• GARY (8/5): The flat was lovely the location was terrible for us - My wife has copd so has trouble walking we were moved to a flat further away from the centre which means we had to use taxis everywhere which cost us a lot of money

• Gail (10/5): - Love every minute as we booked in because there was a cancellation for the flat upstairs the offer us it and we said yes for an extra coat but I would do it again lovley see view from the flat cant go wrong. I owner is so lovely show you to your room and gose though everything with you worth the money. Nothing we loveld everything. JUST TO NOTE THIS ARE THE PICTURES OF THE FLAT NOT THE DOUBLE ROOM.

• Yaxley (5/5): Nice location. Clean and tiny room, but too small for more than an overnight stay. Room 11 - Great location. Right on the seafront Room was far too small. Really on fit for single occupancy. Shower was far too small and difficult to manouevre when the door was shut. This review is only for room 11, and other rooms I would assume are bigger
• Corynne (10/5): - Good value for money. Exactly what we needed for a short stay. The host was great. Let us check in early. Changed payment method when I had issue doing bank transfer. Let us leave our luggage after checkout due to a late train journey home. Nothing to dislike

• Thomas (10/5): Absolutely ideal! - Had to book last minute due to the hotel I was being in being bankrupt! Couldn't have asked for a better experience, lovely, comfortable little apartment, and the land lady was incredibly nice, polite and attentive. I would definitely stay there again without hesitation, and the location couldn't have been better. Highly recommended.

• Jamie (6/5): - Property has an amazing view and a great location. Parking was good as long as you could get a space (not the hotels fault, its look of the draw). Negatives was the layout of the room. We had the top floor, which involves lots of stairs including a horrible spiral staircase to the summit. The view is great but windows were filthy and you had to stand to appreciate the view. From the sofa you saw nothing but sky. Lounge and kitchen were ok but the bedroom was too cramped. It really doesnt need the bunk beds and the double bed is small compared to king size beds at most places. The layout is awkward and the fire door closer on the bedroom door is annoying. Bridlington was a nice place to visit though and maybe the rooms on the lower floors might be different.
• Karen Gleadhall (6/5): - Great location clean well equipped flat fabulous views comfortable beds even though you are provided with a residence parking permit it’s limited first come first served we had to drive round the property for a hour waiting for a space we were assured it was usually ok on entry to the property the first thing what struck us was the smell it was a very fusty old damp smell masked by lots of air fresheners we entered the flat which was clean but the smell from the bathroom was sickly it smelled like someone with an extremely bad case of the runs had used it it was that bad we could not eat in there it was there constantly throughout our stay there we had to eat out we were told it was the warm weather which caused the bathrooms in all the toilets to smell again lots of air fresheners around to try and mask the smell
• Bulmer (10/5): Exceptional - I was made extremely welcome upon arrival. Shown to my room an everything was explained clearly. I was assured with people to contact if I had any issue but I had no issue at all during my stay. It is clean, welcoming, a fantastic location. I look forward to re visiting. The location, the polite warm welcome. The reassurance of someone to contact if there was any issues. The comfort, the privacy.
• Adrian (10/5): - Nicola"s communication was fantastic and attentive. The location is hard to beat, between the harbour and the Spa with sea views from two of the rooms. The apartment was well equipped with everything you could need. Both bedrooms as re an adequate size, and have sufficient storage even if stopping a week or more. Parking is available on street, however it is limited quite narrow, however there was plenty of parking a two minute walk away at Langdales Wharf Car Park, Bridlington
• Nat (9/5): Lovely little room, excellent location - Small room with double bed, ideal for one person, TV (which I didnt use), wardrobe, bedside drawers, sink, toilet & shower. Small electric heater which was used on friday night, it was a bit chilly & very windy outside. Excellent location near pubs, takeaways, very near beach. There are about 10 steps up to the front door with hand rails both side if you arent very mobile.

• Craig (10/5): - This was the first time we had taken our 5 year old grand-daughter on holiday, we stayed 3 nights, the apartment was clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed for our stay, the apartment was ideally situated, there is a lovely long beach right across the road with the harbour, fair, amusements and another lovely long beach a bit further away, there were plenty of places to eat close by as well as shops and just a 15 minute walk to bigger shops like lidl and b and m with aldi a little bit further down the road, nichola was an excellent host and was available to answer any questions we had, overall an excellent place to stay

• Costantino (8/5): Amazing view - The sea view 2 bedroom apartment is lovely, the view is just gorgeous. The beds are quite small though, and at the start there was a bit of a smell of unwashed humans that seemed to be ingrained but maybe it was just lingering from previous occupants as by the next day I couldn't smell it anymore. The main flaw of this property for us though was the lack of blackout curtain in the front bedroom, which is east facing, making it very hard for me to sleep well past 4.30am when the sun was rising.

• Jack (9/5): I enjoyed my long weekend at Bridlington. Plenty to do, massive's shops! good food and lots of pubs - The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfotable. tea and coffeee. The shower was a little bit small, for someone of as a larger person. Toilet roll holder on the wrong side, had to twist right back! to grab the toilet.

Room was not clean. Had cobwebs at side of tv and at side of free standing wardrob. When we booked we thought it was a flat we would be staying in. Not the room we stayed in.

• Deepa (10/5): Excellent stay with beach facing flat. - We enjoyed our stay. The flat is very clean and well equipped with what you need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen had essential pots and cutlery etc. The beds were very comfortable. We had a double and a bunk bed in the bedroom. The host is very helpful and accommodating to make your stay enjoyable. Highly recommend the flat for families with kids.

Nicola and her mum were very polite and friendly and couldn’t do enough to help us. The apartment was spotless and the beds were very comfortable, will definitely be visiting here again.
• C (10/5): Gorgeous location - Beautiful sea view from this clean apartment. Soft beds and comfortable lounge with a small kitchen area that had all the equipment we needed to cook our own meals. Easy access to the South beach and the rest of Bridlington. We recommend the Aloha restaurant next door very highly too.

We had a seaview from 1st floor flat, really comfortable, really clean,most comfortable beds we've ever had away too! Free parking.2 minutes walk to beach and great cafe there, offering takeaway.Near the Spa theatre.Bridlington is a lovely place to be, not overcrowded would definitely go back.

Rooms are clean and comfortable and owners very friendly and helpful. Close to all that is going on, but not too close so if it is peace and quiet you want, you can have it! Would recommend.

Had a mini kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven and all amenities needed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to the spar and beach. Only a shirt walk to the town. Also, there are plenty of food take aways if you are wanting tobeat in ranging from fish and chips to chinese. Highly recomend!

• Diane (2/5): Below standard - The unit was very dated and was in poor repair. The matresses had no foam left leaving metal springs sticking through the fabric. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. The bed sheets had stains and small brown hairs on them. The toilet seat was loose and the door did not lock. The overall condition of the unit was substandard and we were glad to leave. The common area smelt of old cooking fat. It was a disappointment for the money.

• Kathryn (10/5): Rowntree Flats Holiday Experience - My two grandchildren and I stayed for two nights in August 2016. I wish I had booked it for the whole week instead. The view of the beach was excellent and was near all amenities.

• Karen (10/5): Very spacious sea view apartment. - Stayed at Ashton Holiday Apartments, which was only a few streets away from Pembroke Holiday Apartments (received tel call from Jean few days before stay to let me know of the change, and give directions). Top floor apartment was spacious, very clean and tidy. Jean made us feel very welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. Lovely views of the sea and harbour. Would definitely stay again.
