- hoffman (10/5): Best stay ever in Australia - Perfect
- Finney (2/5): - The room is dirty and dated, couldn’t sit outside that area hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. Palms are over grown and need to dodge them to get to the rooms. Cleanliness
- Wade (2/5): Disappointed. Not worth the money - Room was dirty. Hair everywhere in the bathroom
- Cox (4/5): -
- Wangmo (1/5): Accommodation is not clean there is so many roaches. Parking is also not safe because my car window was broken in the mo - Parking is not safe. My car window was broken

- Wade (9/5): Cyclone Narrel - Easy check in/out👍 The cyclone?
- Lorna Simpson (7/5): -
- Brooke (1/5): traumatizing - 0 The air con acted like a heater, which was unbearable in 40 degree Karratha heat. The floor had puddles of water from the fridge, which was horrible when I nearly slipped to go to the bathroom at night. It was by far the most horrific place I have ever stayed and plan to never return to Karratha because of it!! at $200 a night, it should have at least had aircon or a fan.
- Ian (1/5): - , the bed was comfortable, and the area outside was quiet . The room was dirty , there were no bottoms in some of the drawers , there was no cutlery to eat any breakfast or make a cup of tea , the floor was filthy , the paint was peeling badly off the walls especially by the window , the door frames were very rusty ( assuming they were made of steel ) I would not recommend anyone to stay here
- Wayne (10/5): -
- Charisse (4/5): - Location was good. Price was good considering being in Karratha. It would’ve be good to have a decent working shower head and for Exit Mould to be used in the shower.
- Vicky (1/5): Disgracefull place needs to be condemned - There was nothing to like. The room was so so dirty there was dishes still in the sink. The bedding was absolutely disgusting. The bedding hadn't been changed the towels smelt like they had been left in washing machine for days. The bathroom was full of mould. Pillows were filthy & hard &;the mattress protector was full of stains. Holes in the walls & floors, never ever seen such a dirty run down place. Cockroaches everywere. This place needs to be condemned. How dare they charge $220 a nite for a run down filthy room. It's not even fit for a animal to stay in except the cockroaches.
- Glynis (2/5): Below average. - The location. The fridge had a leak in the property which was all over the floor in the main room and the shower didnt work.
- Sharon (6/5): Fine for what we required - Location is good with the tavern next door. A bit tatty
- Claire (2/5): Was discussting an very uncomfortable - Nothing The room was terrible definitely needs alot of work done floor skirtings rotting floor felt like it was going cave in making the stay very uncomfortable wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here
- Black (4/5): -
- Davron (4/5): Good for single people to stay - Location Rusty door frame
- Willem (1/5): It was terrible 😝 - Nothing!!!! We were extremely disappointed with this accommodation. The place was filthy — we even found a cockroach. The windows looked like they had never been cleaned, and the sliding door didn’t open at all. The floors and skirting boards were rotting, and the bathroom was badly affected by moisture and mold.
The toilet was dirty, the courtyard was completely neglected with dead, shriveled plants and empty cans left lying around. The trash bin had a broken lid. The bedding did not feel fresh, and it looked like no one had cleaned properly, even under the bed.
Overall, it was a truly horrible experience and far below any acceptable standard.
- Hayley (8/5): -
- Stephen (2/5): Wouldn't stay there again - Its cheap
But for good reason This place is cheap for a reason - the tiles are cracked and dirty, the towels are threadbare, the electrics are dodgy and the desk was falling apart.
Its quite grotty and needs a complete overhaul, but it was only $200 for a night.
Wouldn't stay there again.
- Nicole (5/5): The air conditioner should bn on before my arrival as the room was stuffy and hot - Access to room was discreet and easy There were broken items in the room prior to my stay
- Kristen (10/5): I always stay here while on a quick trip from Paraburdoo to Karratha. It’s perfect for what I need and easy to access at - Easy to access and right across the road from the pub and the op shop
- Michael (4/5): - Too noisy from pub and the park behind did not get much sleep
- Ian (4/5): -
- Brendan (5/5): It is not worth $200 a night in current condition - Bed was clean and comfortable Rust on doors and shower rails just needs a good painting and tiles to be cleaned very very well and shower did not work properly. Sink not clean around tap and whole in the floor and light fittings not working or broken
- Mcloue Sumabal (7/5): -
- Belinda (2/5): Extremely poor and dirty condition. I would recommend or stay there again -
- Karen (1/5): Dreadful - would not stay here again. - Nothing Location next to tavern with undesirables walking amongst our car and others in the carpark was not ideal. Shower leaked, towels were rags, bed linen not clean and bed bowed in the middle.
- Simone (2/5): Horrible rooms! Not clean, sunken tiling and floor. Not recommended. - The mould and cleanliness was very below par. Not even close for the price paid. This is why there are minimal images online I guess.
- Anthony (5/5): - The room was unclean
- Andrew (10/5): -
- Gaye (2/5): -
- Robert (1/5): -
- Gypsy (2/5): Not recommended will not be back - Very poor hygiene and housekeeping, Cockroaches in both bedrooms. Gaps around the floors and bathroom areas. Not a pleasant stay.
- John (5/5): Generally good, but needs repairs. - The size of the room and the general cleanliness is good. The price was excellent for such short notice booking i.e.1 hour. The response to get access to the room was very quick <5 min. The room is very dated with no general maintenance done. Broken things, like light fittings and broken cupboards is just left as is. The deck outside needs cleaning. The trees on the walkway needs to be cut back.
