• Adam (1/5): Life changing - Nothing I had a bed bug on my shirt a couple hours after staying there. I went back into room to inspect for bed bugs and found brown marks all around the mattress.

• Donna (5/5): It is what it is, friendly and helpful staff but could use a Reno for sure, you pay for what you get I guess - It was a convient location Room was out dated and very dirty, bathroom sink off the wall, taps leaking badly when using, when walking on floors it was like the floors were sinking in, could use a coat of paint, for sure to make it look half decent

• Jennifer (3/5): Friendly but filthy and not worth the cost - The location was good. The staff were lovely. Kind and friendly. The room was disgustingly dirty. If I could have got my money back and left, I would have immediately. Mold all over the bathroom, a feces smear on the bathroom wall, filth all over. Under the bed looked as though it was never cleaned. Even found someone’s ID in the room on the floor. The furniture had holes. The pull out couch was hole filled and stained. The mattress covers were stained. The microwave had food scraps in the handle petrified. The floor was swept where you walked. The trim was caked in dirt. The fridge was clean though. And the TV worked. Using the shower was ok. They cleaned the tub but all the white tile grout was brown/black with dirt and grime. The sheets on the bed seemed clean. Unsure about the blanket. I slept fully clothed on the sheet. I checked myself for bites and the beds for bugs so many times it was wild but thankfully no bugs. All in all not remotely worth the price.

• Eric (3/5): Not good. - The guy at the check in was friendly. Dirty, smelled terrible, hair in the bath tub, I could hear the couple in the room next to me "going at it" all night, everyone in the motel was smoking, and it had a general decrepitness of age and no investment put into it.

• Dana (8/5): - Whenever I want to get away I always book at the knights it because I’m guaranteed to always get a good room that’s is at least half decent unfortunately when my children stayed there they had one of the employees just walk straight into there room no knocking nothing and was telling them to leave well when I received the phone call about what was going on I immediately called that employee so when I spoke with this gentleman he told me he thought the room was only rented for an hour so like any mothers I lost it and told him off and hung up so he called me back begging me not to tell his boss or he would fired so I said to him ok so here’s what’s going happen the next time I come I want a room for at least half the price or for free seeing as I stay all the time so far nothing so I’m now going to let the owners know that they have employees who rents there rooms out to hookers and that there employees actually go with the hookers into the rooms with them I have a video of him going into a room and not coming back out for 20 minutes plus him just walking into people’s room without knocking so I’ve tried to be nice with this one employee but he left me no choice other then that one guy everything is always fine I do like staying there and the owners are wonderful people but what there employees do behind the owners back is not right because the owners are nice people and do a good job at keeping that motel well kept I love staying there and the owners and staff are great

• Mira (2/5): - The bathroom floor had horrible cracked tiles and the bathtub had pubic hair around it. The room had an odour. The air conditioning barely worked and it was so hot throughout the night.

This is the worse room I've ever been to at à hotel.. the furniture are old, dirty and stained, at least they should have purchased some clean second hand items. Bathroom is horrible, even tiles were wobbly. That place is not habitable at all... please find somewhere to use your hard earned dollars... will never go there again.. it's better to be homeless for that period than to stay there. I hope the managed will look into that room and entire facility and make changes... wish i can give -5 (minus 5) star

They had similarly priced h - Staff was friendly, good location Felt still over priced for how outdated everything was in rooms, beds were very firm and bedding not soft or particularly comfortable. Most of the rooms are great in terms of having a good bed, sofa bed, tv channels, comfortable chairs, couches direct access to your car and walking distance to many convenient stores and restaurants. I will always stay here when in the area because I like motel style hotels and don’t need the extras. It is a little run down and they are constantly making it better, it is clean as you can get it due to lack of renovations but it is not dirty and no bugs in the room within reason. All the people that work there are kind and seem like nice honest people.

• Tasha (8/5): - If you can handle cigarette smoke, little pet hair in the room, it’s good. I feel like I’m choking with cigarettes smoke. The bedding was clean, and crisp. The room itself was clean, the bathroom, water temperature all okay. It was a comfortable night sleep, for a quick overnight, I recommend.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Horrible - The place is really runned-down. Very dirty, room was crowded with old, destroyed and dirty furniture. The door barely opened/closed. Curtains are falling apart. The mattress was horrendously worn out to the point that springs were making sounds on their own at night. The bathroom was cleaned to the extent it could be, because the installations are just so old and have accumulated so much tear and wear that it was just standing on its own by chance. People leave dirty clothes and garbage on their porch, it is just a really low budget place, although it was even that cheap either.

It’s a small family owned inn and it has good ac, a super cold fridge, a big tv that you can hook all your devices to, comfy beds and you’re safe and sound. It’s in a very quiet part of Burlington JUST outside Hamilton.

• Angela (2/5): - After finding dead bugs in my bed I was not refunded. The staff person at the time refused to lean over the bed to see what were clearly very tiny dead bugs. I was told pest control would determine if there was a problem or not and that I would be called with the verdict. I was not called. I had to call many times to speak to the owner who then accused me of staying in the room for 2 hours and then leaving for no apparent reason. She refused to hear that there were bugs in my bed. This hotel has a problem with bugs and lack of accountability.

Ceilings are caving in, holes around a/c units that you can actually see outside through. And the long term resident's are not very nice. All in all this location is in need of major updating and upkeep! But you get what you pay for. It was a place to rest our head

It was definitely not so I just went into my car and I grabbed stuff to clean it I then had my boyfriend bring me coffee. He had someone stop him and say his hooker was over there. Making him uncomfortable for me even to stay there. So I unfortunately packed up my stuff and I left. The rooms look way different online than it does when you show up.
