• Amanda (2/5): A CONSTRUCTION SITE - filthy and NOT as advertised - The entire condo complex looks like a commercial construction site; there are no paths, weeds everywhere, no facing on the building, no step to enter. Balconies are being replaced so we had noise of drilling outside all of 1 of 3 days there. NO Patio despite saying there is - it's a construction area and no chairs just a filthy bbq.

• Mohamed (9/5): Great place - Hosts were very helpful and ensured everything went smoothly. Place was spacious and comfortable. Facilities were clean except for little dust here and there. There was a differential in room temperatures where some felt colder and others were hotter. TV in master bedroom didn't have sound on (but did not use it anyway).

• Rosa (2/5): Condo always cold in bathroom and bedroom, bed is firm, dirty furniture, location is good. - Nice bedding and towels. Proximity to hill and central base. Less expensive than other condos, but better to spend $20 + more for something WAY better. Vacasa personnel polite on phone. I did like the Murphy bed in the living room. The two chairs in the living room are worn, dirty and smelly. Owners should know when items should be replaced. The breakers for the heaters in the foyer, bedroom and bathroom were “OFF” and left that way. It was always cold in that part of the flat. The kettle had rust in the bottom. The front door lock was always a battle. The pictures online are far more appealing than the actual place. We won’t rent this again. When booking online I forgot to click off a box for ‘I accept.’, it is at that point the booking shouldn’t have gone through but it did. I received emails after saying I needed to contact Vacasa or the rental was not available. That is an extra hassle and time waste for me.

• Joel (5/5): meh - great location/staff great ski town and chalets and condos now value quantity over quality. poorly refinished, slap a coat of paint over it and some quarter round all good. Get the minimum for maximum dollar value

• Maureen (9/5): Loved our short stay here ! Unit was very comfortable & conveniently located to the Village & lifts - Very comfortable family room and well appointed kitchen. The Murphy bed in the family room was very comfortable and unobtrusive. Easy in/out access to the ski lifts ! Had a wood burning fireplace (not gas) but was not aware we had to bring our own wood to have a fire ! Bedroom was very cool, need extra blanket available. Kitchen stocked with service for 6, but much of it mismatched.
• Loran (4/5): The location was amazing but would never stay at that chalet again or recommend it - The dishes were all dirty and needed to be rewashed before we used them. And we needed to wash them again after going through the dishwasher. The water wasn’t hot. The bbq didn’t work properly. It took over an hour to cook our dinner because it wouldn’t heat up. The fridge door wouldn’t stay closed. We could close it and stand there and see it pop open. Nothing was pushing against it either. So our food never stayed cold. The drawers for the fridge weren’t for that specific fridge so they were hard to use. The chairs and the loveseat were very uncomfortable.
