The hotel was comfortable, well-maintained, and the overall service was excellent throughout my visit. What really made the experience memorable was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. I would especially like to thank Johan, Triangle, and Olivia for being so friendly, attentive, and helpful during my stay. Their warm hospitality truly made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to others. One downside was the swimming pool policy requiring a swim cap. It would have been helpful to know this in advance when booking, rather than finding out at the time of the visit.

- Koon Beng (6/5): - Staff of check-in counter and housekeeping were execellent. They understand our needs and attended expeditiously. Well done. We booked four pax but were given two sets of towels. Complimentary drinks were not available and safe in the room was not working when check-in. One of the lights was not functioning aftee two days. Luckily the housekeeping staff (a middle-aged Chinese lady) attended expeditiously.

Breakfast was incredible! Location is very good, near metro station (circle line). Pool was also awesome! Nothing much to say, actually

Probably the best is BREAKFAST offering a large variety of food options, from in house baked goods to hot kitchen a freshly made. International and Chinese. Appreciated the healthy options to get the day started Staff is very kind and professional. The only suggestion is to heat the swimming pool. It was freezing cold 🥶 Otherwise all was amazing
- Hui Yoong (10/5): Best hotel and one of my favorite - The hotel is very nice and modern, with a big room and great facilities, close to train station and shopping mall. The reception staff, especially Nancy, she was extremely friendly and helpful. All the staff greeted guests every morning and always made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying their stay. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, and definitely one of my favorites. N/A

- Kristin (8/5): It was alright. - Rooms are very spacious. Toilet too is very big I stayed for 4 nights and the staff collected RMB10,000 at the front desk. She mentioned that this is necessary as a deposit and the cost of the stay. I dun understand why such a huge deposit is required.

- Vanessa (8/5): Comfortable stay for family - Attentive and polite staffs. Good lounge timings. Room was uncomfortably warm despite having windows opened during winter. No robot deliveries available, hassle to come down to self collect.
- bakar (1/5): Ask Booking.com to intervene and return the security deposit that the hotel took unjustly. - Nothing The hotel is dishonest in its financial dealings and has taken the security deposit I paid without justification. I request that the security deposit be returned to my account.
- Shengjie (7/5): Good value for money. - The hotel is very good located, it is near by subway stations, very near to Beijing South Railway Station, near supermarkets and restaurants. The staff and the cleaning staff were doing excellent job. The room is very spacious, beautiful, and you won't hear other guests talking in comparison to many other hotels in China. Breakfast was good. We arrived in Beijing after 10+ hours flight at 6 and was at the hotel by 7, we were told there was no free room so even if we said we can pay half a day hotel rate it was not possible to check in. So we stored our luggage and went out and came back few minutes before the check in time at 2 p.m., at this time we were already exhausted. Hotel staff told us that our room was not yet ready, which I mean can happen. We thought we had to wait like 5 - 10 minutes, but NO, it was over 2 HOURS! No one checked upon us, no one was informing us whether the room was ready, no one gave us anything to drink, we sat in the lobby Cafe and ordered a tea that costs approximately 20 Euros, the tea was good though but I didn't need it especially when we were falling asleep constantly sitting there. There was no apologies and we had to ask every half an hour to know if the room is finally ready. So yeah, my advice to you is, at least if this happen to you, you should complain and receive compensation of some kind, because from consumer point of view it is a breach of contract that you cannot check-in to your room properly, since you definitely have to pay extra if you check out 2 hours later, don't you.

- Martha Elena (5/5): Imposible descansar en un hotel donde las noches se hacen eternas por la alta temperatura - La ubicación Las habitaciones tenían una temperatura que era imposible consolidar el sueño por más q pedimos q nos ayudaran se limitaron a poner un ventilador. Si bien estábamos en otoño donde la temperatura ambiente era fría, no por esto debe el huésped acomodarse a dormir a unas temperaturas controladas por el hotel porque el control de la habitación no permite graduar la temperatura a gusto de quien está hospedado… De toda mi estancia en China fue la peor opción dado que nunca pudimos descansar en las noches después de un día bien trajinado Uno paga para dormir con Confort cosa que su hotel fue imposible
