- Court (10/5): Overall an enjoyable stay, we will be back when we have a little more leisure and can take advantage - The cleanliness was very good, as was the breakfast served in the room. The grounds and lakes were an additional benefit even though I did not make use of the fishing. Would have liked seating more comfortable than the dining chairs provided.

- Erik (9/5): Zeer goede uitvalsbasis voor verkenning van Lincolnshire. - Keurig en proper, zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar. Bus voor deur, om elke dag naar Lincoln te gaan. Het enige is de drukke weg die je moet oversteken om bij de bushalte te komen. Maar ‘‘s nachts had je geen last van het verkeer.

Jackie & John were the perfect host nothing being too much trouble It’s in wonderful surroundings with lakes etc with seats in multiple locations. Each seat had a brush on it so you wouldn’t get dirty if you sat down. There were numerous things like that which made our stay special Nothing

The area is locked up at night and you feel very safe. The owners where friendly and you could see how hard they work at keeping everything up together.

- Dean (10/5): practically pefect in every way - This place is a little gem. both hosts jacqui and john were amazing and very welcoming and helpful. it was like meeting up with friends. The room was beautifully cleaned and so comfortable. power shower very good. hairdryer very good. tv/dvd in room and good choice of dvds to watch. great choice of tea/coffee/hot chocolate/water/biscuits in room. even a torch in the drawer. they have thought of everything and they let us know numorous times just to ask if we needed anything. Our breakfast was served to us in the morning at a time of our choice straight to our room. This breakfast was one of the best i have had staying away and well worth the price. Outside in the grounds is so lovely and well kept and is great to walk around the lakes and soak up the nature. very peaceful and so nice to hear and see the wildlife. Definitely 5 star we shall be staying again. Thank you Jacqui and John we hope to see you again soon. Marie & Dean liked everything

Small site, adults only. 15 mins from Lincoln Centre by car but felt like you were in the countryside. The owners were really lovely and went the extra mile. We loved it and would highly recommend it It was extremely clean and well appointed with everything that you could need. The breakfast (in your room) was outstanding

Nice pub along the road but be sure to book if planning on eating there. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming and have a lovely place set in a beautiful area.

Table in room for breakfast which was OK, but was expecting easy chairs as in picture. One of reasons I booked. It was fine though. Room was plenty big enough but not for table and easy chairs, I’m sure Jacqui and John would have changed if we had required. Separate entrance. Great Hosts. That we could stretch our legs walking round the lakes after the amazing breakfasts. It is a little stroll rather than a long walk. I don’t think this can be solved, but the accommodation is like an annexe to the home on the site and there Doesn’t appear to be any soundproofing between the en-suite and what ever was on the other side. We found this a bit off putting as we could not help but hear conversations and that meant … It is on quite a busy road.

Beautiful place also has a lake on site. Breakfast both days were spot on. Even had breakfast taken to the room for you on a trolley and you can eat and enjoy in your room. Great touch! Me and my daughter wanted somewhere to settle and sleep well after a long day working on our event we attending at lincolnshire show ground and thats what we got and more! Will 100 percent be staying again for sure! Thank you so much! Nothing everything was spot on not anything negative at all
