• Manuela (10/5): Sehr hoher Standard mit vielen kleinen, netten Gesten. - Ein Hotel mit einem sehr hohen Standard. Wirklich schön. Helle, sehr saubere Zimmer. Gute Lage neben dem Son Moll Strand und in einer Entfernung zum Zentrum, die man leicht gehen kann. Die Zimmer mit Meerblick haben einen phantastischen Ausblick auf Strand und Meer. Freundliche Menschen und ein extrem leckeres Frühstücks- und Abendbuffett. Viele nette kleine Gesten in einem professionell geführten Haus. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

• Marc (8/5): Amazing food, top-notch facilities, and friendly staff, but poor sound insulation between rooms. - * Fantastic food — both the breakfast and dinner buffets offer incredible value and great quality. * Excellent gym and sauna facilities with stunning views of the beach. * Very friendly and helpful staff. * Room walls are extremely thin. We were woken up at 2am by our neighbour’s TV and then early in the morning from him in the bathroom (note you can hear everytime the shower is used) — not ideal if you’re a light sleeper. We raised this with the hotel manager who apologised, but this really impacted our sleep/stay. * Drinks are not included, even with the meal packages, so at dinner need to pay extra (even for basic things like tea).
• Heidrun (10/5): Immer wieder einfach nur großartig! - Alles. Wir kommen seit Jahren immer wieder gerne in dieses Hotel und jedes Mal ist es eine Freude und ein Genuss. Unverändert grandios! Das Publikum. Leider wissen sich einige Leute nicht zu benehmen und führen sich auf, als wären sie am Ballermann. Schade. Das schmälert den Urlaubsgenuss. Aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts!!

• José Luis (9/5): Experiencia extraordinaria aunque un poco cara. - Habitación, cama grande y cómoda, ducha en el baño, trato de todo el personal, bufet desayuno extraordinario, vistas de la habitación, piscina, zona de las balinesas con servicio de comida y bebida, detalles de entrada y salida y la tranquilidad al ser sólo para adultos. El único inconveniente es que el espacio de solárium para tumbonas es un poco justo y estás un poco apretado.

• Loriana (8/5): Gutes Adults Only Hotel, wenn auch etwas ausbaubar bezüglich Essens- und Bedienungszeiten - Sehr gute Auswahl am Buffet beim Frühstück und Nachtessen, qualitativ gutes Essen. Lage direkt am Strand. Wenig Liegen am Pool für die Hotelgrösse. Zudem viel zu eng bestuhlt. Preis für die Balinesischen Betten mit CHF 50.-/Tag absolut übertrieben. Essenszeiten sehr streng. Buffet wurde kurz nach Ende der Essenszeiten (11.00 Uhr Frühstück und 21.30 Uhr Nachtessen) abgeräumt. Man wurde auch nicht mehr vom Personal bedient. Nicht wirklich kundenfreundlich, haben wir bei anderen Hotels ganz anders erlebt. Da konnte man bis zum Ende der Essenszeit noch eintreffen und könnte sich noch mind. 1 - 1.5 Stunden am Buffet bedienen und beim Personal etwas bestellen.

• Ella (8/5): Really worth visiting but some issues should resolved . - Very friendly staff, especially managing ladies. And catering ladies - always smiling. Always ready to help. Dinner was very good most of the time. The top restaurant impressed a lot . Worth visit 100 %. Location fantastic. Views are amazing. The breakfast is the same every day. The phone in the room and the safe was a nightmare. Never seen so dated items though the hotel is new. Some pillows were very well spotted . The difference of the price in booking and the hotel charged me was more than 200 GBP.Not sure whose fault it is so far : booking or both banks . The receptionist claimed it is a currency rate , I admit but not 200 GBP , come on ! Investigating still. So be careful and check.

• Charlotte (10/5): Relaxing stay in a beautiful setting - The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel was beautiful, the facilities were clean and well taken care of. The location was perfect as it is right by the beach and the beach walk with restaurants and shops I can't say I disliked it a lot but I felt like the food (especially breakfast) was catered towards German clientele a bit too much and more diversity would have been nice. It was still super tasty!

