Our friends stayed in main location and us management sent to another location 15 minutes walk. When we arrived we stayed as homeless beside entrance until someone in this guest house let us in inside building , because they had same experience.Receptionist Monika tried to solved our problem, but said ,that manager has no solution for us to stay in same location. She ,and she only was helpful. If timing is important for you this place isn’t for you. We asked to have breakfast at 8am. Every day it was about 15-30 minutes later. On our last day we ordered taxi for 8:30am. We supposed to have our breakfast at 8am. We left guest house about 8:25am without breakfast and we met our housemaid outside, that just arrived.

• Okut (3/5): Scam - The location was close to many touristic attractions They told us our reservation was cancelled by booking due to card declination, but after we updated the card details everything was fine in the app. They said they made us another reservation, without informing us, to another location, for which we paid 300€ more and had no breakfast included. Since the transaction was operated at the location and without booking able to do anything, we couldn't get any money back.

• Canu (10/5): Ottimo soggiorno per una vacanza romantica a Roma - La struttura è collocata in un palazzo situato in una zona molto tranquilla e soprattutto centrale! Personale cortese, camera pulita, colazione super ma la vera chicca è la presenza della vasca idromassaggio! Trovarlo non é stato semplice ma il personale ha risposto subito alla chiamata e ci è venuto a prendere all’ingresso del portone

People were friendly and we were able to leave our lugguage. - The location was perfect for the places we wanted to explore, and also close to the no. 64 bus stop which runs through the city. Only 3 mins walk to the Piazza Nuovo. The bathroom was excellent. Very good breakfast was brought on a tray to our room.

In più con caldaia rotta al freddo e con acqua fredda e senza impianto antincendio!!!!!! Non mi sembra giusto aver speso con tasse € 591,00€ per dormire e prima colazione per non avere il posto richiesto. In più colazione con ciambella del supermercato!!!!!

• Jana (8/5): - Skvělá poloha k poznávání centra, personál pozorný, pečující, snídaně přinesená na pokoj jako příjemný start dne. Pokoj byl menší, ale dostatečný. Terasu jsme nevyužili. Najít místo ubytování není úplně snadné, není označeno na budově.

À 10 mn du Pantheon, 15 mn de la fontaine de Trévise, 30 mn du Colisée… Personnel sympa Difficile à trouver aucune indication sur la façade. Le logement se trouve dans un immeuble au fond d’une cour. Il y a du bruit le matin pour la préparation du petit déjeuner qui se fait dans le couloir. Petit déjeuner très moyen et toujours la même chose

También está muy cerca de paradas de bus para poder ir a los sitios más alejados. El personal era muy amable y agradecemos que entendiesen el castellano. El desayuno en la habitación un detalle perfecto. Suficiente para salir con energía a patear la ciudad. Como sugerencia, que tengan opciones sin gluten (en el pan) y sin lactosa ( en la leche). Pudimos dejar las maletas allí una vez realizado el check-out hasta las 18h. El lavabo del baño era excesivamente pequeño, tuvimos que poner una toalla debajo para no inundar el suelo.

Diversi ragazzi nei tre giorni presenti alla reception. Abbiamo chiesto una bottiglia piccola d’acqua a colazione per due giorni, mai pervenuta.

Dopo aver provato ripetutamente a pagare, contatto la struttura. Scrivo su Whatsapp, compilo il form sul sito, mando mail e telefono. Nessuno risponde. Arrivo in struttura e riesco ad entrare grazie ad altri due ospiti poiché ne il campanello del portone ne quello al piano servono a qualcosa: di nuovo, nessuno risponde. La morale è che ho dovuto cercarmi un'altra stanza in giornata, pagando ovviamente il doppio. Lasciare il cliente in balia di se stesso denota una mancanza totale di professionalità. Sconsigliatissimo

