• Richard (6/5): - Bed was hard as a rock. There is no elevator, so if like me you have a bad knee. The location of rhe hotel is u ique located at the end of a small road lin3d with shops and resturants and food stands. At night the road maybe closed to vehicle traffic. My taxi driver would not attempt it snd in Bangkok that says alot. There is a tuk tuk stand at the end of the alley though.

• Benjamin (10/5): Great location and looks better inside than out! - New Siam III looks pretty shabby from the outside, but once you are inside it is A-OK! I upgraded my room to one with a balcony for about $8 a day more, and it was very much worth it. The receptionist was very helpful for all of my needs. The place was very clean which was great and it was fairly quite, though due to it's location you could hear the occasional loud drunk person from time to time. And they only clean the room when you ask them to, which for me that was nice... My only complaint was that I had to take my laundry service to their other hotel, but it wasn't far and they delivered it back to me, and they almost lost one of my bags, but thankfully they found it. Anyways, this place was great with a great location, I would definitely stay here again.
• J James (8/5): Good inexpensive and well situated - This is a great inexpensive place to stay that puts you on the quiet edge (Soi Rambuttri) of the loud and boisterous Khao San Road, yet close to the river cruises. Good bathroom, fridge, and safe in room. No restaurant on site but plenty literally just outside the front door. Unlike NS 2, it does not have a pool but is cheaper. No personal elevator but it does have a dumbwaiter for luggage. In all, it is good enough that when I return to BKK next week, this is where I will stay.
• J James (8/5): a nice inexpensive yet convenient place to stay. - New Siam 3 is a nice little inexpensive place in a great location on Soi Rambuttri, a fairly quiet place within a few hundred yards of both the madness of Khao San and the river. There is nothing special about the building but it suffices. I usually stay at New Siam 2 but this is less expensive, yet has a better bathroom, and it lacks a pool. It also lacks an elevator/lift for people although it does have a slow one for luggage. In-room refrigerator and excellent AC. Friendly and helpful staff. Good wifi. No restaurant but many surround the hotel. If you are traveling with kids, go for New Siam 2 but for singles and couples this is a very good choice. When I return to BKK in two weeks I will again stay here.
• Ben (2/5): - They had no record of my reservation when I arrived. I had a printed out copy of the Travelocity reservation and the e-mail confirmation that I showed them on my phone. None of that mattered. It took about 45 minutes of them screwing around and making phone calls and finally I was told to come back in three hours. On check out they would not let me leave until they checked the room. What kind of jailhouse dive is this? I recommend that Travelocity remove this place from their listings.

• matthew (8/5): Great Location & Quiet - Friendly staff and great area. The building is a little dated but you can tell that the staff work hard to maintain it and keep the spaces clean. Comfortable room and quiet considering how noisy almost all other hotels are in the area. I did encounter a problem but the staff was able to acknowledge and resolve it. Despite my issue, I would still recommend staying here.
• STROH (8/5): Ideal Location Close to Khao San - We stayed at New Siam 3 with our son and daughter. The rooms were all very clean and the staff were friendly. The location is excellent as it is one block from Khao San road, where everyone must visit but too noisy for sleeping on. Rambuttri road has a more chill feeling and we prefer spending evenings here.

• STROH (10/5): Great Hotel and Perfectl Location - This was the third time we stayed at New Siam 3 and we have been impressed every time we stay here. It is conveniently located with a 3-5 minute walk to Koasan road. The immediate area around the hotel has a great vibe with a relaxed feelng. The ferry taxi pier is a 5 minute walk and if you use the orange flag taxi you can go up and down the river for 15 baht one way. The hotel is well maintained and we will certainly stay there again when we return to Bangkok.
• HYUN HEE (8/5): 깨끗한 숙소 - 제가 선호하는 람푸뜨리에 위치해 있어서 좋았어요. 조용하고 요청하면 하우스키핑도 언제나 해 주시고 침대도 편안했어요. 화장실과 객실도 아주 깨끗했고요. 엘리베이터가 짐을 싣는 엘리베이터 밖에 없는데 그래도 그게 어딘가 싶네요. 매일 바뀌는 와이파이 비밀번호가 조금 불편했어요. 리셉션이 24시간이라서 편리했고 친절해서 좋았어요