• Luca (10/5): RELAXING SPA HOTEL ON THE BEACH - I liked everything about the property: the hotel is almost new, great space in the bedroom with lovely balconies, even the partial sea view was good. Each night they were leaving a kind message and chocolate on your bed. The Aura spa and gym were super nice with a lovely view of the sea. Restaurants and food serving a mix of local and international specialities with a beautiful outdoor dining space to enjoy the sea view while eating. The swimming pool and the sun beds deck is basically on the beach and you can go for a swim and back very quickly. Shout out to the STAFF. Each one of them from reception, the maids, restaurant and bar waiters, all of them very kind , making you feeling very special. Nothing! It was a great surprise!!

• Verified traveler (10/5): What a treat! - Fabulous hotel with some of the most hardworking and wonderful staff. I was a little apprehensive when I arrived as the sunbed area is restricted and backs directly onto the promenade but I needn’t had worried. There was always plenty of space and a wonderful atmosphere. Felt very comfortable as a solo traveller. All the staff were so kind and accommodating. Would recommend treating yourself to a massage and a few hours in the spa. Great choice of fresh, delicious buffet food. Can’t wait to go back!

My room was lovely with a great sea view and balcony. Very clean and the bed was so comfortable and I was even asked what pillows I would like! Restaurant great - massive choice for breakfast and for the buffet dinner. I also used the spa facilities and the infinity pool. Very much enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would definitely return!
• Marc (8/5): everyone asumes you speak german - The Hotel is nice, my room was spacious and all are very friendly. Great welcoming staff! Hotel has no own parking but you can leave your car close by on the street for free (avoid yellow marked parking). The wifi worked well too. Breakfast and dinner has everything available. Gym is tiny but has a nice view. Pool area is a bit packed but one can go to the near by public beach. The Burger at the pool is too big and not eatable as it falls apart so hope they can redesign it. This Hotel and the town nearby is very popular among german tourists and everyone asumes you speak german, which is weird but also funny

• Wang (10/5): - Hotel: very friendly and professional staff no matter in reception, restaurant or cleaner, speak fluently in German, English; room was comfortable, with pillow menu, bathroom mood lighting, i booked superior double room with ocean view; buffet was fine, with live cooking station as well; in the evening has live music show on poolside, sometimes during breakfast, dinner has singer or guitar player with background music too. Location: from hotel cross a sidewalk already on beach, in hotel outside area has direct ocean access for swimmer as well; around hotel has bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, pharmacy & etc. hotel has small gym, but can jogging, hiking outdoors, also good place for surfing beginner. Traffic: from PMI airport to hotel around 70 min with car, if book shuttle should be take definitely more time due to several stops in a few beach (cala...)

• chantal (8/5): Stylishes Hotel in perfekter Lage - Das Hotel ist super schön und modern. Es hat einen tollen Wellnessbereich, ist direkt gegenüber dem Son moll Strand und die Partymeile ist nur 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Ich war jetzt schon zum zweiten mal in diesem Hotel und ich würde immer wieder fahren! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Echt toll. Das Frühstück und Abendessen ist sehr vielseitig und gesund!
• Verified traveler (4/5): Hotel war meiner Meinung nach überbucht - In der ersten Nacht mussten wir uns mit einem Einzelzimmer dass als Doppelzimmer verkauft wurde zufrieden geben. Aus der Meersicht wurde eine seitliche Meersicht mit direkter Sicht auf ein Hotel.
• Silvia (10/5): Wir kommen wieder :-) - Wir hatten einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub. Alle Mitarbeiter und die Direktoren sind sehr zuvorkommend und erfüllen sofern es möglich, jeden Wunsch. In einem gepflegten Ambiente mit verschieden Musikunterhaltungen, lecker Essen und herzlichen Menschen kann man sich nur wohl fühlen. • Markus (8/5): Schickes neues Hotel am Strand - Begrüßungsgetränk an der Poolbar erhalten. Persönliche Begrüßung vom Hoteldirektor, super freundlich !!! Tolle Zimmer und toller Blick. Schickes Hotel, macht einen neuen Eindruck, Personal alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, so soll es sein. Frühstück klasse, Abendessen nicht immer so mein Geschmack, aber auch toll !! Kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen, da sollte man mal übernachtet haben, lohnt sich !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
• ziaa (8/5): Perfekte Lage am Strand - Das sehr gut ausgestattete Hotel ist ruhig und direkt am Strand gelegen. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man Geschäfte und Bars. Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Sehr hilfbereites Personal, Zimmer relativ klein, aber sauber, traumhafte Aussicht vom SPA-Bereich, sehr gutes Essen. Der Aufpreis für die seitliche Meersicht lohnt sich nicht wirklich und der Lift ist eine Katastrophe. Ansonsten Top!
