• Iza (6/5): - Friendly staff, both at the front desk and housekeeping. The room and bathroom were clean, and the location is great for sightseeing in Manhattan. The hotel staff entered our room twice without our knowledge or consent - once to fiddle with cables because a TV in another room wasn't working, and a second time to change the bedding, even though we hadn't requested it (per the hotel regulations). There is a radiator in the room that cannot be turned off, making it feel like a sauna. To make matters worse, the window is nailed shut and cannot be opened, so the conditions were nightmareish. While there is air conditioning, it’s very old and so loud that it’s hard to have a conversation, let alone sleep.

• Boussad (5/5): Rapport qualité prix pas du tout ✅ - Personnel très gentil Excellent emplacement Parties communes propres Petit frigo dans la chambre très appréciable Mauvaise connexion WiFi Insonorisation maximale, on entendait le bébé de la chambre d’à côté pleurer à 3h et 5h du matin Les coussins ne sont pas confortables Énorme chaleure dans la chambre alors qu’il fait 5 degrés dehors, la climatisation est extrêmement bruyante … le dernier jour au moment de partir j’ai vu que la fenêtre pouvait s’ouvrir. Si on me l’avait dit j’aurais opté pour cette méthode directement Faites attention à ne pas rester tard autour de l’hôtel car il ce n’est à mon sens pas sécurisé

• NICHUHE (1/5): - 离地铁站非常近 窗户基本都没有隔音，然后外面的人还很吵，所以导致晚上很难休息好，隔音太差了，旁边房间或者是大家在走廊上走动，声音都非常的明显

O Lugar e silencioso, limpo, acessivel por transporter publico, seguro e os quartos ainda oferecem microondas, TV e frigobar. Nota 10! Equipe simpatica, ESPECIALMENTE Paul, Isa e a Senhora responsavel pela limpeza.

• Isabel (8/5): The neighborhood at night can be scary if you are women traveling alone. Either than that, it was ok - Stay was good. The staff was friendly, polite, and accommodating. The room was clean. Could not operate the microwave to make hot water for tea. The bathtub on our floor had rust, which made it look unsanitary. The sink in the bathroom was kind of clogged. Minor details, but wanted to share.

Good location to visit the city, since it’s at the top of Central Park, easy to get to locations on either side of Manhattan, and subway and bus routes were close. Pillow were flat bricks. AC was underpowered/too small for the 4th floor on a hot day.

• Freda (10/5): Honestly this was a great place to stay. For service apartments it was well maintained and the rwcwtionoat was very help - It was clean and the rooms had everything you need with the well one addition of a microwave/ Fridge and coffee making facilities. Really cosy and warm we stayed in the month of December. It was close to 2 metro stations but in an area that you wouldn’t want to be walking around in the evening as there were some undesirables hanging around.

La ubicación es buena aunque en la noche da un poquito de miedo llegar por la estación de Malcom X mejor llegar por Park north. Todo bien

• Sandra (9/5): Für Einsteiger NY ok - Die Lage in der Nähe zu Subway 2/3 und zum Bus M war ideal .Auch war die Straße ruhig gelegen und nach einem lauten Tag gut zum abschalten Die kleine Küche war schon in die Jahre gekommen wie das ganze Gebäude..7 Tage … ok Leider war die Heizung nicht zu regulieren und hat nachts gemacht was sie wollte…Alte Steigleitung 🤭auch die Tür war nicht ganz dicht somit hat man die knarrenden Stufen gehört, da wir ziemlich ko vom Tag waren haben wir ab der 2 Nacht nix mehr gehört

Cerca al hotel se tiene un market, una estación del Subway y una parada de bus que te mueven de forma rápida a la 5th avenida. Los baños se ven bien y la habitación estaba caliente. La habitación es pequeña y al ser una vivienda antigua , se escuchan las pisadas. La zona no se ve tan peligrosa, si lo fuera no estacionarian autos modernos en la calle pero si hay que estar atentos a lo que pase.

