelegt wird. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend: eine große Auswahl, alles frisch und liebevoll angerichtet. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal – zentral und nicht weit vom Strand. Ich kann das Hotel wirklich jedem empfehlen, der Wert auf Qualität, Sauberkeit und guten Service legt. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder! Leider war es in der Nacht sehr laut. Gegenüber meinem Zimmer befand sich eine Bar, in der bis etwa 2 Uhr nachts laute Musik gespielt wurde.

- Andrey (8/5): В целом хороший отель по разумной цене - Отель в самом центре, несколько минут ходьбы до набережной. Персонал замечательный, очень доброжелательный. Завтрак - шведский стол, вполне приемлемый, но однообразный. Уборка и замена полотенец каждый день. Номер чистый и удобный. Шум из ресторана до полуночи, так что с открытой дверью на балкон нельзя спать. Кондиционер работал, но иногда отключался сам и не включался, даже когда становилось душно, приходилось включать вручную.

Facilities were great and the bedroom was comfortable and clean. The coffee at breakfast was Nescafé! If you want a real coffee, you have to pay extra! On the second day we had an early departure but the breakfast was not ready at 7.

( לדוגמה ביקשנו עזרה להתקשר למסעדה לשריין מקום , בפועל לא הוזמן מקום ). אין חניה בסביבת המלון .

Don't get deceived by their "5 stars". - The location of the hotel was very central and quite convenient, but as the whole city center was completely and madly parked with cars, it was still hard to get around. The overall appearance of the hotel was nice, the building was reasonably new and neat, the facilities were clean. There was some touch of the 5 star rating too, like Molton Brown cosmetics in the room, but not much. The WiFi. It was just ridiculous. I had to change rooms looking for a somewhat working WiFi yet it was unsuccessful. The staff didn't do much to help. It was also surprising to see that they forgot to supply my room with a coffee machine, kettle and related stuff, and I had to request twice to make them fix it. Staff was also unable to arrange such a simple thing as a taxi back to the airport. It literally took them half a day to keep "agreeing" on something with a driver. I gave up on waiting and ended up booking a Bolt instead. Overall, the staff attitude was quite poor, unwelcoming and unhelpful, which was unexpected for a 5-star hotel. Lastly, the room I ended up staying in was incredibly dark. A small window facing an internal courtyard was not providing sunlight at all (you can see it in my picture, it was taken about on a very sunny day).

Завтраки однообразные и при всей прелести грузинской кухни совершенно скудные и безвкусные. Номер был на 1 этаже, постоянно воняло куревом из казино. В целом отель далеко не 5 звезд, очень уставший ремонт, особенно в санузлах.

- Valerii (6/5): - Расположение отличное , номера хорошие чистые, кровати мягкие. Если вы работаете через интернет , то его сказать мягко нет ! Этот отель не для вас! Пришлось идти покупать карту ! Кондиционер через полчаса - час отключается. Каждую ночь потный пытаешься его включить . Так понимаю они экономят на электро энергии . Второй раз в него не приеду. Вай фай и кондиционер для меня приоритетные вещи . Уборщица в первую уборку убрала стаканы для воды и так не принесла второй раз принесла чистые полотенца и не забрала грязные . Летаю часто и посетил множество отелей , реально 3 звёзды с натяжкой .

На первом этаже казино ;) и на этом всё - прелести заканчиваются. Арендовали президентский люкс, при заселении зашли в затохшийся номер с отключенными кондиционерами с ощущением, что в нем никто давно не жил. По звонку прибежал сотрудник и в попыхах начал менять фильтры. В минибаре только газировка и вода. На завтрак предлагается растворимый кофе, а заварной за дополнительную плату 🤦🏻♂️. Выбор из блюд ну очень примитивненький.
- Rob (7/5): Mooi luxe hotel op prima locatie, waarbij niet alle kamers goed daglicht hebben. - De locatie is perfect. De kamers zijn mooi ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en smaakt prima! De mannelijke receptie medewerker die ons incheckte en geholpen heeft met het vinden van een andere kamer en een dag later een mannelijke collega van hem waren erg behulpzaam en aardig. Onze kamer had "garden view". De garden was een binnenplaats van een aantal tientallen vierkante meters met grote kanalen voor, ik vermoed, luchtbehandeling. Het was geen garden zoals je een garden voorstelt. Het nadeel was dat er een dak op de binnenplaats zat, waardoor je nauwelijks daglicht in je kamer krijgt. Ook alle overburen van de kamers tegenover je zie je vanuit je raam. De vriendelijke receptie medewerker heeft ons een andere kamer aangeboden, echter die rook naar sigaretten. Een dag later heeft men ons een andere kamer aangeboden, daar blies de airco zo hard dat je niet kon slapen en uitzetten was door de warmte geen optie. Uiteindelijk hebben we er zelf ervoor gekozen om in de kamer met "garden view" te blijven. Als je er alleen komt om te slapen en te douchen is dat prima, maar als je ook van deze geweldige mooie hotelkamer wilt genieten is dat een beetje jammer.
