Ligger lite långt från centrum så det är ett minus. Frukosten var helt okej, fanns rostat bröd smör och sylt. Sedan två varma alternativ tex omelett och nudlar.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - 部屋数も多く、繁忙期だったこともあると思いますが、対応が面倒そうだったり投げやりな態度が多かったのが残念でした。 寝具はシーツが一枚しかなく、いくら暑い国だとは言え12月だと夜は涼しいので、ちょっと心もとないのでは？という感じでした。 タオルも1枚、アメニティも石鹸と歯ブラシのみ、ルームクリーニングも頼んだときだけ、という内容でした。 Wifiも結構遅いときが多く使いにくかったです。 ツアーやドライバーさんの手配等もしてくれるらしいのですが、あまりオープンではなくもったいないと感じました。 積極的にいろいろ聞いてみたりコミュニケーションをとるといいと思います。

- b0ng0e (10/5): Nice hotel with a wonderful helpful staff - This place is very laid back. It's staffed by the wonderful family that owns it, their cute kids running around playing and laughing gives it a real sense of home. It's sits on the main road and next to the major market in Siem Reap but is insulated by a commercial building in front so is isolated from the hustle and bustle and is nice and quite. The hotel has several places to sit and just chill. Free breakfast and pick up on arrival and departure from the airport make the Green Park a truly great deal. The rooms are clean, simple, comfortable, with cold A/C which was appreciated after a day of walking in the heat. The staff are very helpful, you should ask their advice on what to see and where to go. They arranged all of our transportation so we did not get ripped off or stranded.
- BongoSlave (10/5): What a great family owned hotel - We had a great time during our visit to Siem Reap mainly because of staying at the Green park. They arranged free pickup from the airport. The young owners of the hotel speak good English and gave us all types of suggestions what to do and where to go and arranged the transportation at local cost with zero hassle. My wife and I are now talking about going back next year just to hang out for a week. We stayed in a room on the first floor, the owner suggested we not because the rooms on the upper floors were newer but we did not want to do the stairs. Our room was dated but spotlessly clean and comfortable. The hotel is cheap by any standard and with the advise and pick up and taking us back to the airport it was a true bargain. Free breakfast was not great but was free.

The furniture was a bit degraded and I was told the hotel is in the process of refurbishing. What made the stay pleasant was the staff.

- darksideofthe_sun (10/5): Staff are awesome! - My niece, her son and I had a short time to visit in Siem Reap. We booked rooms and the all day tour to see as much as we could fit in. The rooms are basic but clean and the AC was a welcome upgrade since it was so hot in July. Free airport transport by a nice man who also served as our tour driver and tuk tuk driver to the Marketplace the two nights that we were there. The fresh French bread and omelets were awesome. I feel better when my money goes to helping a local business than a large chain hotel. If you want an authentic experience, look no further than the wonderful staff at this guest house. They made our short trip into a lifelong memory.

- Arkelight (8/5): A terrific stay. - The staff were fantastic and ready to help you with anything at the drop of a hat. The rooms and facilities were clean, however the standard rooms without AC can get very warm - some extra wall fans would have potentially done the trick. Breakfast was not only free but tasty and filling with coffee included, and although you’re a little out of the city, they offer a free daily tuk tuk to take you in. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone.

Not to mention that the food is excellent and the prices are more than fair and the room price includes breakfast. The laundry service is also a bonus. They will also help coordinate many site seeing opportunities for you. I would highly recommend GPV for your Cambodian adventure.