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Heim Einchecken fand ich auf meinem Handy die Bestätigung nicht, um die Buchung anzuzeigen. Wir mussten nochmals!!! bezahlen. Andernfalls hätten wir ein anderes Hotel suchen müssen. Die Damen und Herren an der Rezeption waren nicht bereit, in ihren Unterlagen zu schauen. Einen Tag später ging ich nochmals zur Rezeption, um zu fragen, ob doch noch Unterlagen da wären. Der Concierge hatte ein schlechtes Gewissen. Kann ich rechtlich etwas dagegen machen?
• Amelie (8/5): Parfait pour 3 nuits - L'hôtel est très bien entretenu bien que les chambres semblent un peu vieilles. Tout est très propre, vous avez une bouteille neuve tous les jours. On entend pas du tout ce qui se passe à l'extérieur. La rue est très animée (le weekend en tout cas!). Seul bémol peut être, le bruit de ventilation à l'exterieur. Enfin, la chambre que nous avions était équipée d'une clim ET d'un ventilo ! Parfait pour refroidir avant de se coucher et brasser l'air pendant la nuit sans clim (il fesait 33 la journée donc c'était vraiment agreable!) Le personnel était accueillant. La localisation est parfaite si vous voulez utiliser les bus et bateaux bus (pour nous c'était le cas). Le bus S1 nous descend au tout début de la rue depuis l'aéroport pour 60 Bath. L'accès au skytrain est un peu plus long (nous ne nous en sommes pas du tout servi). L'accès au Wat pho est faisable à pieds également. Pour le prix, je pense que c'est assez imbattable ! Foncez ;)

• Jan (8/5): Where are my Rewards? - Good place to stay. I'm having trouble collecting my Rewards. According to my calculations I should have 12 points but when I press to collect I'm cut off from the site. What's happening? I have no problem with any other site
• Javier (8/5): Good quality/price and location - Nice room, very comfy with air conditioner. No elevator so some people with mobility problem should avoid it, although there is a kind of lift for your luggage (clever solution). It's in a really good location close to famous Khaosan road and Rambuttri alley, so you'll have restaurants and market really close. The street hotel could be noise some nights but maybe is common in Bangkok.
• ESTEBAN (8/5): Ok for the price. - 4rth floor and no elevator, old furniture, window lock didn't work and there was a sticker warning about theft and looking windows. One roach and one spider welcomed us the first day. You can't leave AC on while not in the room.

• Jaebong (10/5): 조용하고 깨끗한!! - 한국에서도 누려보지 못한 에어콘 켜고 자기, 자다가 추워서 깨기가 가능한 에어콘 람부뜨리 로드에 있어서 카오산도 가깝고, 수상버스 정류장도 가깝고, 택시도 많고, 길거리 음식도 쉽게 먹을 수 있는 곳 그리고 중요한 건 밖이 아무리 사람이 많아도 모를정도로 조용한 객실 영어도 잘 하는 직원들로 인해 편안하게 있다가 왔네요!! 굳굳굳

• Heewon (6/5): 딱 가격만큼... - 급하게 숙소를 잡다보니 일단 에어컨 있는지 그리고 샤워시설이 별도로 있는지만 보았습니다. 그런데 예약을 하고 숙소에 도착하니 더블베드가 다 나갔다고 트윈베드 방밖에 없다고 하더군요. 시간도 늦고 해서 그냥 묵었습니다. 대신 미안하다고 와이파이 공짜로 쓰게 해주더군요. 직원들은 친절했습니다. 샤워시설 등은...진짜 그냥 별도로 있는데 의의를... 람부뜨리로드 구석에 있어서 자는데 시끄럽지는 않았는데 새벽 5시에 왠 예배인지 뭔지...밖에서 마이크 붙잡고 누가 노래를 불러서 짜증이... 여튼 가격 생각하면 그냥 딱 이정도...겠구나 하는 생각입니다.
• julie (8/5): Hôtel dans une zone très touristique pratique - Chambre confortable et propre avec serviettes et bouteilles d'eau. De quoi manger et boire dans les rues adjacentes. Emplacement touristique mais assez pratique quand on reste 3 jours à Bangkok car proche des principaux temples et de la rivière. Prendre les taxis avec compteur beaucoup moins chers que les tuk-tuk.

