All staffs are very helpfull and friendly. Ambience good. Parking lot very small but don't worry the staffs will help younto parking your car. Price OK worth it. Foods are nice.

- Nurul Huda (9/5): - This hotel is a gem. The location is strategic, easy to access to many places. We took the duplex room, which has ample space for me, my husband and my 2 boys (age 12 and 10). The boys took the upper floor and were pleased to have their own private space. Breakfast was okay. Food were tasty. Staff were remarkable. Always with a smile and ever willing to assist. Will stay here again whenever we are back in Bandung. The breakfast food variety was okay.. the only highlight for me the indomee sedap station. The others were repetitive. The pool is near the breakfast area. So it can be a bit noisy. Room was okay but was a bit dated. We asked about spa. Prices was good but the masseuse will come to the room rather having their own place. That was a bit of a turn off.

They also have a helpful assistant for each visitor which is easily reachable via WhatsApp to help you with anything you need throughout your visit. Location-wise, it is actually very great — right in the heart Bandung, close to many popular attractions and cafes. However, it was annoyingly noisy at night due to motorcycle traffic, especially if you are staying on the first floor. It would be great if the hotel could improve its sound insulation to minimize the disturbance. But overall, it was a lovely experience. Thanks!

The space is very cramped because of a large space given over to an (unused) children's play area. The swimming pool just outside means there is a lot of shouting that carries into the breakfast space. Staff were just standing around instead of being proactive.

- Menno_ (10/5): Modern stylish hotel with great breakfast - The quadruple rooms are huge and spacious. A good shower and solid wifi. The breakfast is in two shifts, so that the restaurant isn't overrun by people. This seemed to work rather well. We tried both shifts on different days and we had enough options and space to sit. Every day the breakfast options change and all of it is really tasty. Lastly, the location is pretty good. The big BIP mall is walking distance away. Nothing really.

The facility there was amazing such as they have welcome drinks to provide us while waiting for our room, they where really eager to help us out when we ask for it and lastly the breakfast was really good with all of that food variations it had. thanks a lot guys!

The vent in the shower room might not be strong enough to remove the steam from the hot shower.

- Tami (8/5): Very good - room was spacious, bed was very comfy and clean breakfast was less than mediocre. it would be better to stick with basics only and not overwhelm guests with choices that are bad. I would prefer fewer choices for breakfast but with great taste and quality, instead of too many choices and they're all bad
