• Nardi (9/5): Quasi il TOP - Praticamente tutto. Ho apprezzato l'upgrade ricevuto con suite meravigliosa molto spaziosa e dotata di idromassaggio. Ho evidenziato solo due criticità: la prima riguardo da uno dei due scalini per accedere alla vasca idromassaggio dive consiglio di mettere qualcosa che faccia notare lo scalino, l'altra riguarda la pulizia delle tende in basso che toccano terra e raccolgono polvere.

• Giacomo (7/5): - E' la struttura che prediligo da tanti anni per i soggiorni a Ferrara. Posizione comodissima al centro, ma in una via silenziosa. Personale sempre attento, anche se non sempre presente in struttura. Ha anche il non trascurabile vantaggio di avere alcuni posti auto disponibili. Arredo delle camere moderno senza strafare. Per quanto riguarda la struttura, niente da eccepire. Costretto a rinunciare alla seconda notte di soggiorno per problemi alla mia auto, avrei gradito un minimo di disponibilità e flessibilità da parte della Direzione.

• Andi (6/5): - Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer ist mehr schein als sein. Wir hörten die Nachbarn durch die Wände, die Passanten durch die geschlossenen Fenster und die ganze Nacht über, war in regelmäßigen Abständen ein lautes Surren zu hören.

L'unica dritta darei la possibilità di ordinare delle bottiglie da avere in camera o da preordinare prima. Per il resto bellissima stanza, pulita e accogliente. Pezzi di design super chic tipo le lampade sui comodini. Molto curata. Mi ha spaventato il percorso dal parcheggio delle auto alla location, si vede che ci sono dei lavori in corso ma sembra di essere arrivati in un hotel pessimo e invece poi fortunatamente cambia radicalmente.

Staff disponibile, reattivo online e super gentile. Posizione centralissima, di fronte il Castello Estense! Parcheggio, all'occorrenza (noi avevamo gli sci in macchina), con un piccolo extra a notte supercomodo, esattamente affianco alla struttura. Assolutamente consigliato!

• Flavia (10/5): Weekend da sogno! - Posizione strategica in centro ma cmq arrivabile in macchina fino all'incrocio senza difficoltà. La nostra stanza era praticamente un appartamento per le dimensioni, super curato al minimo dettaglio e quella vasca?? un sogno! Letto comodo, un po' rumoroso il riscaldamento ma veramente silenzioso il resto. Colazione molto basica, senza prodotti caldi ma cmq buona e di qualità. Decisamente da tornare! Mi è piaciuto tutto, consiglio solo di aggiungere una coperta per il letto, abbiamo avuto un po' freddo di notte.

• Bernard (10/5): Un séjour trop court dans un hôtel délicieux au centre d’une ville au charme profond. - C’était notre deuxième séjour. Nous y avons retrouvé ce qui nous avait plu 10 ans auparavant :la situation exceptionnelle,la décoration très contemporaine et originale ,le confort parfait,le petit déjeuner excellent. Nous n’avions pas gardé souvenir du parking mais il est très pratique. Les personnes en réception sont charmantes. Tout était excellent

But still i would select this hotel for my next visit to Ferrara

Possibilità di parcheggio (a pagamento stalli blu ma con pass quotidiano, comodissimo) A volte un po’ di difficoltà a contattare il personale. La doccia ha un po’ bagnato la stanza forse per poca inclinazione del piatto doccia. A parte quelle piccolezze tutto perfetto!
• Christine (10/5): Séjour romantique au centre-ville - La gentillesse et l'efficacité du personnel qui a répondu à toutes nos questions (accueil, parking, infos, recommandations de restaurants, etc.). Le petit hôtel est idéalement situé au centre-ville tout près du château d'Este mais calme la nuit, car chambre insonorisée. Les fenêtres avaient des moustiquaires, donc aucun moustique! Les attractions touristiques étaient à deux pas (château, cathédrale, Palais des Diamants), tout est facilement accessible à pied, donc pas besoin de sortir la voiture du parking privé (15.50 € / jour, ce sont les prix!). Petit-déjeuner varié et délicieux avec des gâteaux faits maison, bref un séjour magnifique, un endroit à recommander absolument! rien

There was a great variety of food options at the breakfast buffet. The young woman who managed the desk and the breakfast was so kind and helpful!! She made our stay exceptional!
• Duncan (9/5): Great value for money in a super location. - A lovely historic building sensitively modernised. Spacious room with comfy bed, good shower and wi fi. Breakfast was not very elaborate but everything was good, especially the cappuccino. Helpful staff at this and check in. Car parking in a separate street but with easy access to the apartment.
