Het bed is heerlijk en de douche heeft ook een lekkere straal. Gianluca heeft ons op onze wenken bediend en was enorm vriendelijk. De keuken is wat beperkt. Weinig servies/pannen.

• Misha (8/5): A good apartment with convenient location. - The property is in good location with easy access to everywhere. It was very thoughtful that the property management warned us about the Roman Marathon event blocking certain areas. It was confusing which room we were getting during booking as the pictures showed several rooms with no marking which is which. We are an older couple. We prefer bedroom and bathroom at the same level. Unfortunately with Rome, you have to book as fast as you can. A question was asked after booking was not answered for weeks. The room we got was generally fine but when you stayed for 6 nights the little things which were not being paid attention to were felt as inconveniences. For example, the microwave was not rotating and lack of paper towel.

Barely had toilet paper, towels and bedding smelled bad . Thankfully had a washer but took along time to wash towels , literally all day to wash.
• S.A. (8/5): Central, comfortable, with great potential if... - For my first stay in Rome, this was a super central, comfortable accommodation. Refurbished, spacious, good communication with management company. Despite being central, this is in a super quiet pedestrian street and the terrace and the communal patio will be a plus during summer hot months. For visitors susceptible to noise: While refurbished and in a quiet street, bear in mind this is an old building, and yes, you will hear the neighbours' loud kids or super hot tub gurgling and people entering the building. But its nothing compared to the bubbly loud streets of the centre of Rome! Some suggestions to make it more comfortable: add somewhere to hang the bathroom towels closer to the shower/tap for a hand towel. In the kitchen, provide a larger coffee maker and 2 glasses of wine would be nice(instead of one). I would have loved to give a bigger score because I really liked the place, however there were some issues that have been previously reported by visitors and I faced them too. While some are difficult to fix I understand (leaking ceiling during strong rain), some, like the visiting ants and the hot water failing could be looked after so they don't interrupt the visitors' holidays. I think the place would benefit from a thorough check of the facilities and a spruce up before the summer period. Looking forward to coming back if these issues are fixed.

• Tabor (7/5): Simple apartment in the ideal location of the Monti neighborhood - Ideal location in the Monti neighborhood and very close to a Metro stop/walkable to many attractions in Rome. The location made the apartment worth it. The terrace was a very nice addition to have a private balcony for outdoor meals. The bed was comfortable enough. It is a very simple apartment with very simple amenities. We didn't do much in the apartment other than sleep, since we were gone most days exploring. The shower was a bit tricky to maneuver without getting water everywhere, making the bathroom a bit of a mess. The kitchen was a nice addition, but simple; if planning to cook a lot while here, we would suggest a more elaborate apartment.

• Jack (1/5): Would've been nice if the landlord had paid his bills and they cleaned the terrace - Marida, the property manager, was nice. On the day of arrival (Wed), the power was out. We were told that the landlord was unable to pay his bill, so we were unable to stay at the accommodation. We only discovered how bad it was late on the second day (Thurs evening) when we were told it might not be resolved until after the weekend (we arrived Wed and had booked it until Saturday). So, after booking and paying for an entire apartment with a rooftop terrace, for four nights, we ended up staying in a single room in a 3-star hotel instead. Aside from this, while the apartment itself looked nice, we did visit the terrace on the day of arrival... And it was filthy. The table and chairs had not been cleaned or wiped down for what looked like days and were covered in dust and dirt. The sun loungers and seats on the terrace were absolutely disgusting and covered in mould and dirt (see photos). At first, we found it hard to believe no one had seen these problems because the plants were clearly well cared for, but turns out there's an automated water system... So perhaps no one had been up there for a long, long time. Overall, Marida was nice to speak to and I believe she did her best to try and resolve the problems caused by the landlord, but unfortunately, the entire situation was made our problem by the landlord's negligence, and as a customer, this is completely unacceptable. What's more, the terrace was just disgusting and it boggles my mind that no one thought to clean it. We have (so far) received no compensation or justification for the events. I cannot recommend booking this place, as you may not even be able to stay here, given that the landlord might not've paid his bills that month.

