• Yasuko (9/5): TOEFL前泊にぴったりの、快適でユニークな滞在でした。 - 学生寮タイプの珍しい宿泊施設で、とても面白い滞在でした。共用スペースには簡易キッチン、ダイニング、ソファがあり、個室は鍵付きで広く、大きな机や収納もあって快適でした。今回は家族だけで利用できたので安心感もありました。バスルームが2つあったのも便利でした。周辺にはスーパー、薬局、飲食店、Dollaramaもあり、立地も良かったです。 良くない点は無かったですが、シャワールームは少しコンパクトでした。また、アメニティは必要最低限のみなので、気になる方は持参すると安心です。

• Isabelle (7/5): Agréable - J’aime cet établissement. J’ai toujours eu un bon service. Cependant, lors de mon dernier séjour, l’Internet de fonctionnait pas. Nos appartements étaient situés tout près de l’ascenseur donc beaucoup de bruit. Appartement un peu petit comparativement aux autres fois.

• Andrew (7/5): Good clean low-cost place to stay, close to London airport, with kitchenette. - Room was a suite of bedrooms we had to ourselvs, with a kitchenette (fridge, microwave), dining table, and simple living room seating area.
• Dawn (7/5): A warm, clean stay at a very reasonable rate. - The room was very clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and welcoming. We had more than enough space for 2 travellers. Beds were surprisingly comfortable. While we were a few kms from downtown, it was an easy drive to get to restaurants and attractions. I expected a basic room, and this was more basic than I expected. There are no table lamps, no kettle and the TV was not connected to anything cable. Be sure to being an hdmi cord to connect your pc or a fire stick if you want to watch TV. If I stayed again, I would be sure to bring more creature comforts with me including a kettle and fire stick.

• Sean (9/5): Pleasantly surprised in how everything was! Would definitely book again! - The rooms were extremely comfy for the price! Not the biggest of deals, but we weren't able to change the temperature on the AC. They did give us extra blankets to help with that, though.

• Paulette (10/5): We had a great time, loved it, hope to be back soon! - My mom and I enjoyed our stay here more than at any hotel we've been at over the past couple years. Everything was clean, it was nice and private and quiet, the amenities provided were very nice, we appreciated the space, the staff were friendly and helpful. It was just overall a great experience! We thought the parking arrangement was a little odd as none of the empty spaces nearest the building were able to be used. The bedrooms were rather cold, it would be nice to have extra blankets available.

• Travis (4/5): - The first thing you need to know is that this is not a hotel, it a college dorm. Each dorm room has 4 locked bedrooms, or “suites”. Because it a dorm only used as a “hotel” there are no fixed signs directing you to the building, it was very difficult to find. I interacted with 2 staff members, 1 was nice, 1 wasn’t. The one staff member was ver out out when I asked for an extra blanket and wash cloths. Also, at 9:30 am on Sunday, she stopped making coffee because “people were checking out”.

• Victor (1/5): Unhygienic Room and Unprofessional Staff - Affordable price, convenient location, and spacious interior. The blanket was dirty with hair, showing a serious lack of cleanliness. Check-in took nearly 20 minutes as staff were slow and untrained. I only got a replacement blanket after reminding staff again, waiting for almost an hour! Coffee and hot water repeatedly ran out with no refills provided. The following morning, I even developed skin allergies and felt itchy!
• Luis (8/5): - Overall, good and affordable. However, we needed to park 10min away and walk back to the building. I recommend parking in their temporary parking, unload, check-in, drop off luggage, then get back out to park the car.

• michelle (1/5): Do yourself a favor, Go anywhere but here. - You could feel springs in the mattresses Wall paper peeling off the walls Refrigerator was sticky Parking was far away even though there was tons of parking close by Checking staff both evening and morning seemed like they didn't want to be there and were doing us a favor $100 for one night was ridiculous for this place I have stayed in low end accommodations in 3rd world countries that were better than this by a long shot.

Front desk is efficient and helpful. Shower is rather narrow. There was coffee in the lobby but it is quickly emptying and left without a refill. There were no black tea bags.

• Amy (10/5): - Absolutely perfect. Not the Hilton, not paying for a Hilton. Two rooms for parents and teen for $85 and $95 a night in a clean room with two bathrooms is a steal. We were in London visiting friends who have a small house. Having the residence as our accommodation was perfect. Staff were super friendly. Double beds in room fit my husband and I nicely. Will stay again.

• Maria (7/5): Not a comfortable stay although appealing on the outside. - It looks nice a modern from outside in real life and on the pictures. I didn’t need two rooms. I needed one room with a comfortable mattress and without a plastic mattress cover that makes you sweat even with the room temperature being really cold all night. There is no way to adjust the air conditioner.

• Gordon (10/5): - This is a very nice student residence hall on the edge of town. The rooms are clean, the linens are good quality and the beds are comfortable. You get up to four bedrooms and two bathrooms in each suite, so it is great for familes and groups. Soundproofing is good. We didn't hear the many teenage softball players who were in the rooms near us. It's miles from the center of town and UWO (on the Fanshaw campus), so you are driving to anything and everything in the summertime. In sumner 2025, there are lots of closed roads on that side of town, so look closely at Google Maps before trying to go anywhere.

• Jessica (8/5): - Great location and large rooms. Having the living area and the bedrooms was nice. It felt secure having the locked entrance at the front, and the room entrance. The parking lot was really close and it was very easy to find everything despite other reviews I've seen. Not only were there many signs, but also Google was accurate. Overall good experience. You get a lot for the price as well! It was a little inconvenient having to use a key card for the individual bedrooms, but this is understandable for a student residence. It felt less homey than I would have liked but again, understandable as it is a school.