- fluant (10/5): SO HELPFUL - So me and a couple mates had our bus not turn up on us at 11pm last night. So we pulled up Agoda(good travel hostel app) and found that the green park village guest house was the closest one to us. We were tired, hungry, stressed out to high heavens at this point. So we changed it and walked to his guest house. To be greeted outside by a younger boy and a slightly older chap. They appeared to be closed but all was not lost - the younger(very very kind helpful chap) said we could sit in the lobby and offered us tea and coffee whilst they figured out if he could help us. He was so nice, kind, friendly and everything possible. Can’t express it enough, 2 mins later a lovely lady came in and between him and her they found us a nice A/C room with 3 beds for me and my 2 friends for a decent price with FREE breakfast. Room was lovey and we got about 5 hours sleep coz by the time we got into bed it was 1am.. we sorted another coach for 7:30 in the morning. Breakfast was at 6:30 which worked out perfect for us coz we needed to eat and get going quickly. Didn’t wanna miss another bus - as we were leaving the guest house the slightly older chap asked were we were going and offered us a tuk tuk. I was like sure but we need to be quick, between him and the other staff within 5 mins we figured out where we needed to go and we’re on our way for €3 PERFECT! Never right reviews, this is my first but I feel it’s deserved! Can’t express how accommodating the young boy was carrying my bags and all - many thanks team! Will defo return if I come back to Cambodia! Thanks Chris and company

It is located far from downtown, but the guesthouse offered free oneway tuktuk service and you can rent a free bicycle. I am sure I will stay same guesthouse next time.
- MICALA (10/5): My home away from home - Green Park Village Guesthouse is so much more than a hotel. It's like your home away from home, complete with a sweet family atmosphere that makes your visit even more enjoyable. Champa and the rest of the staff work around the clock to provide you with everything you need...a sumptuous breakfast, a personal tuk-tuk driver for wherever you need to go, sight-seeing advice and services...anything! My room view offered glorious sunrises every morning followed by breakfast on an open deck (great wi-fi) adorned with flowering plants--even an orchid! A huge local outdoor/indoor market is a short walk away---a great way to see how Cambodians live and a sensory explosion of colors, sights, and aromas. The hotel offers a free daily tuk-tuk drive to the old market where you can find shopping, spas, and every kind of restaurant food imaginable. I highly recommend the $1.50 frozen margaritas at Viva, a Mexican restaurant and great place to people-watch. For what you pay, this hotel offers one of the best travel deals I've ever experienced in my almost 50 years of international travel. I intend to return again and again.

- aktraveler2018 (10/5): AMAZING, helpful staff! - My friends and I loved our stay at Green Park! The staff was very helpful, friendly, and extremely accommodating! We felt like family! The hotel is a bit older but very clean. We requested room cleaning service daily (because we are messy Americans! ;)) and they were happy to accommodate our request. They also provided inexpensive, fast laundry service and a free Tuk Tuk ride to and from town. They happily provided anything we asked for (extra towels, pillows, etc.) We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Siem Reap!

- K (10/5): スタッフが親切で滞在中に困ることがない - 空港からゲストハウスへの往復送迎が無料で付いています。空港では、緑のボードに名前を書いて、税関から到着ホールへの出口の所で待っていてくれました。直ぐに見つけられます。 少し距離はあるけど、アンコール遺跡群のチケット売り場に比較的近いのでこの宿に泊まりました。 観光は、無料の自転車を借りて遺跡群を回るも良し。ホテルのスタッフに行きたい場所を伝えて、トゥクトゥクで回るも良し。トゥクトゥクは、事前に決めた行き先にも寄りますが、近場の半日コース15$、遠出の1日コース25$くらいで回ってくれました。 FAN付きの部屋に泊まりました。天井で回る強力な扇風機が付いており、エアコンなしの部屋でも快適です。お風呂は、バスタブ付きで、シャワーのお湯も強力に出ます。 近くには夜になると食事の屋台も出て1〜2$で食べれ、不自由しません。 ゲストハウスのスタッフはとても親切で、滞在中に困ることはありません。
- macw811 (6/5): Innacurate Room Description and No Room Cleaning - Firstly, I have to give this hotel 0 in value rating. 6 of the items on the room facilities list at booking.com are pure fabrication. Therefore, I did not receive what I paid for, so zero value. Despite asking the housekeeping staff several times, my room was not cleaned at all during my 7-night stay. No clean towels or anything. The staff are super friendly, and there is a real family vibe to the place. Breakfast was decent, very filling. The free once a day shuttle into the city is useful. Internet was reliable although quite slow.

