- Andrea (4/5): Cheap but needs updating - Location The room was old and very dated the lamp shade was torn and breakfast was basic no hot breakfast
- Dieter (7/5): - Gute Lage Etwas seltsame Umgebung

- james (8/5): - Emplacement idéal. Petit déjeuner correct. Chambre confortable L’annonce trompeuse ? Laissé à penser que le parking et compris dans la location.
En fait, non.
C’est un budget de 45 € par tranche de 24 heures.
À prendre en considération pour le prix de la chambre.
- Brandi (5/5): Was highly over priced I opted to pay at property and they took the payment out of my bank card the day before will neve - Big room nice bathroom There was barely a parking lot and got charge $35 a day and a $200 deposit
- McCloskey (7/5): Enjoyable and convenient. Staff suggested an amazing restaurant and it was fantastic - Clean and convenient Room wasn’t ready. Check in was supposed to be 3 pm and the room wasn’t ready until at least 4:45. They were very kind but it was still an inconvenience
- Alvaro (9/5): - Ubicación. Relación calidad-precio.
- Nancy (1/5): Unexceptable - I booked this hotel and when we showed up there was two feet of snow in the parking lot. I called the hotel. They told me to park somewhere else because they were not responsible for clearing their parking lot. I immediately cancelled this hotel and got another one in town. We were traveling with family for a family member having brain surgery at Thomas Jefferson. Now I’m getting billed for this and I’m asking you to cancel this. We did not stay there. We had to pay for another hotel last minute. Please call me or contact me via email to let me know Youve cancelled this because I booked it to make pymts. Im not making pymts. This was not my fault. 302-535-0895 or nancy21370@yahoo.com See above
- Gleicon (9/5): Bom - Muito bem localizado!
Estacionamento ao lado, porém bem caro! Estacionamento a 35 dólares.
Café da manhã muito fraco!
- Mustafa (8/5): - Good location, clear rooms, polite staff Just one day the elevator was out of order
- Tim (5/5): -
- Traci (7/5): - It was close to the Convention Center. The parking man was not friendly and he charged us $35 a night instead of the rate quoted of $25.
- Paty (7/5): - It was nice room for the price. The noise of the city, but that to be expected of philly.
- Tamra (6/5): Overpriced budget hotel - Great location. Close to China town and the convention center. Hallways smelled like Marijuana. It was old. And they were gouging the price. I understand its downtown and there is always something going on. But if youre going to charge $300+ dollars a night the hotel should look worthy enough to command that price.
- Patrick (2/5): Would not come again - Parking price was not $25 but $45
Staff was very unfriendly and incompetent
Room was very stinky and cold
Shower door did not close properly
- Geza (7/5): -
- Jonathan (9/5): -
- Candace (8/5): I had a very enjoyable stay - It was in a great location and the staff was excellent, providing me with a room with a bathtub and recommending a local place for food(Hotel is in Chinatown). It's a small, older hotel. This isn't a dislike it's just not the place if you're looking for alot of amenities
- Harry (10/5): -
- Ashley (4/5): -
- Janet (3/5): Close to a zero - Location to convention center Dirty broken and left hungry after breakfast
- Barnes (1/5): Refund me my money - Nothing because they didn't let me stay at the hotel and it seemed racist to me because I'm a black male. The fact that they didn't allow me to stay here.
- Giberson (9/5): -
- Christopher (10/5): -
- Bryan (4/5): Regular - Si cama era cómoda El desayuno lo abastecen muy poco para la cantidad de personas que están en el hotel , mucha gente quedó si desayunar y eran las 9 de la mañana
- Robert (7/5): -
- Carina (7/5): I would stay here again - I appreciate the amenities offered the rooms & the hotel weren't super clean, but the breakfast area was
- Lloyd (7/5): -
- Manou (5/5): -
- Diana (10/5): Was a last minute booking but they were very accommodating and understanding. - Property was in a good location, in china town and walking distance from different museums and libraries N/A
- Alexandra (1/5): Book elsewhere - Front desk staff was nice The manager is not good. She is trying to keep our security deposit for smoking even though we did not smoke AT ALL in our room! We left every time we needed to which should be on camera.. She is saying there is photo evidence of us smoking in the room but hasnt shown it to us. The room was also janky. It was so hot and stuffy so we put the AC fan on but it did nothing for the air in there. We had a broken towel rack so everytime we tried to hang our towels it would fall. The toilet would splash up every time we flushed causing toilet water to go on the seat and floor! The window looked capable of opening so when we tried to open it for fresh air because like i said earlier it was so stuffy in our room, but the handle was broken. The phone in the room also didnt work so we couldnt ask for any more toiletries and house keeping never came by. Also my husband and i were charged 75 bucks for parking but my friends were charged 70?? I know its a small difference but still WHY!