- James (2/5): - The bathroom had mould. The skirting on the floor had come loose and there was rust, dirt and grime just on the floor where you sleep. I also got given the door code to a room where another guest was staying, the staff didn't believe me and had me take photographic proof. i stayed because there were no other availabilities. would not do again.
- Keith (1/5): Terrible for price, not appropriate for business clientele -
- Ryzel (1/5): Horrible. - Nothing was good about our stay. No reception to contact. Sent a message to customer service but no response. The rooms were filthy. Bathroom tiles were mouldy, sink was dusty. And the most disgusting part was our bed linen was very dirty. It had lots of marks on it, they were definitely not stains as some of it came off when we tried to rub it with cleaning wipes. It was obvious that it had not been washed. We found 5x cockroaches within 10 minutes of entering our room. It was very disgusting. $165 rate per room is overpriced for what we got.
- Douglas (7/5): It was great. - Everything was fine. The cleaning staff were exceptionally helpful. Nothing.
- Bruce (1/5): Room 18 in desperate need of repair. Definitely not worth what we paid will never return - The washing machine and close to good eatery. Where do I start. Light globe broken and lights without globes. Rotten timber, doors that wouldn’t close. Just not worth what we paid.
- Abdelo (4/5): - Location Cleaning poor
- ANNE (2/5): I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone and 1 out of 10 would be my rating. - The bed was comfy and shower good. The rooms are so outdated and my room was so dirty. The door to go outside was so hard to open, due to the dirt in the tracks of door. The cups were chipped and stained and my bedside lights did not work. The towels were old, frayed and had bleach stains. For $220 a night absolutely not worth that
- Bradley (5/5): Central and affordable however not very clean - I did not have breakfast was not aware it was included or available Water leak from kitchen sink in front of microwave/kettle etc, floor was all wet .
Mould and grime in the shower, toilet bowl brown dirty.
Towels smell.
- Mark (7/5): I had an enjoyable stay in Karratha. - It was all I needed for a one-night visit The room had a strange, urine-like smell when I arrived.
- Cheryle (3/5): The overall complex looked tired and need of refurbishment or bulldozing!!!! - The room lacked maintenance, kitchen cupboards warped, bathroom tiles cracked, grout missing, overall unclean.
- Suzanne (4/5): nothing against motel itself just that karratha is very expensive - liked that you get in with room codes just a bit aged in and broken down, bathroom alot of water damage and expensive considering
- Terrance (8/5): - I liked how convienient it was to get food
- TERRI (5/5): overpriced & in need of a lot of maintenance - it was available the property manager did not reply to my comments regarding the state of the unit
- Malcolm (3/5): -
- Astbury (6/5): - The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. There are some maintenance issues due to age that could be fixed eg holes in cupboards and doors.
- Andrew (5/5): Do yourself a favour, bypass Karratha. - Really nothing to like in Karratha at all. Hotel/Motel room out the back. Have to park in hotels carpark overnight. It's just a Rio Tinto workers town. Doesn't cater to anyone else.
- Aiona (10/5): -
- jacques (5/5): - l'enregistrement c'est très mal passé,fuite dans la salle de bains,cafards,endroit très sale
- Andrew (6/5): Let’s just say it was ok. - Somewhere economical to stay for the weekend. It needed some updating and maintenance. In my room the tap on the bathroom sink was loose and needed fixing.
- Andy (4/5): - The air conditioning worked well When having a shower water came out under the screen along the floor and out the door , floor was uneven and soft in places. Looks nothing like the pictures on the website.
- Jürgen (5/5): - Aircondition to loud
- Jason (5/5): -
- Patrick (7/5): -
- Denis (7/5): - No contact with any staff. Very tight squeeze typical of a work camp not a motel. Parking very insecure.
- Wanding (7/5): - Close to everything Not clean and not smelling nice too
- Kaluarachchi (5/5): - Staff was friendly and cooperative . The bathroom was not clean, moulds, and broken doors. No restaurant to get food or beverages .Noisy.
- Andy (7/5): -
Alles musste online erfolgen.
- Andrew (6/5): -
- Janine (2/5): - Communication from staff via text Everything - Paid $220 per night and the room was very dirty and out dated. Broken tiles, mould in shower. Wardrobes broken. Dustbin broken. Dead cockroaches.
- Andrew (8/5): Stay here when the price is right! - Clean property with everything you need including an excellent fridge. Nothing.
- Black (10/5): -
- Jarred (5/5): -
- Douglas (5/5): -
- Churton-Hughes (7/5): -
- Brant (7/5): - The tav next door. Code entry for room door Broken/ not working lights in room, all the wood furniture is partly broken
- Jordan (3/5): -
- Alan (8/5): -
- Jay (1/5): Cheap. - Nothing. Run down.Poor sercurity.
- Kristen (8/5): Always a great spot to stay at if you want to be central to everything in Karratha - It’s right in the middle of town and it’s self check in. Everything’s simple and perfect
- Bernadette fae (1/5): Itchy bed - Easy check in I was up all night becoz the bed is so itchy i couldn’t sleep which is not a good thing coz i will be driving the next day 😔
- Leslie (10/5): -
- Bye (7/5): - I didn't realise there was breakfast.