• Laura (10/5): Bon séjour - Deux nuits passées dans cet hôtel. Accueil sympathique, établissement très bien situé - rue animée le soir, marché de nuit à proximité. Un peu bruyant à l'heure du coucher et il n'y a pas d'isolation phonique entre les chambres. Mais ces désagréments ne nous ont pas empêché de bien dormir en fin de compte.

Third day, I left out of this place ! That's not big deal but the reception girl was not nice and not professional at all so no reason to stay more. In addition, you can find better deal for same price or less around.
• laurene (8/5): Très bien situé, personnel attentionné - L'hotel est juste à côté de kao san road, mais sans son bruit et son agitation. La chambre est fonctionnelle et répondait a nos attentes. Le personnel a su résoudre rapidement les quelques soucis que nous avons pu rencontrer. Seul bémol: l'homme au guichet touristique nous a vendu un tour des principaux monuments avec un guide privé. Celui ci ne parlait pas un mot de français et a peine anglais. Les informations qu'il a pu nous donner étaient donc très limitées.

• Bartleby (10/5): Great value hotel in Banglamphu - We were coming through Bangkok on a Saturday night, and this hotel delivered everything we were looking for at an outstanding price-- AC and fan, cleanliness, in-room safe, solid location in the heart of the tourist ghetto without actually being on Khao San. It was also a surprisingly quiet room, and when we'd had enough of the shenanigans outside and wanted to crash, we slept great. Don't expect luxury, but if you're looking for a perfectly functional room in this location at a great price, New Siam III delivers.

• Brian (8/5): absolutely nice - a really nice hotel for the price. in rambruttri road (our favorite) but quiet, clean and with good service. comparet to other hotels in that pricerange absolute luxury. do tjek the map first before trying to find it. there are three siam hotels in the same area, and if u ask for directions it will be ransom which hotels you are directet to .-)

• Dmitry (6/5): Неплохо, цену оправдывает - Останавливались на три ночи с ребёнком 6 лет в трёхместном номере 3307. Расположение отличное - 5 минут пешком до Khaosan Road, 5 минут до пристани Chao Phraya Express Boat, до обоих аэропортов на такси примерно по 40 минут. Подъехать на такси к самому входу утром и днём можно, в вечернее и ночное время сложно - переулок плотно забит пешеходами. Питание рядом на улице на любой вкус и бюджет. Номер тихий, окно на соседние крыши. Отель в целом аккуратный, чистый. Номер достаточно просторный для троих жильцов. В номере есть сейф. Кровати хорошие, большие, подушки удобные, бельё чистое. Кондиционер не новый, умеренно шумный и не особенно исправный, но работает и заданную температуру поддерживает. Под потолком висит вентилятор, работает совсем беззвучно. Небольшой холодильник есть и работает, телевизор есть, но не включали. Санузел в целом в порядке, кран в раковине болтается, душ, как и везде, с нагревателем, воду греет хорошо, отделён шторкой, пол под ногами сухой. Унитаз со странным сливом путём предварительного наливания до краёв, неудобно и поначалу пугает. В номере 4 свободных розетки: 1 у столика перед зеркалом, 2 рядом с кроватями и 1 в ванной. Wi-Fi интернет по брони Hotels.com бесплатный, остальным за деньги (распечатывают тикеты с персональными реквизитами, на каждое устройство отдельно). Уборка номеров хоть каждый день, но по запросу. В целом впечатления положительные. Остановился бы здесь снова? Да. Остановился бы снова в этом номере? Да.

(금고도 열었다 닫은 흔적 있었음) 또한, 체크인을 할때 직원들과의 마찰이 있어 체크인을 1시간가량 로비에서 기다려야 했습니다. (예약관리를 철저하게 하지 않는듯 하였습니다.) 위치때문에 큰 점수 줍니다.
