- Kelly (10/5): - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! The place was clean, large, and very conveniently located directly across from the village. Free parking is available on site for 2 vehicles with other free lots nearby or directly across the street for paid parking. The owners have very clear communication about anything you need to know which makes for a smooth and easy check in and check out. Absolutely would recommend this condo and we can’t wait to come back!

- Katherine (10/5): Clean, comfortable, spacious and close to village. Superb! - It was perfect for our family getaway. Clean, modern amenities, spacious and close to the Blue Mountain Village. There was parking right outside the door. Aircon worked like a dream. I really cannot find fault with the property, it was brilliant.
- Lynn (7/5): Good location but some upgrades needed. - Location was great and the upper lot area was great for the kids but the air conditioning didn’t work up there and the temperature was so warm the room was a bit uncomfortable for the kids to sleep well. The bbq was in horrible condition and we could not even cook the food we brought, as this was a feature highlighted in the post we were really disappointed. The showers had very poor pressure. We tried to use the sauna one evening and it set the carbon monoxide detectors off and scare the kids (also another amenity we were looking forward too). The key pad at the front door died and we were locked out of the place for about 20 mins in the middle of the day. There was not enough garbage and recycling bags provided and we had to go out and buy some for the week. As we stayed for almost a week these are small things I feel should have been provided.

- Maryam (5/5): Not expected property as we informed. - Location I am writing to express my disappointment with our recent stay at this property. We encountered several issues that were not addressed prior to our arrival: 1. Bedroom configuration: Despite requesting three bedrooms for three adults, one of the bedrooms was designed for children and was not comfortable for our needs. 2. Accessibility concerns: I specifically mentioned that we had senior citizens in our group who cannot use stairs. Unfortunately, the property is a triplex, and this was not disclosed to us beforehand, causing discomfort for our senior guests. 3. Lack of amenities: We were not provided with basic amenities like tea and coffee, not even upon arrival. I hope these issues will be addressed to improve the experience for following guests.

The upstairs does not have a bathroom but there is one at the bottom of the stairs to use. Very clean unit!! Location is perfect for walking into the village to dine at the great restaurants!
- Alessandro (6/5): - If you are someone who feels comfortable in a clean space, this may not suit your standards. These are older units in the village so square footage is more generous. We also liked that all 9 of us had a bed to sleep in. The sofas are also comfortable. We had someone in our group with a disability and found the layout of the unit to work well. Heating was confusing to figure out and did not reach all rooms. Water in Master bedroom shower did not have hot water after multiple attempts. We were there for three days. Again, please consider cleaning vents, cielings, hair off bedding, dust off baseboards,as well as toilets.

The nails and staples on the carpet need to be fixed. Many of my family members stepped on the sharp nails/staples. Some of the children’s bottom feet bled from the hazard objects.

Terrible beds, very squeaky and uncomfortable. TV's not connected, wasted time trying to set that up. Lots of spiderwebs in the bedrooms, ants everywhere in the kitchen. Clean towels put on top of toilet plunger, which was disgusting.

Comfortable living spaces, great view of the golf course, well appointed; lots of kitchen ware for cooking our own meals. Nice quiet area at this time of the year. A great deal for accommodation here in the off season! The 10 digit door code is a pain in the butt. Sometimes it would work, others not. Did cause some anxiety worrying about whether we could get in or not

No kitchen essentials like coffee/tea, salt, pepper, olive oil, and/or basic spices. Lack of useful knives for cooking or parchment paper. We expected more in this respect and were disappointed. Also- bunk beds in one bedroom were not ideal for a couple to sleep in.

- Yevgeniy (10/5): We were extremely pleased when an agent from Vacasa extended our stay. That was really great! - Exceptional customer service and very understandable. Well designed and maintained property, conveniently located, steps from the Village at Blue. We were 3 couples, celebrating my 60th birday on April 1st. When a Vacasa agent extended our check-out time beyond our expectations that was an amazing customer appreciation gesture - a real gift for all of us. We'll come over again for sure! You made my birthday stay a memory of all times! As the property can accomodate up to 8 people, there should be at least 3 parking permits available rather than only 2.

The kitchen was so well stocked with beautiful dishes and a variety of appliances. The garbage disposal instructions could be much clearer.
- Robert (1/5): We will NEVER go through VACASA again and nor will anyone else we know (word of mouth) - location was good too many stairs and we did not know that or we would NEVER have taken that place.The tv did not work.properly. and the stairs were NEVER advertised in the brochure -also in the advertisement you lead us to believe we were downstairs, as one picture shows the bbq on the ground with chairs around (that was false) We are all seniors (in our 80s) and the stairs were far too much and too many!!! We called Vacasa but they would do nothing to help us.