The room is clean, the staff are friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is satisfying. They provide tours which really made my experience hassle-free, fun and exciting. - yeatharhiu (8/5): Good for budget travellers - My family and I stayed at the guesthouse for a week last December during Christmas. It's next to Siam Reap biggest local market. To get to the night market and pub street, the guesthouse provides free ride once a day. If taking a Tuk Tuk, you pay USD2 - USD3. The guesthouse itself is fine. My room has a fan without air-con while my parents has an air-con room. Both rooms have slight differences. The former has smaller TV and older bath tub than the latter. The property itself need some rennovation but it's good for a short stay. Breakfast is OK. It also provides dinner if you want to dine in. The prices of beers are the same as outside and the average food prices are around USD3 - USD6, depending on what you order. The staff are friendly especially the one named Bunno ( hope I spell it right).

Au regard du tarif, nous avons trouvé que tout était correct. La chambre est propre, certes il n y a pas de superflu mais pour le prix je ne m attendais pas à du grand luxe. Le personnel a ete très accueillant, serviable et disponible.

- Damian (8/5): Great hotel for the price!! - Staff were very helpful, just a short ride to the town centre and other attractions. There's a bakery just outside the hotel, other than that it's a bit of a ride to the shops unless you use the local street food market. It's defiantly not the best hotel I've ever stayed in but for the really cheap price you can't complain. They even offer 1 free tuk tuk ride a day, which we used to go to the airport on the last day so saved even more money.

- samuelmA5676OS (10/5): Clean and accomadating - Staf are lovely and help you out with everything. You get 1 free tuk tuk a day, and cheap trips to the Angkor wat (which itself is not cheap!). Free tea and coffe all day and a lovely breakfast in the morning. We had a slight issue one day with hot water, but they apologised and fixed it straight away. Bed is VERY comfy and the bath is nice and big. Overall a very pleasant place to stay and highly reccomend :)

Breakfast is served onopen air deck across alleywayup some fairly steep stairs from alley. Same everyday - rice, well done scrambled eggs, stir fry pork & bread : pineapple & bananas. Usually cold - buffet style. Rooms basic but large size , small TV with some English channels (cable - that was a treat ) , A/C & and clean. My only complaint was no where comfortable to sit in reception lounge area - furniture all heavy wood pieces witd big dining table & chairs around it Staff very nice and try hard to please , but little ENGLISH is spoken so it’s a bit difficult. Free pick- up from bus station , tuk tuk drive into central market daily & tuk tuk to airport when leaving all a big plus.

The staff was available 24/7 and super helpful and more than friendly with whatever needs we had. You get a free Tuk Tuk ride to the town once a day and good breakfast, which is awesome for the low price you pay. There’s also a very big balcony from which you can watch the sunset. Would definitely come back, thanks for the great service!

- Chris54354 (10/5): Great Price for a Great Hotel - Just to start, the one downside of our experience was that our extremely delayed flight brought us in at 2am and they were unable to provide the free airport transfer. We had to pay $20USD to get in. Other than that, the staff are so great and the hotel room was nice. Getting an AC Room is a must if you want to feel dry and comfortable and not suffer sticky skin in the humidity. Our driver, I think his name is Sa or Sav was fantastic, professional and friendly. It's a little bit outside of town but they provide free transport in to town and cheap rates to get back to the hotel.

- ljstanton92 (10/5): Fabulous hotel! - We stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and certainly made us feel welcome. They were available at all times and helped us book a bus to Bangkok and provided information on what to do in Siem Reap. The breakfast was delicious and you can help yourselves to tea, coffee and water throughout the day. We thought the location may be an issue as it isn't in the centre, but they provide a free tuk tuk into town and you can also hire bikes for free. The hotel is very basic, which was fine for us and what we expected for the price. It is very quiet and down a little side street. We would definitely recommend staying here!

The owners couldn't do enough for us, from providing free bicycles to get to town, free tuk tuks within a certain distance and booking our tours and onward travel to Bangkok. Really quiet location tucked off the main road and relaxed feel to the place. We spent a great 3 nights here and would recommend to anyone visiting Siem Reap.