• Pamela (8/5): Great Monti location and lovely, private terrace - This apartment is in a lively and central area of the Monti neighborhood. Lots to do and see in the immediate locale but also a central launching point for walks all over Rome. The private, rooftop terrace is lovely! Our stay was at the beginning of April, so we needed to wear warm jackets up there, but what a treat to be above the hustle and bustle. The apartment, although essentially one room, is well organized for comfort and storage. The kitchen is well-equipped for basic cooking and the bed is comfortable. At night, all was quiet! Leonardo, the rental manager, was super friendly. The toilet wasn't functional until our final day in the rental. Unfortunately, our four-night stay occured over a weekend, so repairs were waylaid. It was finally fixed the day before we left. We pride ourselves on being pretty adaptable travelers so we made it work, but this was a memorable issue.

• Anna (10/5): All in all, if you want a good experience from your apartment in Rome, you should definitely stay here. - It was a wonderful vacation in this apartment! The owner was very hospitable, met us, showed us the whole apartment and was always in touch. I don't have any comments to make. The location was pleasing, it was not noisy but within walking distance to all the attractions. The terrace was a great option for relaxing in the evening.

Property is very close to the Colosseum, so you basically get to see this amazing sight every day of your stay. Loved the location - next to the centre but very quiet. A lot of restaurants nearby No additional blankets - just one which was basically a sheet. We stayed in November, so I would appreciate to have at least one additional blanket. Also, the water pressure in the shower was weak. It took forever to wash my long hair. We were requested to leave a deposit in cash upon arrival - nothing wrong with having to leave a deposit, but without the prior warning it seemed unpleasant. We didn’t have enough cash on hand (as we weren’t notified about the deposit), we were asked to leave the credit card details, they recorded it on paper. It just felt sketchy. It turned out to be fine at the end though. Just be warned to have enough cash to leave a deposit when you arrive.

As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe & appreciated how the host, Leonardo, went over and above to offer recommendations & answer any queries promptly. The accommodation was very well considered, having everything you may need for a comfy stay. The location is lively, central & full of wonderful stores & bars. I highly recommend this place - I cannot wait to come back & stay here again soon :D

Great air-con. Love the radio speakers. 2 bathrooms was great for our family of 5. Antonio was so informative and made sure everything was in working order and that everyone was connected to the wi-if! He even walked us to the local Pizzeria which was our favourite dining place (Trieste) for eat in and take away pizzas. Monti was a great location. Close enough to walk to lots of the main attractions. We could walk from the train station to the apartment yet it was far enough away to feel like you were a step away from the madness. The only fault I have was that there were a few ants in the living area/dining area.

• Amanda (9/5): An excellent location in central Rome - The location was superb . Access was down an alley, then through a door that led into a courtyard. Up some stairs to the apartment. It felt very atmospheric. The apartment was very well equipped. I appreciated the small kitchen area and the terrace. The handover was excellent too. Close to restaurants and supermarkets , as well as the major sites. I walked everywhere ( the Vatican was a 45 minute walk away but gave a chance to experience the cities . I preferred this to public transport , but that was close too). A 10 minute walk from the main railway station. Nothing really.
• Benedikt (10/5): Quiet and cosy place in a lively neighbourhood, beautiful rooftop terrace, very nice staff. - The apartment lies in a lively and central area of Rome in good walking distance to many attractions. However, there is no traffic on that road and the apartment lies in a courtyard which is very quiet. There are even plants on the street and in the courtyard, very refreshing in the city centre of Rome! And there is a small rooftop terrace outside the apartment exclusively for the occupant of the apartment. There were all amenities provided, including good wifi and even an electric iron. The staff was super friendly both via mail and in person at my check-in. A request for a bill on paper for my employer was promptly prepared. I can highly recommend that place and would definitely book it again! Really I had nothing to complain about.
• Laura (10/5): The best kept secret in Rome. I will always stay here from now on whenever I’m in Rome! - This is the best place to stay in Rome. The apartment is huge and the roof top terrace is gorgeous! The beds are very comfortable. WiFi is very good and the kitchen is very well stocked. Check in was very easy and Emiliano was very thorough in showing us the apartment. There are many good places to dine right around the corner from the apartment and a great market a few minutes walk for groceries etc… Nothing! it’s perfect
