• Julia (7/5): Dobry hotel, ale na pewno nie jest to 5 gwiazdek. - Mieliśmy przeniesioną rezerwację z Anamar do Maistros Village więc ocenie ten hotel i zostawię tu opinie. Personel miły, gościny. Pokój czysty, sprzątany codziennie. Śniadania świeże i ciepłe. Basen czysty, a woda ciepła. Odpowiednia ilość kosmetyków do mycia w pokoju hotelowym. Bardzo słabe WiFi. Basen czynny krótko bo tylko w godzinach 11-19. Na basenie codziennie przychodziły osoby spoza terenu hotelu (lokalne dzieciaki), które zachowywały się głośno i paliły papierosy. Śniadania mimo że świeże to bardzo monotonne, codziennie to samo. Lokalizacja średnia. Brak rolet w oknach i ciężko przez to zasnąć bo nawet w nocy jest dość jasno.

The hotel had such a relaxing quiet energy and the staff were all really friendly and helpful on the days that I did want to leave the hotel. I was lucky enough to book the room with the private pool and I now don't know how I will survive another holiday without one. 10/10

• Laura (10/5): - Absolutely loved this hotel! Away from the craziness. Everything was perfect and the staff was amazing! Leah, Virginia, Alex and the breakfast lady (can’t spell her name) were so helpful and accommodating. They scheduled early breakfasts for us before early tours and late breakfasts for those who overslept. They arranged transport (drivers also were wonderful). Very good breakfasts.

• Marine (8/5): Hôtel d’aéroport pratique - Hôtel pratique non loin de l’aéroport. Grande chambre propre. Petit déjeuner de qualité. Le plus, la piscine. Ils ont été très arrangeant pour le déplacement sur l’île.

• Mahmuda (10/5): Excellent - The room was very spacious and the private pool was a nice addition to cool off in. We loved how close the beach was next to the hotel as well as the few restaurants and local shop nearby. The on site free parking was very useful and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - In tv non c è un canale italiano e non si riesce in alcun modo a cambiare lingua.Il bagno è privo di bidet.Il buffet, se così si può definire, è scarso sia come qualità sia come quantità di roba.Il costo del caffè espresso come le bibite del frigo bar presente in camera è eccessivo...ben euro 3 e 4!
• Cedric (4/5): - L’hôtel et mal placé, les chambres sont moyennes avec des infrastructures qui tombes en miettes, le service et très lent on a du attendre 1 heure un taxi pour l’aéroport et le personnel n’aide pas le client nous propose un taxi très cher sachant qu’il y a une station de bus à côté. Au final c’est convenable pour dormir un toit et un toit, mais pour passé des vacances somptueuses je vous le conseil pas.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - Struttura posizionata vicino all’aeroporto e ad una centrale elettrica, di conseguenza rumori continui di aerei e puzza di kerosene, servizio e pulizia delle camere squallidi, colazione deludente e poverissima dove un cappuccino costava 4,50€.Le porte delle camere erano più corte dei muri anche loro molto sottili si sentivano rumori già dalle prime ore del mattino assolutamente sconsigliato a quei prezzi si trova molto meglio e in zone molto più centrali

• Thileli (2/5): - Hôtel zéro étoile, une vrai arnaque Un hôtel qui ne doit pas figurer sur le site expedia, de plus avec 4 * Un vrai chantier, avec zéro équipement Nuisance sonore, cafard, chambre mal isolée, hôtel à côté d’une raffinerie qui tourne 24h/24 Pas de stores dans les chambres, pas de rideaux opaques, lumières vertes du bloc de secours dans la chambre, pas moyen de mettre la clim sans la réception, travaux bâclés, pas de lampes de chevet, pas de tables dans de nuit, pas de coiffeuse, pas de coffre fort Petit déjeuner insipide, les œufs en poudre réhydratés, tout les produits même frais à température ambiante, zéro fruit, Le café c’est de l’eau, pas de jus d’orange Une honte cet hôtel, comment il a pu avoir 4 étoiles et comment expédia a pu le référencer Je ne peux pas citer tous les défauts de cet hôtel Il n’y a aucun point positif, le personnel essaye de sauver un peu les meubles Ne prenez jamais cet établissement !!! Une arnaque.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - The first staffs that check us in and bartender were really nice and helpful. But other than that, our room wasn’t clean, there was urine stain on our toilets. I was really disappointed with our experience and would never go back.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Ok place! - The sink is outside of the restroom which was really weird and the bathroom shower floor was not good, it kept holding dirty water due to having the wrong side higher than it should have. The beds were not comfortable. And we couldn’t control the AC from our own room had to call the front desk to turn it on and off. TV in the room only had like four channels and nothing was in English. We don’t have the best of experience here. I wouldn’t recommend it.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - La struttura è quotata 4 stelle ma in realtà è un 3 stelle. La colazione è quasi inesistente. Non ci sono croissant, frutta, cioccolata, crostate e varietà di yogurt. Poi tra l'altro, la sera coprono con una semplice tovaglia i cereali e le fette biscottate rimaste e ovviamente passando l'aria diventano asciutte. Le camere sono abbastanza pulite ma la porte sono talmente vecchie che hanno bisogno di essere chiuse con forza, per non parlare che passano forti spifferi sotto alle porte. La piscina esterna è pulita e il personale è sorridente e disponibile. In conclusione SANTORINI SI qui no.

The hotel is not near the center of the city (Oia or Fira) but there is a bus stop walking distance.
