• Vladislav (8/5): - Брали номер с ванной на балконе - пушка. Вечером открыть окно и сидеть в теплой ванне это прямо балдеж. По вайбу очень по-японски. Дают кимоно, чтобы в нем ходить, ужин прямо в номере. Сам номер довольно большой. Обратите внимание - и Гугл карты и букинг показывают неправильную локацию! Этот домик находится за две узды в горах, минут 30 на автобусе от какой-то далекой жд-станции. Эпл карты показывают правильнее (заметил что в Азии они в принципе лучше работают). Из недостатков - ужин и завтрак (Кайсеки) были оч странными, не буду говорить что невкусно, но важно заранее поработать со своими ожиданиями. Оказывается, кайсеки это не сет вкусных сашими, а скорее набор гастрономических экспериментов, к которым по крайней мере я оказался не готов)) На завтрак очень непривычная комбинация еды - рыба, несоленый рис и яркий рыбный суп в 7 утра идут прямо нелегко. Как опыт кайсеки- прикольно. Но повторять бы я точно не стал)

• Mavis (9/5): Relaxing comfortable stay. - The ryokan is located in a peaceful, scenic and calm environment and we had a relaxing stay. Staff were super friendly, and the stay was comfortable. We also enjoyed dinner and breakfast. Most of all, our parents had a great time here as well. I stayed in the room with private bath, and the sides of the bath had some green algae growth from the consistently wet and humid environment. It would have been perfect if they were cleaned.
• m (8/5): Lovely overall! - Great staff, always on schedule. A mix of locals and tourists. Great serein atmosphere. Very relaxing! The food was very generous and good. I recommend going there for an easy to access, well maintained facility with great staff. We were 4 friends and really enjoyed our stay. Nothing. Great ratio quality for money.
• Keith (10/5): A superb experience in nature - The ryokan is located in the mountains, accessible by taxi or their shuttle bus service. The shuttle arrives before check-in time and is very punctual. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the traditional Japanese in-room meals were superb. We stayed in a room with a private outdoor hot spring bath overlooking the mountains. I also tried the public bath, which was clean, tidy, and offered a scenic view. It was a spectacular experience. We liked everything!

• Silvana (10/5): Izumisano alle porte di Osaka - Situato in una valle in montagna ma a soli 40 minuti dall'aeroporto di Osaka. Camera in stile giapponese, tatami, futon e noi avevamo una vasca hot spring in BALCONE. all'arrivo ci hanno fornito dei yukata (kimono estivo). La cena ci è stata servita in camera. Una varietà di specialità giapponesi. Il futon per dormire ci è poi stato preparato quando più ci aggradava. Offrono anche uno shuttle per arrivare ad una delle due stazioni del treno. In effetti tutto era ok. Forse un solo piccolo appunto per la colazione che è tipicamente giapponese. Mi è mancata una tazza di caffè.

Onsen rất sạch sẽ và đẹp. Mình rất thích open air bath. Đồ ăn chưa hợp khẩu vị mình lắm, tuy nhiên mình nghĩ do mình không hợp đồ Nhật nói chung.

• Haxilla (9/5): Highly recommend. - Loved every minute of my stay. A few too many bugs, it's in the middle of nowhere mountain and forest so to be expected but had to keep taking them to the balcony as they were inside the room. Centipedes and spiders.
• Micheli (7/5): It was a good and very exciting way to experience the Japanese culture - I liked how nice the staff was, and how calming the atmosphere was. I also loved that I got to pick a yukata to wear. I wish there was more information about what to expect and how to do things, for example, we didn’t know if we were supposed to wear the yukata or just our regular clothes to have breakfast. We were a little confused with the menu for dinner, although we enjoyed it very much.
• Panazol (10/5): Un incontournable - Un endroit exceptionnel et magique. Au calme. Tout est pensé et réfléchi pour nous réserver le meilleur accueil. Le personnel est aux petits soins, extrêmement gentil et bienveillant. Le repas est divin. Les chambres magnifiques tout comme l'environnement. Nous avons apprécié pouvoir dîner dans une salle privative, les explications du repas en anglais. L'emplacement est parfait. Loin de la ville et surtout à proximité d'un espace sacré magique. La balade à côté est un incontournable pour se ressourcer, se reconnecter à soi et admirer la nature luxuriante de l'endroit.

• Albert Ali (10/5): - Very nice onsen, beautiful room, good hiking near the venue to waterfalls. Excellent food and very friendly staff. It's a perfect day trip from Osaka. Early September was a bit too hot this year for hiking (and with too many flies), October would have been a better time to visit. Nonetheless, it was worth the trip.

