The faucet in the tub leaked the whole time. And the floor shook when we walked around our room. It wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t quite as nice as I had hoped. Not sure I’d stay again or try another location

Crystal (6/5): - For the price I paid for this hotel I kinda expected a little bit more, the jacuzzi was a main thing for me, was gonna be able to relax, but it was not in working condition, the jets don’t work, told the staff and they ignore it, def needs an update, breakfast was not too tasty, but definitely a nice addition to the stay. . Also moved one of the couch chairs and there was old food underneath, not a good sign. I go to Ohio every year for an event and decided to try this place out this year. Will not come back, the price was too high for an average stay.

Nimit (2/5): Avoid this hotel at all costs, Nightmarish stay - Absolutely pathetic hotel - reserved a room when promised daily house keeping with full service to realize that they didn't do a full service till 3-4 days initially till reminded and then 1 day completely skipped it. My room was in a mess when I returned to the room after 36 hrs of non stop duty at the hospital only to find my room was uncleaned and beds not made. Made multiple requests for cleaning and making the bed buy all requests were denied. I couldn't sleep after my work for 36 hrs and having a sleepless night day before! The technology doesn't work after tall promises such as digital card etc. The staff are rude and laugh behind you. Breakfast is best avoidable as there are very poor and ordinary choices. The cereal container leaks all the cereal out and nobody is bothered to fix it or repair. This is an expensive hotel and so I expected a better stay, facilities and hospitality. Instead I was waiting to get this nightmarish stay over as soon as possible. I would avoid this hotel at all costs as there are many hotels around.

Joseph H. (10/5): - The hotel had great insulation, only heard one train in the night even though the main line was less than a 1/4 mile away. I walked outside to put something in my car and couldn’t believe the volume of the train passing was making. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

Ashley (6/5): - Our stay was pretty good besides the fact they had no need at practice it was nothing but carbs biscuits, gravy, potatoes and waffles. The next morning they did have bacon which was better. My biggest complaint was the air filter on the air conditioner in our room was really dusty my son ended up having an asthma attack Sunday morning after spending two nights there. Plus people leaving trash in the hallway and even though housekeeping came through it's still sat there for over 14 hours. I think the person working the front desk should do a sweep every 4 or 5 hours just to pick up the extra garbage so the hallways don't smell of the food everone else is eating.

Done with H.com. will book differently from now on.

Verified traveler (10/5): Good and bad! - Emily at the front desk is great, give her a raise! She really listened to who we were and made some changes to help us out, that will bring us back! So with the disposable cups in the time and disputable plates and plastic utensils at breakfast, you can do better. That could keep us away if we can find more Eco friendly options. I'd even appreciate a 100% Organic breakfast. You can do it!

Greg (6/5): Not a great experience - Had two issues: Due to a basketball tournament the hotel had a plethora of young kids booked. They came out around 11pm on the 4th floor and for whatever reason had to talk loud and bang doors until about 1:30am. I sent a text to the hotel but nothing was done. Also had an issue with the hand-held wand shower would not shut off when using the overhead shower. The hotel gave us the disability suite so while showering we had both going and spraying all over. Not a great experience.

Great that we could book one room for all of us (2 queen beds and 1 pull out sofa). Very clean, very quiet, nicely updated and spacious. Good blackout curtains and safe area. Super kind staff and an abundant and fantastic breakfast. I'm choosy, I read reviews, and this hotel didn't disappoint at all. Glad we chose this place. We will book again!

We had a studio with two queens and a fold out sofa -- the room had tons of space for our family of 5 including a long desk that was perfect for eating our dinner. It was a little hard to figure out the TV with two remotes, but that was no big deal. Also it was super clean and quiet. Great sleeping here!!

My only criticism is there are two Hampton Inns on the same road and the link for directions on the Expedia site took us to the other hotel. It was only 5 minutes away, but the front desk said it happens all the time. Seems like that could be fixed easily.
