• Diane (7/5): This motel is over rated. - The room itself was large and bright. The breakfast was good. The outside and grounds of the property are really bad. It is really run down and in a sketchy neighborhood . We had just stayed in a really nice Days Inn the night before, so when we saw the good rating we booked it for the night. We were really disappointed when we pulled up to the property. The only place to get food is a McDonald’s across the street and several gas stations.

The room was big and the ac worked great. The room wasn’t properly cleaned. Hair in the tub, a fake nail on the carpet and some packaging on the floor near the tv stand.

Privacy fencing to hide out of business neighbors and terrible view, plants in the few beds. And lobby area looked abandoned. Improve your street and property appearance. Am at Wyndham in Williams Az and it’s the nicest hotel I have e ever been in.

Desayuno muy completo, con huevos, salchichas, medallones de carne, muffins, cereales, yogurt, leche chocolatada, pan, jugo. Desayunamos muy bien. Nos recepcionamos al rededor de las 22hs y nos recibieron muy bien. Las almohadas eran un poco duras. No había fruta fresca en el desayuno pero había unos potecitos con durazno en conserva.

It's two stories so you could park right at your door. There were no coffee cups or cups for the bathroom. I think customers should have more than one towel set. No handrails in the bathroom.

• Durand (1/5): Don't stay here - Staff were kind and professional. They were apologetic to all the issues. 1.Room was difficult to get into door handle had to be lifted up and pushed. 2. Door had about 1/4" to 1/2" gap in seal. 3. Air conditioner sounded like a ticking time bomb.4. Floors had divets fely like you could possibly fall through. 5. Bathroom tiles were loose and coming up. 6. TV kept glitching and was pixels. 7. Beds were lumpy.

• James (10/5): On our way to the mountains to enjoy snow sports, perfect break in travel, will stay there again! - The staff was amazing, the room was huge and even though it is an older building, it was spotless. You could feel how clean it was walking in the room. The bed was comfortable, plenty of outlets. The breakfast was outstanding!!! My wife thought the pillows were too firm and the front door lock/handle was a little difficult. Other than that the only difficulty was the coffee urn ran out for a bit because the staff were busy. Such minor 'flaws'.

The update they made really show and you can tell they take pride in the property. Breakfast had hot and cold options, which was nice.

Do not let that deter you from staying there. Beds are comfortable, rooms recently renovated, and very clean. Excellent value for the money. Breakfast is standard hotel breakfast. The coffee is very good. Our room was very quiet and we rested well. There is no elevator to the second floor, so if you have mobility issues you need to ask for a first floor room.

Breakfast was excellent. - The location was ideal for me as I am newer to the area and was told not to stay in Albuquerque. This was my last stop as I was traveling to Arizona. Really peaceful nice little town with lots to see. I was surprised at how clean and nice the rooms were remodeled but when I got into the bathroom, it was also nicely remodeled with one exception- the top of the tile baseboards were quite dirty which was strange seeing how clean the rest of the room was.