- Moody (9/5): -
- yannisi (10/5): -
- Sheyla (10/5): Great value for the price - Such a kind and friendly staff. Can’t beat the location! Decent rooms
- Michael (10/5): -
- David (8/5): -
- Jessica (6/5): - The location was great, right on the outskirts on Chinatown. The cleanliness was not the greatest. Our room had marks all over the walls, the toilet chain to flush was broken, and our shower door didn’t close fully, leaving water to spill out over the edge.
- Reyes (1/5): Don’t go there is the worst bad experience - Nothing the front desk lady in the morning have a nasty attitude It was the worst place I’ve ever been worse hotel. They didn’t wanna give me my deposit back.
- khanjan (10/5): - Clean nice build, very convenient location. Needs some cleaning in the shower area
- Keri (10/5): - Najay was the young man whom check me in. He was friendly and and willing to help with any request outside of check in. Jay the night auditor was so funny and friendly. I was afraid to walk outside at 5am to my car and he walked with me to my car. Jay and Najay represented sleep in customer service and excellent 100%. However the breakfast was Disappointing; Sleep-In is known for there continental breakfast. The information about parking is inaccurate. The fee for parking is $35 not $25. The parking attendant was very intentional about his job and parking. I thought it was included in my payment when I paid online only to find out that was not the case. Customer alert there is an additional fee if you pay with credit card.
- Cheryl (4/5): - Room was dirty, very noisy, amenities were limited
- DURESTE (6/5): - it ok
- Sonja (4/5): - The Good:
The staff were nice and friendly. Air conditioning was good. You are a 4 minute walk from the Convention Center, The Marketplace, and other amenities. Rooms need to be upgraded.
The Bad:
The carpet is horribly dirty. The hotel is dinghy. The elevator went out, and I had to climb 6 flights. I went down 6 flights of stairs with luggage because no one bothered to say that the elevator was working again.
- Darian (10/5): -
- andrea (8/5): - Muy buena atención. Super limpio. Amplio. Tenía de todo la habitación. Buena ubicación
- Erjan (6/5): -
- Dyann (6/5): - The location of this hotel makes it great for waking around central Philadelphia. It could use some extra cleaning especially to the carpet.
- Aaron (8/5): -
- Kaylyn (4/5): - There were no bedbugs. The linens were clean, but stained. The elevator was broken. Parking was not included and was $35 a day. Located in China town.
- Ahjee (4/5): - They
- SHAKIMA (8/5): - Staff very friendly
- carl (2/5): - I don’t like
- Jwivens (8/5): - Good
- Michelle (2/5): - Terrible property needs to get checked
- John (10/5): - The front desk staff was super friendly. The girl at the desk even offered her umbrella to use but we decided to take an Uber. The room was clean andchad everything we needed. The continental breakfast was kinda minimal but it was enough to get us by. I'd stay here again. If you're on a budget you dont have to worry that you're staying in a dump.
- Azucena (9/5): It was very nice. The location was the best - The location. The room was comfortable.
- Jessica (4/5): - Hotel room was fine. No peep hole on door, air conditioner lid was broken, almost completely out of tissues and toilet paper but whatever. The reason I gave it rating I did was due to the very rude employee the morning I needed to quickly grab breakfast and check out. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6 am. 6:20, the lights were still off and nothing was out. He was in no rush when I said I had to leave soon. Same employee I then had to call to come to front desk to allow me to check out. I won't return to this place.
- Michelle (10/5): - Magnificent
- Michelle (10/5): - Magnificent
- Michelle (10/5): - Magnificent
- Michelle (10/5): - Magnificent
- Kyle (8/5): - The outside looked like an old building but the inside looke amazing. It was perfect since we were staying there while my son needed a procedure done at the children's hospital. Staff were nice and helpful. The rooms were super clean, big and the bathroom was big too. The area around the town is nice alot of little restaurants in walking distance.
- Caitlin (8/5): - The parking lot next to the Inn was super convenient. It was a little price but a lot cheaper than most places in the area. The Inn itself was beautiful on the inside and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful.
- SHAKIMA (10/5): - Front desk staff very sweet
- Steven (6/5): - Simple. Clean. With an Excellent location.
- Roger (8/5): Location, location, location! Reasonably priced, comfortable and functional. - The location was excellent for access to all the major tourist attractions.
It was comfortable and functional.
The cost of the accommodation was very reasonable. The coffee machine in our room didn’t work.
However there was coffee in the meal area.
Breakfast was very basic & minimal choice.
Parking was more expensive than advertised!
Walking thru Chinatown (when leaving the premises) was dirty, smelly and unappealing.
- Darryl (8/5): - The location of the property was great and ideal for travelers looking for a walkable trip without needing to boo rental car.
- Bridget (8/5): - Good fit for convenient location and friendly staff. The staff was very pleasant, friendly, and helpful! Breakfast included is a good deal, but I had to be on the road before that. The location is prime, and food options around Chinatown are delicious. The bed was very clean and comfortable, which is the main reason I needed a hotel - to sleep for a few hours before getting on road. The rest of the hotel was not very clean. My room was ok, but the desk chair was pretty dirty and I didn't dare walk on the carpet without slippers. Aside from one stained washcloth and a cracked sink (clumsily sealed over), the bathroom was also clean. My window was open when I arrived, so the room was muggy. When I tried to close the window I discovered that the crank was missing, so I couldn't close it. I closed the heavy blackout curtain and cranked the a/c, which worked well. Unfortunately, due to the location, the truck and siren sounds were loud with an open window.