• David (10/5): Super recomendable - Muy cerca de la estación de metro. Al principio puede dar respeto el número de homeless que hay por las calles pero cero problemas. Habitación muy limpia. En nuestra planta teníamos dos baños y una ducha para tres habitaciones que siempre estaban limpios, solo hubo una vez que tuve que usar la ducha de otra planta porque la de mi planta estaba ocupada. Frente a la parada del metro hay un pequeño supermercado donde hacen comida para llevar y muy cerca una cafetería muy rica donde el dueño es hispano super amable. Si no quieres o puedes pagar el alojamiento en el downtown es un sitio súper recomendable. No había ascensor pero como en todas las casas de ese estilo
• Isabel (8/5): Muy buena relación calidad-precio - No podíamos hacer el check in a las horas indicadas, con meses de antelación nos mandaron las instrucciones y lo realizamos sin problemas. Baños y habitaciones muy limpias. Nos guardaron las maletas sin problema el último día. Por poner una pega, se escucha mucho entre habitaciones y con el exterior.

• Natalia (6/5): - Wspaniała lokalizacja. Komunikatywny i sympatyczny personel. Bardzo czyste łazienki. W pokoju są najważniejsze urządzenia. Pokoje są klaustrofobicznie małe. Będą dobre dla osoby, która nie spędza za dużo czasu w hotelu i przychodzi tylko się przespać. Podróżując w dwie osoby, mieliśmy problem, aby pomieścić się z walizkami. Gdy jedna walizka była otwarta, blokowała drzwi od pokoju. Było to bardzo frustrujące. Nabiłam sobie kilka siniaków obijając się ciągle o meble. W pokoju było gorąco, grzejnik grzał i nie można było go wyłączyć, a na dodatek nie można było otworzyć okna. Choć części wspólne są czyste, pokój był trochę zakurzony.

• Nicola (8/5): I'd stay there again - Good location near central park and subway access. The area seemed OK to walk around. The room was small but had a fridge, microwave and kettle. The communication with the hosts was good to enable us a 'late' check in. We could leave our bags after we'd checked out, but it was in the corridor near reception. The shared bathroom was looked after well. The reception has fairly restricted reception hours 10-6 so if you need to speak to someone it can be an issue. It wasn't a problem for us but there are a number of flights of stairs to contend with with your bags.

• Alejandro (4/5): - La ubicación El personal siempre tienen cara de pocos amigos, me dieron la habitación del último piso a pesar que vengo con un menor de 2 años y maletas, simplemente me desagrado demasiado, pedí un cambio a una habitación mas cercano y simplemente fue un no hay.

Toilettes et Sdb à l extérieur mais sur le même palier et quasiment toujours libres. À 100 mètres du métro menant directement au centre de NYC en 10/15 minutes. Et Central Park à moins de 10 minutes à pied . Je recommande vivement !

• Matthew (9/5): - Great location, a block from the 2 and 3, and two blocks from the B and C, one block from the north edge of Central Park, and one block over from a few stops along the M2, M3, and M4 routes. Nice, old building. Easy entry via keypad, and ensures the front door is always locked. My room was essentially a large walk-in closet with a double bed in it. Also had a small fridge and microwave and free wifi (none of which i used). Window AC to keep you cool while sleeping. Shared bathrooms are shared between only a couple units, I did not have to wait to get into the bathroom or shower at all. Bathrooms were clean amd well stocked. Towels provided. For the price and location this was an excellent find. Would book again Pillows kinda flat.

• Dmitry (7/5): - Не плохое расположение Никакой шумоизоляции, слышно все за дверью, как скрипит лестница и все разговоры соседей. Кондиционер шумит так,что спать невозможно. Окно не открывается,т.к прикручено саморезами. За три дня в номере не убираоись.Одна душевая на этаж.

• Kristiyan (2/5): - We found a lot of dust and moss on the ground. It's a huge inconvenience when you have to carry all your suitcases and luggage to the top floor. This was necessary because we were told there was no elevator after we got there.

• Ana Carolina (10/5): Bom custo benefício! - O Central Park North tem um excelente custo benefício para quem deseja se hospedar em Manhattan. Tem um acesso muito fácil e rápido a estações de metrô, as instalações são limpas e confortáveis e a equipe é muito simpática e prestativa! A esquina da 111th St com a Malcom X Blvd pode ser um pouco perigosa dependendo do horário, bem como a estação de metrô que fica nesse local, onde costuma haver usuários de droga e pessoas em situação de rua que por vezes abordam as pessoas de maneira intimidadora. Além disso, nós ficamos hospedadas no 4° andar do prédio, o que tornou a estadia um pouco cansativa para a minha mãe, que já é idosa.
