• Rosemarie (7/5): Over all I'm satisfied - I like the customer service, the housekeeper are very nice. The area is very convinient.. I didn't like the smell on the hallway, i think that's the carpet needs to be clean or replace.. the breakfast is ok but i hope there's more option for protein. And one more thing i ask to refill the conditioner but i think they forgot, im glad bring my own.

• Kylee (2/5): Don't waste your money - Customer service was very helpful The rooms were not what the photos look like. They are extremely small, everything smelled, our sheets were dirty, the shower didn't work, and we needed someone to come fix the TV as it wouldn't work.
• kelly (8/5): - I asked twice within our three day stay to have the toilet seat fix, this did not happen. Was disappointed that a simple request could not be taken care of. The 2nd day, cleaning did not take place until after 5pm, although we did not really need it and we were in for the night.
• Mary (10/5): Single bedroom very comfortable and clean - The staff helped with my luggage as there was no elevator available. Staff are courteous and friendly and always available to support customers. Always have water bottles available to purchase.
• karen (5/5): It was decent and a little disappointing unfortunately. - Location was excellent First the front desk was not very good at checking people in. I couldn’t use my debit card and then he told me my credit card was declined when it wasn’t. I had to go into my credit information to prove it had been approved when all he had to do was print the receipt out on the debit machine. After half an hour at front desk checking in we go to our room which was decent. We found mouse droppings on the bedside table and by the window and some type of dead bugs on the floor, mold in the bathroom. The breakfast was crap. Room needs a good deep cleaning.

• Queen Bee (6/5): Chose it as it was close to a training centre - Breakfast. For seniors we like bananas. Even Mom's wirh little ones. Its hard to eat apples. It was all carbs unfortunately so I had coffee and juice and ate out. The hallway smelled. Time to steam clean. First thing i noticed on ground floor. Staff were great. Parking lot was icy. It was hard to get to my car Staff were great. Good location. Close to everything. Modern hotel. GREAT sleep

Not the hotel's fault but perhaps some kind of hallway camera monitoring would be appropriate.

• Rosibel (1/5): Disgusting stay at this property. It should be demolished asap. - Absolutely nothing. The hotel is nasty. The photos on line are 100 percent misleading. The building needs to be demolished. Is old and deteriorating, has a strong smell of body odour that hits you as you first walk in. The carpets are not vacuumed, the water station looked dirty, dusty and unkept. The walls and doors have grime on them and the bathroom floors' grout looks disgusting. We tried to cancel our reservation once we saw all that but couldn't. There were 4 of us in the party and had two request extra bath towels because only 2 were provided. The covers on one bed had fresh blood on them, we had to ask that they be removed. The breakfast provided is a joke, all unhealthy items except for the hard boiled eggs. The coffee is bitter and gross. Front and back of building looks unkept with old mattresses on the ground.

• ericvN7291BN (2/5): This is the last time I stay here. - The first night wasn't good at all. I was in room 226 and the room next to me 224 had some guy that was on drugs and wouldn't be quiet and kept laughing loudly and clapping at random times... Didn't stop until 3am... And the guy at the front desk was helpful and tried to get the guy to answer his phone and knocked on his door but I knew the guy wouldn't stop. I don't understand how he even got into the hotel and got himself a room to begin with... I wasn't happy at all!! It was nice of the worker to offer one of the rooms across the hall to sleep in there for one night until the intoxicated guy checked out the next morning but he shouldn't have been allowed inside at all!! Also there were a group of Indians in one of the rooms down the hall close to the stairs leading to the front lobby and were really loud and disrespectful of the people around them.. I don't care if nobody was in the rooms beside them. They should know to be quiet after 11pm!! My last two nights went pretty decent but overall the first night just made it not a good stay. I'm not sure if I will come back honestly. The pillows absolutely suck and the sheets on the bed aren't big enough and tend to move around a lot. Considering this hotel went through renovations years ago you would think they would upgrade the bed sheets and pillows... But that's what you get when you have cheap owners. I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone that I know. Days Inn should be ashamed of themselves. Also the woman who works during the day isn't very friendly and doesn't talk much. She's very short with her answers and never seems happy being there. If you work in customer service at least have the decency to smile more and actually chat with the customers... Never again will I stay here.

The room was clean and pleasant to stay in. it has a great location close to lots of different restaurants bars, as well as other storefronts, including an LCBO just down the street from it the staff are very polite and helpful. Didn’t check out the breakfast. We checked out before there’s plenty of parking and it’s well lit.

• Brittany (2/5): - I arrived late on Thursday and discovered that the shower drain wasn’t working. I called the front desk, and while they couldn’t fix it right away, they provided a quick temporary solution by placing a door stopper to keep the drain open. I was told the issue would be fixed the next day. When I returned the following day, the door stopper was gone, and the drain was still not working. After waiting 45 minutes for assistance—after a 15-hour work shift—I was told it would be repaired the next day. Unfortunately, it never was. The water continued to pool in the shower, creating a gross, unpleasant experience. Overall, the issue was never resolved, and it was extremely frustrating.

• Kevin (10/5): - We were moving parents and had to stay a night in Stouffville. This was the only hotel in the near vicinity and we were pleasantly surprised. We not only got value, but quality too. The room was very clean and well appointed with a microwave, fridge and large TV. Certainly would recommend.