The online details need updating as parking is not $25, but $35, plus tax. Reading reviews after this I see this not a recent change with parking, so it is deceiving. $35 is still better than other surrounding properties, but should be disclosed.
Again, a very convenient location, but needs a few updates.
- Wolfgang (6/5): - Staff friendly hallway dirty floor carpet with glitter sparkling even in room carpet was sprinkled
Ordert 2 rooms wer not even on same level disappointed
- Then (10/5): - It's right in Chinatown so if you like Chinese food, you would be happy here. Parking is rigt next to the hotel for $35 a day not $27 like their website said. Overall, I would say it is good value for the money.
- Andrea (4/5): -
- Isata (8/5): - Some of the staff went out of their way to help, but some bad apples. Some staff had an I don't care attitude.
- Sedrick (8/5): - The staff personnel Iyonna and Nizja were amazing! You will have to pay for parking which will run about $110 with card payment for three days. The location is close to a lot!
- Melissa (10/5): - Love being in Chinatown. Parking right next to hotel!!
- Charles (6/5): -
- mario (10/5): - Great accommodation near to Chinatown at great price
- Andrew (4/5): - The man at the reception desk was playing pool on his phone, barely looked at me and mumbled his way through the conversation. The carpets were stained throughout the facility, the whole place smelled dank. There was no hand soap in my room at all. The tv randomly turned on and off all light and several lights in the room flickered often. It’s called Sleep Inn, but the floors and walls are so thin that even mild movements by people in other rooms can be heard. The redeeming quality is the proximity to major Philly attractions, most everything within walking distance.
- Henry (8/5): - My shower was busted, had to walk up the stairs because the elevators was broken, breakfast was not that good,
- Elizabeth (9/5): -
- Steven (8/5): - The price.
- Amparo (6/5): - Not clean
- Tzu Fan (7/5): -
- Julie (10/5): - Adrian at checkin was super friendly
- Kayla (6/5): - The property itself was nice and the front desk staff were amazing. The issue was with parking. The attendant was extremely rude from the start and the pricing was not as advertised on expedia. They charge 35 a night but said my Jeep was an oversized vehicle so we were required to pay 45 plus a service fee of 5 dollars. Then each time we came back to park the attendant would come and ask us to pay again and we had to show the ticket from when we paid. Hotel is conveniently located and pretty good for the price as long as you dont have to park.
- Aladdin (6/5): - Very mediocre hotel
- Masahiro (8/5): - Wifi password should be reviewed.
Staff entering a room without knocking and confirmation is not so good.
- carly (4/5): - Room was filthy with stains throughout. Lampshades were busted and showerhead was caked in buildup. Fire alams went off intermittently during the morning. The breakfast area was kept clean.
- Terry (2/5): - The room was dirty and AC stopped working the first night I was there. There was a lot of noise from other neighbors in room beside me. Room was too hot to stay had to leave a day early. I would like a refund please?
- John (8/5): - Good quick spot to stay
- Verified traveler (10/5): Convenient location, helpful staff - In the heart of Chinatown, around the corner from Reading Terminal Market and down the way from Union Transfer, a nice music venue. I love that this place helped me recover something i left behind.
- Mohammad A (4/5): - I had to wait 30 minutes in reception and who comes after she has to check-in before me. No house keeping services for three days.
- Savannah (2/5): - Ew
- Tari (6/5): - Staff was very nice and tried to be helpful. The coffeemaker in our room did not work. We were there 4 days and they could not find a coffeemaker until 9pm the last night. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Instant coffee?! Toaster only worked on one side, waffle maker did not cook waffles enough. No juice.
We stayed here while my husband had surgery. The room was ok (except the coffeemaker) bed very comfortable. Bathroom was big.
- Aska (4/5): - Room was clean and had minimal supplies, and the bed and pillows are comfy. However, there was takeout food left in the fridge by previous guest that didn’t get cleaned out. I told the front desk and the response was not great and he acted like it was not his job to clean it out, but reluctantly got up to take care of it. The hallways are dirty and elevator was broken.
- Kari (4/5): - The carpets made our socks black in two passes across the room and the tub was coated in a dirty layer (as if it needs some soft scrub or comet on the tub floor) with mildew in all the grout. The sheets and towels were clean but there was a cigarette burn in the coverlet. Breakfast was included but sparse: instant coffee, watered down juice, stale bread and cereal, warm milk that smelled off. The location was good for what we needed but parking was $35/night vs the $25 advertised on the web reservation. Easy walking to shopping and China Town restaurants as well as the historic area but you have to walk past two blocks of dumpsters on the sidewalks from the market on the corner. Wouldn't stay there again.