• A (9/5): Best place we stayed in Japan - We liked literally everything. It was amazing stay in a perfect location. There was a bit damp smell in the room. But this is understandable, the hotel is located right next to the river. In general, my only complaint is the very short time we spent there. Check In time is 16.00 and check out is at 10.00 am, which is absolutely not enough in such a wonderful place :)

• マサオ (8/5): - 部屋数が少なくて、周りが静かな所でゆっくり過ごす事が出来ました。 風呂は、身体に纏わり付くような感じで､温度も熱くもなく、ぬるくもなくで長湯が出来ました。 食事も、私達には良い量でした。 妻は小柄なので、なかなか合う浴衣がなかったのですが、こちらのはとてもしっくり合ったようで、とても喜んでいました。 今度は、お風呂付きの部屋に泊まりたいですね。

You cannot go into the public bath with tattoos, but there's an option to book a private bathroom for an hour. The food was great, all traditional Japanese food. They made our bed when we were in the private bathroom. It's very remote, at least when you come from Koyasan. It's difficult to get there. However, on the day you leave, they bring you to a station which is really helpful.

• Dita (8/5): Nice Closing of Our Japan Trip - Love both indoor and outdoor Onsen. They made the bed and the room when we had our meals, talking about practicality. We took a cab from the train station, but the hotel was right nearby the bus stop, very convenient. It is a walking distance to start your wander to have a calming forest-bath (or Waldbaden, as the Germans call it) Our personal assistant could have been more communicative, explaining what's going to happen, etc. A little introduction for the meals by a staff would have made our experience perfect, instead of just a given piece of paper.

• Yoojung (10/5): 친절하고 깨끗한 료칸을 찾는다면 이 곳으로. - 굉장히 외진 산속 어느 곳에 있지만 셔틀이 있어서 (하루 1번, 사전 예약 필요) 셔틀시간을 맞출 수 있다면 주변에 편의점이나 유흥시설이 하~~나도 없는 산속에서 일본의 자연을 느끼며 피부가 매끈매끈해지는 온천을 제대로 즐길 수 있다. 직원들도 매우 친절하고 내가 일본어를 하나도 하지 못하고 상대방은 영어를 전혀 모르는 상태였어도 모든 직원들이 나의 요청이나 질문을 최대한 이해하려 노력해주셔서 너무나도 감사했다. 가이세키는 정갈했고 사실 두어가지 음식들은 간이 셌지만 대체로 맛있다. 조식도 깔끔하고 푸짐한 한상차림이어서 만족

• Coenrad (10/5): Quiet stay with river view and private outdoor bath. - The atmosphere (next to a river in the mountains) is fantastic. We stayed in a room with a private outdoor bath that overlooks the river in absolute privacy. The onsen water quality is very good. The room was large (16 tatami) and the futons very comfortable. The area is very quiet - only the whisper of the aircon and the pump of the outdoor bath could be heard at night. Women get to pick yukatas upon check-in to suit their style and size. We paid for half-board, which included a very sumptuous kaiseki meal in a private tatami room. The food was absolutely exceptional, and included drinks such as high-end sake. Breakfast -- traditional Japanese -- was also very delicious. The hotel provided a shuttle service from and to Hineno station, making the travel experience very easy. Nothing - everything was exceptional.

• Hyojin (10/5): Everything was excellent, and I am absolutely eager to visit again. - All the staff were incredibly kind, and since the place wasn’t too crowded, it was perfect for enjoying the onsen at a relaxed pace. Being close to the airport also saved us travel time, allowing us to make the most of our trip. The kaiseki dinner was beautifully plated and full of care, with both the presentation and flavors being exceptional. This was my first trip with my mom, and we had such a wonderful time together. I would love to visit again in the future with my dad, mom, sibling’s family, and my husband. It would have been even better if there were more extra towels available in the onsen area and if the checkout time was a bit later. Additionally, I wish the shuttle bus ran more frequently, perhaps twice a day.

• Po (7/5): The hot spring was okay. - Not far away from Kansai International airport, good for 1st day to rest and relax. The worst in-room dining experience! The staff delivered everything at once. Before I even started my appetizers, they lit the fire to cook the beef and then left the room without returning. By the time I finished my appetizers and sushi, the beef was overcooked. The tofu tempura was completely soggy! Overall, dinner was definitely not worth the money I paid.