- oliviermls (8/5): Friendly staff and OK hotel - I've stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and left with a positive feeling. Staff was always helpful and friendly. This is a basic hotel for a basic price. So if that's what you want, you will no be disappointed. Breakfast was ok and included. I had lunch there a couple of times and price/quality was really fair. I read here some people found the area around the hotel quite dirty, but that can also be said for most part of Siam Riep. Never found myself intimidated by people in the area, which is a commercial area, full of all sorts of shops. It's closer to the temple ticket office, than to the night market. But they offer a free ride to the night market anyway. Bottom line: for the price of a hostel, you get your own bedroom. And by the way, everywhere you go in Siam Riep, people will offer you a ride to the temples, for a fee obviously. That's just how it is there. You can always say no! Be understanding that their culture is different, not better, not worse than yours.

- jeff (10/5): Fantastic Budget Guesthouse - My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights. We were first impressed by the friendliness of the staff. From the moment we walked through the doors until the moment we left they were always ready, willing and able to help if we needed it. Our room was a budget room but was immaculately clean with a comfortable bed and an AC and wifi that both worked like a dream. There was also a fridge to keep our water icy cold. Breakfast was included and was more than plentiful for our large appetites, featuring a fruit salad of pineapple and banana and then your choice of 8 or so entrees that came with not one but two baguettes, as well as your choice of coffee, tea or lemon water. Coffee and tea were available free all day. The staff told us that we could have our room cleaned daily but that anytime should we wish, we could not have it cleaned and just get toilet paper and our 2 waters at the front desk. We appreciated this as we are not high maintenance and prefer to be environmentally friendly and use the same towel for several days. Their laundry service is quiet reasonable at $1/kg and was same day service. Once a day at the time of your choosing you get a free ride downtown. A return trip is just $2 or you can walk as we did some days for the sights and exercise. The tuktuk can also be rented for trips to Angkor Wat as we did, twice Just make sure the driver tells you each time there might be an added price.

Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff here are extremely helpful, and we booked the nicest tuk-tuk driver ever for Angkor Wat through them. I will definitely stay here if I visit Siem Reap again!

Good restaurant on ground floor with cheap, tasty food but the staff here aren't very prompt. Room was a good size, aircon was efficient, bathroom decent size.
- Cheryl (6/5): Nice hotel, but not a great location. - The hotel is very nice, our room was big and perfectly clean and it was a luxury to have a bathtub as well as a shower. The breakfast was OK - bread with jam or peanut butter and a few cooked noodle and rice dishes although we avoided these as they were always cold so we weren't sure how fresh they were. The free pick up and drop off was a nice bonus. The location isn't great, there are no restaurants or bars nearby so you have to get a tuk tuk everywhere. Staff were friendly enough.

(especially that old lady) we request our breakfast before we going for angkor wat sunset, we just require few bread instead of complex breakfast but they failed to prepare for us although they promise to us! the breakfast everyday is the same!! bored of it!! some of the stuff are not honest, this is because in the first day the staff told us we will be served a free breakfast but after that he collect $4 ($2 per person) from us! The staff (Som) was helpful, calm and made everything happen for the visitors. The breakfast is really good ! I also ordered food a few times from the restaurant and it was yummy. The tuk tuk rides into town are pretty cool (free). I liked that the hotel was away from the noise yet close enough to access by tuk tuk. The staff dont pressure you into using them for tours or anything. I applaud Som - who did his best everyday to ensure everyone was comfortable. My best stay in the 5 weeks I toured around for sure. Bestest value for your money :)

- Verified traveler (2/5): Bad - Possibly the dodgiest area in Siem Reap, my partner and I both love Siem Reap and have stayed at quite a few hotels here. However this hotel was very rough, the area was not good, and we didn't really venture out as everyone aroun the area looked very intimidating. Cheap, but you get what you pay for. Also, a Tuktuk driver outside the hotel (not from the hotel staff) warned us to lock thins up in our room as there re quite a few druggies in the area - including staff - not really what you want to hear when you've jut checked in ....

Was a little out of town which was sometimes frustrating when trying to get a tuk tuk home but didn't mind too much as hotel tuk tuks drop you to town for free. Also hired tuk tuk from hotel to and around ankor wat for $12 for 2 people.

However power supply was unstable during our stay. It didn't bother us much as the room was quite cool without air cond. Convenient to ride bicycle to temple visit but other transport is needed to go to town.
