- Haji Amit (7/5): Helpful staff at the reception - Easy access to shopping areas Breakfast is fair
- Jessica (3/5): Never staying here again. - That it's situated at a mall A LOT of things. Too many to name
- Gordon (8/5): - Location, just 10 mins walk from the airport but we had free transfer service provided by the hotel.
Friendly, helpful staff.
Restaurants and shops in mal under the hotel. Was able to get freshly cooked take away delivered to the room.
Pool looked nice though we didn't get chance to try.
Rooms comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Nothing.
Good for short stay.
- Gordon (7/5): - Walking distance from airport. Free airport transfer. Shopping mall with selection of food providers. Parking available. Helpful staff. Other transfers available at reasonable cost. Nothing. All was good for short stay.
- Maxime (10/5): - A deux pas de l’aéroport. Navette gratuite pour l’hôtel. Très grande chambre propre et confortable.
Très bon accueil de tout le personnel. Bon wifi. Petit déjeuner local très bon. Nous y avons bien dormi et bien mangé.

- Azmi ba (1/5): - Nothing All
- Shasya Mustapa (8/5): - The service is faster and the staff really easy to communicate, the building is literally a shopping mall and easy to find late night snacks cause the shops mostly close at 10.30pm/11pm. The tv only has three channels, I ended up watching only one channel tho and the wifi kinda lagged (sometimes it kinda buffers just watching one youtube short). Everything's fine.
- Mizz (5/5): - Lokasi Keadaan bilik dan bilik air yang mengeluarkan bau yang kurang enak.
- Jenny (7/5): Times Hotel Brunei is a great option if you need a simple, clean and reliable stopover -
- Nur Mazrah (5/5): - Just near to some shops, reataurants, sport complexs, banquet hall and aiirporr.
Decent breakfast. Besides hotel of a decade, not that spotless clean.

- Sahrolnizam (10/5): Definitely Times Hotel Brunei - Big room, big toilet, profesional staf's and swimming pool No free charge.
- Adisorn (9/5): Love this hotel if there’s a chance to stay near the airport - Friendly and helpful staffs. Surrounded by many cafes and restaurants. just 10mins away from the airport. Some furnitures are getting aged but it’s not a big deal.

- ivor (6/5): Handy hotel very close to airport - This was my 2nd payment for this room, rm334. I had arrived about 0115, 26th, and was due to check out at 1200, though my outgoing flight was not till 2100. At noon I decided to pay for more time in the room, as there was very little to do at the airport, or close to the Airport. I paid another 63 S$ thro Booking.com. after discussing things with the man at reception. However I quickly found out that another 5 hours would hv cost 40 S$, or another 12 hours, 50 S$, through hotel reception. I could have been advised about things better. Most people using this hotel are waiting for a flight. I would advise not to go to departures waiting area too earlier. 2 hours before maximum. I breezed thro security and passport control in minutes, then had a long wait. There was no resturant or fast food available and no duty free sales of alcohol or tobacco. I had a sandwich and iced drink at Starbucks, but primarily to use Starbucks WiFi for an hour. I then had the free Airports One Hour WiFi for my final hour. Note that I was here during Ramadam. There may be more things available after Ramadam.

- ivor (6/5): Good hotel, close to airport. - Arrived on flight from Bangkok at 0115 in morning. Driver waiting with my name on placard in arrivals. Free airport shuffle both ways. Hotel quiet. Very few guests at hotel, probably due to Ramadan. Room cool and hot water available. There is a swimming pool which I used and enjoyed. However it was only 1.2m deep. I have never seem the point of these shallow pools. They are too shallow for adults, but still too deep for young children, the children who tend not to have yet learnt how to swim. It was Ramadan. So the following would not apply outside of Ramadan. As it was Ramadan there was no breakfast buffet, and I had paid for breakfast on-line. On Checking In, I was shown a list of breakfast choices, and I had to tick what I wanted. I was about to go down for breakfast about 8am, when there was a knock on my door, with my breakfast tray, to eat in my room. However the hot food was cold, having been cooked much earlier. Had things been explained to me upon arrival, I would have selected cold choices. Breakfast remained uneaten. The evening dinner buffet looked very good value for money. However due to Ramadan, people ate later, which was going to be too late for me. Very poor view from my room 334, as it looked inwards towards interior of hotel. However the air-conditioning worked well, but might not have done so well, had i had a window that let the sun in. The TV seemed to have very few channels. Maybe I was not pushing the right buttons. I was not so bothered about the TV, that I wanted to call for assistance. My room was a long walk from the lifts. I wondered why as hotel was quite empty, that I had not been given a room closer to the lifts.
- LAK Siew (1/5): Bad - Airport shuttle arrangement I got bad bug bite
- Amalina (10/5): - The hotel is near shops, so there's no need to use a car to walk around.

- HAYDAR (8/5): nice and nearby - near to the airport nothing
- HAYDAR (9/5): -
- Syakirah (8/5): Best Holiday - The swimming pool The lift is far from our room
- HANIMASRA (6/5): Closer, nice & cafes - Locations are near the airport, surrounded by cafes & the free shuttle back & forth to the Airport It's time for the hotel to be refurbished and renovated to a new face, just like The Brunei Hotel. You should check out their new facilities & their new faces in the comfort room, spacious space, and cleanliness
- Amalina (8/5): - I like this hotel because it's close to shops, can walk there without needing a car 🚶♂️The kids can walk around safely inside the building without worry 😊. We'll come back again soon, Thanks There's only one room key, if possible, can we have two room keys? 😊

- sonny indonesia (9/5): HOTEL BERBINTANG TERDEKAT BANDARA BRUNEI - sarapan lumayan baik.....ikan laut enak sekali , sangat strategis , hotel terdekat dengan bandara dan di atas Mall , sangat convenient sekali, apa apa mudah , makanan dll dll. Kamarnya sangat luas untuk ukuran hotel sekarang. Air panas bagus, tekanan cukup.

- Keanu (8/5): Pretty good, affordable, free shuttle to airport, lots of food and amaneties nearby - The best part was the complimentary shuttle to airport! It really took the hassle out of our trip. Its also very affordable and the staff are very accommodating. The room was nice and clean. Be sure to bring international/brunei wall sockets otherwise no other fits. So many food scenes nearby. One of the main issue we had was the air conditioning, we tried turning up the heat as it got way too cold throughout the night but it only made the room colder. We ended up turning it off altogether

- Zahdiwany (8/5): Very good -
- melissa (4/5): - Skip this place. Even for $50 a night, the rooms are moldy and the furniture is thread bare. It just feels gross. Plus the “sound proof” rooms apparently do not take into consideration the outside wall and we got to listen to a crew playing with a gas powered leaf blower until 11:30pm then a asphalt packer until after midnight. RIGHT outside the window in the alley.
