• Meaghan (2/5): - The lady was nice at the front desk Room was dirty and infested with fleas. Second room the air conditioner didn’t work. The ice was old, in a bag and smelled horrible. We were not physically informed that we could not light fires in the public fire pits. It was apparently in fine print. Long time residence made us feel uncomfortable.

• Mike (10/5): I would recommend this location to others. I'll be sure to book with them again. - The staff / owners were friendly and kind. They made the check in and check out process simple. No issues. Room was clean and tidy. I would book with them again for sure. Mattresses are a personal preference. I think they could have had a softer mattress.

• Laura (8/5): It is not fancy but it's close to a lot of the key spots in the valley. Perfect for getting a good night's rest - Check in was easy and the owner was friendly and very helpful. The bed had crisp clean linens and was super comfortable and there were more than enough towels for us - also crisp and clean. Location was ideal for access to mountain hiking - also very close to skiing.

• Todd (5/5): Not very good and horribly overpriced for what was offered - It was ground floor’s When taking shower the floor was so slippery that I almost fell. There wasn’t any morning amenities. No coffee even in lobby
• Linda (6/5): - There was a table and two chairs but the chairs collapsed. The staff provided one better chair for us. There is nowhere in the room to hang something, not a hook or a closet or a hanger. Nothing. You drape your jackets or whatever over the chair or sofa or something. No hair dryer in the room. The front desk lady brought a hair dryer to our room and it was one that looks like it was torn off a wall. I improvised and made it work. There is a nice window that looks out on the back woods but also all the crap that they have dumped, old tires and sinks and rusty old tubs and other garbage. The staff was nice but the joint really needs help. Ugh, We wouldn't stay here again.

I appreciate we stayed on a Friday night in fall season and I understand it was a public holiday weekend but… Sadly our neighbours, thankfully we only had them on one side of us, were showering into the early hours and then again at 0600 making it a very short night for us with the thin walls!
• Anne (7/5): A cute little roadside motel with friendly staff. - A cute little roadside motel with friendly staff. Accommodating to any requests. The room itself was clean but there were marks on the walls and furniture that made it feel run down. One chair in my room was noticeably dirty.

• Mary (8/5): - Typical 1960s roadside motel, with large parking lot and drive up to your room. Check in was very friendly and speedy. I commend the owner for the wonderful room upgrades, with new bathroom tub/shower, sink, and toilet. New chrome fixtures, and clean caulking. The bedroom was recently refreshed also with comfortable beds and nice linen. AC/heat unit worked well. Coffee pods, micro and small refrigerator all in working order. The area is convenient to North Conway dining and touring.
• Ann (10/5): We will return. - It was a nice, albeit small, room with a well equipped kitchen with a great shower and outdoor furniture. I didn’t like the 10 digit door code delivered electronically. That’s too much to remember. Plus it required 3-4 tries each time. It has tiny buttons and it seemed to reset itself half way through entering the numbers.
• Sharla (6/5): It was an okay motel in the right area. - The motel was close to the area we needed to be. It was reasonably priced in consideration of the area motels but still a bit high. The owner’s wife brought me a hair dryer as one had not been installed in the room yet. The bedspread and a piece of furniture has stains. There was a slight odor from either the bathroom or pet urine.
• Elena (10/5): - A very well-designed hotel. Large room. I couldn't find a hair dryer. The cleaning here is top notch; we even took a bath. One recommendation: establish a quiet time for residents.
• Mark (6/5): - Staff was great, bed was comfy snd room was warm even when very cold outside and in a nice area but... 1: Room definitely needs to be cleaned better. Rugs ripped a dirty, looks like blood splatter on walls, etc. TV Remote, wall switches, etc., had "goo" (candy or something else) on them.And other unclean conditions. 2: Long term family rentals maybe, so not the quitest place to be. But was ok after 9pm.

• Miners (10/5): Perfect little motel for us. - Pleasantly surprised. It's right of the main road but was quiet. Room was clean and ithad actual cable tv so we didn't have to stream anything. Hot water was very hot and pressure was good. Definitely one of the better hotels we've stayed at. Incredible price. Loved that it was away from Conway and the tourists. There honestly wasn't anything I didn't like.

• Gilma (10/5): - When you book a Motel the first thing that comes to your mind is a dirty- low budget place where you will find something wrong. This place is not that case. Everything was clean, the elderly person at the desk was so friendly. The Room was one of the rooms that WOW you and the bathroom was perfectly clean with a lot of towels. I will return to this Motel when visiting NH for sure. Great job to everyone doing their best.

• Barrett (5/5): As soon as I walked in I was disappointed, lack of internet access sealed the deal. - Internet access was very poor quality (sometimes non-existent). Only one bar quality, could not maintain a connection.