• David José (1/5): UNA ESTAFA - Nada, ni siquiera pudimos llegar a alojarnos. Llegamos y llamamos al timbre. Entramos y no sabíamos ni cual era el piso ni donde estaba (había más de 4 escaleras diferentes que salían del patio de entrada). Conseguimos hablar con el dueño y nos llamó tácitamente tontos porque según él no sabíamos llamar a la puerta. Tras decirle que íbamos a hablar con booking porque llevábamos una hora ahí y no nos daba indicaciones claras nos dijo que éramos unos arrogantes por ello y que bajaría una chica a por nosotros. Ella nos indicó que por un fallo en nuestra tarjeta le habían dado nuestra habitación a otra persona. Que ya no quedaban disponibles allí y que si pagábamos nos daban otra habitación en otro edificio a 10 minutos. UNA ESTAFA. A lo que nosotros, evidentemente, nos negamos. Es una pena que siga en booking porque si veis los comentarios en Google encontraréis que lo ha hecho más veces con más personas. NO OS DEJÉIS ARRUINAR LAS VACACIONES POR ESTA GENTE. Afortunadamente Booking nos ayudó a encontrar otro alojamiento y no quedarnos en la calle. No empañéis vuestro viaje a Roma por un alojamiento.

• beatrice (8/5): Consigliatissimo! - Ho soggiornato in questo hotel a Roma insieme a una mia amica e ci siamo trovate davvero bene. La struttura è in pieno centro, vicinissima a tutte le principali attrazioni, perfetta per muoversi a piedi. La camera era moderna, dotata di tutti gli accessori fondamentali, e soprattutto pulita. La colazione, abbondante e varia, ci è stata servita direttamente in camera. Anche il personale si è dimostrato sempre cordiale e disponibile. L’hotel non è semplicissimo da trovare al primo arrivo, quindi sarebbe utile una segnaletica più evidente.

Por decir algo, los colchones de los tres del dormitorio dos estaban un poco flojos y uno de ellos bien. Aún no tenían preparado para el frío y ha llegado este fin de semana.

• Paolo (7/5): Tutto sommato è stato un soggiorno piacevole. - Camera silenziosa e letto confortevole. Posizione strategica ottima. Non so so se ho sbagliato io nella ricerca, ma non si tratta di un albergo, bensì di un B&B. Il personale gentile e ospitale (all’arrivo, al momento della colazione e alla partenza). Ripeto non è un albergo.

The hotel itself is situated in the best location if you want to explore Rome and still have money for souvenirs :) All the sightseeings are clise enough (about 30 minutes by walk to Coliseum for example and Trevi fountain is in 20 minutes from the hotel) but restaurants and cafes are with normal and not touristic prices First time it's quite a quest to find but not a problem at all

• Märta (6/5): - Excellent location, 15 mins walk to the Vatican City and other places in Rome. Lots of nice cafes, wine bars and restaurants within a short walk. Clean room, good shower. Difficult to access/find when first arriving. No one at reception at arrival, had to wait outside for 10 minutes. Breakfast is served in the room, but forgot it the first morning, so had to go out and ask. No reading lamp in room.

• adriana (8/5): Agradable estancia en un B&B cercano a todo. - La ubicacion es excelente, a pasos de todo. . El desayuno es correcto, estoy conforme y la habitacion cómoda y limpia. Es un B&B que limpia la habitacion todos los dias. Llegamos de noche y no habia nadie para recibirnos porque el personal trabaja hasta las 20 hs. Nosotros no habiamos comprado aun el chip (recién vajabamos del avión) por lo que no teniamos internet y no podiamos recibir la comunicacion del anfitrión. El taxista del transfer que nos enviaron tuvo que hacer de nexo provocando su excesivo mal humor y maltrato a tal punto que pateo nuestras valijas. Solucionado esto, todos lo demas de nuestra estadia fue bueno,

Yasmin cea mai drăguță persoana care ne-a primit, foarte disponibilă, ne-a îndrumat, ne-a făcut recomandări excelente! Alături sunt 3 terase.Am mâncat la Trattoria da Luigi, dar ne-a plăcut mai mult la cea din capăt! Pizza foarte bună, recomand și specialitatea lor o friptură vită ce se topește în gură!

Per 264€ a notte....dai x favore non c'è luce di cortesia...le luci sono abbaglianti a led....no comment, il rivestimento della vasca si sono staccati, la maniglia della finestra si è staccata,.....la sola finestra ridà su un buco luce dive di fronte a circa 5 m di distanza sia tu che altri clienti possono vedere praticamente tutto a l'interno.... Che dire ??? Curare meglio i dettagli x favore ed effettuare un controllo di manutenzione.....prima di affittare una stanza a quasi 300€ a notte......
