We had a problem with our booking on the day of arrival, and Zaman quickly managed to arrange a room for us at another location, a better and more central one than we had originally booked, while keeping the same price. In the morning, the manager came to ask if everything was fine. Such service, hospitality, and humanity made our stay even better than expected.

Totul a fost organizat cu grijă, iar atenția la detalii chiar s-a simțit. Personalul a fost foarte amabil și prompt,(mulțumim Zaman), mereu dispus să ajute cu orice aveam nevoie. Locația este de asemenea foarte bună, ușor de ajuns și aproape de puncte de interes. M-am simțit foarte confortabil pe toată durata șederii și cu siguranță voi reveni. Recomand cu mare drag! -

- Romina (1/5): Apartamento viejo y dueño acosador - Hubicado cerca de la estación de metro y con varias paradas de autobuses El dueño no dejaba de seguirme no pude desayunar tranquila y me abrazaba a cada rato lo pase fatal y al siguiente dia me cambie de hotel. Elegí uno bien lejos de ese hotel que es en realidad un apartamento viejo que necesita una renovación urgente! Nada que ver con las fotos!

Struttura umile, pulita, completa di tutti i servizi e confort. Onestamente ho avuto paura per il restante del mio soggiorno poiché ero da sola.

- Aida (10/5): Perfect - Honestly, thanks to the man who runs this hotel, our trip was even better. He is lovely, kind, and incredibly hospitable, and he made everything so easy for us. Breakfast was served every day at a time that suited us, it was delicious, and the room was exactly as described and shown in the photos. We have nothing to complain about. 12/10!!! Thank you so much, we will definitely come back!

And also inform future custo - Accessibility to public transportation Bathroom is separate with the toilet area Not of great concern but the main issue is The bathroom is a simple tiny room/shower area with only just a shower. Without anything to put your bath essentials or soap. You would just simply put it on the floor instead, as there is nothing to hang or put any stuff you needed for a bath.

- Valerio (6/5): Accettabile..ma a zero aspettative! - La struttura meriterebbe un po’ di manutenzione. I muri sono sporchi, le docce andrebbero pulite un po’ più a fondo cambiando i sanitari. Le stanze affacciano direttamente sulla reception pertanto si sente tutto quello che accade e per lo più il receptionist parla a voce alta senza tener conto che all’interno delle stanze c’è qualcuno che vorrebbe riposare. L’odore del corridoio principale non è proprio accogliente.

L'host è stato davvero gentilissimo, simpatico e disponibile, anche oltre le mie aspettative, pur restando molto rispettoso degli spazi e della nostra privacy, ci ha fatti sentire davvero come a casa. La doccia in camera non è il massimo, ma grazie ai vetri decorati da una gradevole fantasia fiorata, che annullava le trasparenze, siamo comunque riusciti ad usarla in serenità.

- Danilo (1/5): Pessima da dimenticare - La posizione Struttura molto sporca mal tenuta colazione molto scadente il personale (uno , credo filippino) inqualificabile , litigava con clienti e al telefono urlando , tanto che una sera sono dovuto intervenire a dirgli di smettere di urlare , caloriferi spenti lavandini sporchi che perdono acqua sciacquone del bagno smontato e non aggiustato piumone molto sporco. Esperienza da dimenticare.

I was more than pleasantly surprised, the gentleman who dealt with my check-in was super helpful and patient with my enquiries. The bed was comfy, the bedroom with outside balcony was a delight. Hot water, clean towels, comfy and quite in a suburban Metropolitan area. Easy enough to get transport to the city and economical enough to make it worth while.

Z minusów to w nocy słychać każdy dźwięk - ściany nie są wygłuszone w żadnym stopniu. Obsługa hotelu jest 6/5 gwiazdek. Przemiły Pan codziennie starał się by nasz pobyt był najlepszym jaki jest. Bardzo dobre śniadania w sam raz przed wyjściem na miasto ( nie zbyt obfite żeby człowiek miał siłę się ruszać) bardzo dobra kawa i owoce. Nie było problemu jeżeli chcieliśmy nowe ręczniki lub by pokój był posprzątany. Polecam hotel szczególnie dla par lub osób chcących się zatrzymać by zwiedzać Rzym. Całkiem nieźle skomunikowane z niedalekimi przystankami można dojechać do centrum bezpośrednio.

- Agostino (3/5): Non ci ritornerò - L’unica cosa che è andata bene è il ragazzo all’accoglienza, anke se informale, però è stato gentilissimo. Molto educato, la mattina seguente perché noi andavamo via presto per un’impegno all’ospedale san Camillo, è arrivato apposta prima per darci la colazione e il caffè. Lui l’unica nota positiva. Camera non corrispondente al prezzo richiesto. Tenuta male, sporca, presenza di calzini di altri ospiti per terra. La doccia era nella camera da letto, al lato del letto. Il bagno era di quelli tipo chimici. Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto ci ha detto di non buttare alcun tipo di carta nel water, la presa al lato del letto appesa, staccata dal muro. Poi macchie d’umido con intonaco staccato. Che dire siamo rimasti perché siamo arrivati la sera alle 22:45, dovevamo andare via e dormire in macchina.

- Isabele (3/5): disappointing… - The location is good. But it could work better as an Airbnb. The room is very strange! There's mold on the wall and it doesn't look very clean. And breakfast is very poor, two croissants(one for each),a piece of fruit, and coffee. No more options!

- Catarina (9/5): Maravilhosa - Gostamos bastante da nossa estadia, o anfitrião foi simpático, prestativo e acolhedor, acomodação limpa e com tudo que é necessário. E também junto ao local e nas proximidades tem transportes públicos a toda a hora.

- Mónica (9/5): Hostal agradable - Habitación cómoda con baño y aire acondicionado. Encargado muy atento. Barrio tranquilo, con parada de autobuses en la puerta y estaciones de metro a 10 minutos aproximadamente. Hubiera sido excelente que funcionará el frigobar de la habitación, el cuál estaba en mal estado. Tampoco había acceso a microondas, lo cual hubiera sido de gran utilidad.

- Arian (10/5): Excelente opción para estar en Roma - Habitaciones muy espaciosas, acogedoras y limpias, el gerente es muy amable y te ayuda en lo que necesites, esta un poco lejos del centro pero hay mucha facilidad para coger taxi, cerca de supermercados y farmacias, zona muy tranquila
