Ordentliche Zimmer wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommene Ausstattung, großer Aufenthaltsraum mit Wasserkocher für Tee und Kaffee, elektrische Heizung im Zimmer für kalte Tage. Rezeption nur für wenige Stunden besetzt, das angeschloßene Restaurant zeigt wenig Engagement für das Frühstück, ist weit entfernt von den Bilder bei Booking.com, Abendessen war gut. Im Vorfeld keine zuverlässige Informationen über die Benutztbarkeit des Pools.

• Melissa (6/5): Good because of the restaurant nearby - best duck ever!!! - Great location for hiking right on-site. A super delicious restaurant Tajinaste Del Refugio next door—the best duck I’ve ever had. Check-in was hassle-free using the code, making it very easy to handle. There’s a vending machine near the pool where you can buy drinks (sodas, alcohol, etc.) with a card. There is a pool, but it wasn't cleaned. The staff was never really around, which made check-out a bit of a hassle—but you can simply leave the key at the restaurant (see above).

• Laurence (8/5): Un havre de paix dans un magnifique paysage - Petit hôtel rural très sympathique, idéalement situé à Cruz de Tejeda, point central pour de magnifiques randonnées. Les transferts en bus sont peu chers et permettent d'aller à Tejeda et Roque Nublo. Le jardin et les deux terrasses sont très agréables. Un havre de paix. L'hôtel est propre et la literie confortable. Le restaurant français attenant à l'hôtel est un atout pour l'hôtel. Il est tenu par Ines une française très sympathique. Les repas sont copieux et goûteux. Manon au service est une jeune femme très professionnelle et très  agréable. Les chambres 5, 6 et 9 sont petites. La chambre 9 est très humide en cette période de l'année. Les salles de bain sont rudimentaires. Tout cela serait ok pour un hôtel rural si ce n'est que le prix de la chambre est élevé compte tenu du confort proposé.

• Luis (10/5): Finde estupendo. - Es la 3° vez que nos quedamos en el hotel, y nos gusta todo, personal super amable tanto la chica de recepción como en la cocina, en los desayunos han mejorado bastante y las cenas, con ese toque francés, buenisimas. • Ralph (6/5): Sehr gute Lage in den Berge - renovierungsbedürftig - Sehr gute Lage auf einem hohen Punkt in den Bergen. Ideal für Wanderer oder Auto touren, die quer durch das Gebirge gehen. Das Personal im Restaurant ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist massiv in die Jahre gekommen und bedürfte mal wieder einer Renovierung. Deshalb auch die schlechte Preis/Leistungsbewertung. Die Hälfte des Preises wäre für die Lage angemessen gewesen und dann hätte es auch mehr Sterne in der Gesamtwertung gegeben.

La sábana bajera era de las de arriba y se salía cada noche. Por la mañana del día que debíamos dejar el alojamiento (12h), la señora de la limpieza abrió la habitación sobre las 9:30h sin tocar la puerta. Nos despertamos asustadísimos.

• Mohammad (9/5): Wonderful - Its location is excellent and it is close to many trails. The hotel has a limited number of parking spots, but a large free parking is just 100m away. The breakfast is OK, but could be better. A resturant is attached to the hotel where they serve the breakfast (doesn't seem to belong to the hotel). The food quality was excellent but the volume of food was low.

• Lena (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft für Wanderungen - Die Lage ist top für Wanderungen - man ist aber auch gleich im Norden und Süden der Insel, falls man dem schlechten Wetter entfliehen möchte. Leider hat es geregnet, der Pool sah aber sehr einladend aus. Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut und das Personal wirklich freundlich. Leider waren die Betten wirklich sehr hart.

• Marina (9/5): Rural-pet friendly- only adults - PET FRIENDLY!!!! Es un pequeño hotelito de 10 habitaciones muy cuqui. Decoración rural con parqué, habitaciones con wifi y smart tv. Si vas con perrito, te preparan un bebedero, una alfombra y unas chuches para tu peludo. El restaurante Tajinaste hace unas cenas riquísimas y por supuesto tu perro está admitido. Si hay ruido en el pasillo se oye todo.

• Anne Helene (3/5): Svert spartansk - Beliggenheten var god for fotturer i fjellet. Ikke folk tilstede i resepsjonen og når det kom en snakket hun nesten bare spansk. Rommet var uten et eneste vindu man kunne se ut av og veldig skjevt gulv. I "restauranten" var det kaldt og ikke spes vennlig.

• Falko (4/5): Kleines Wanderhotel mit gutem Frühstück ohne Aussicht und nie wieder Garden Suite - Das Frühstück und das Essen im Restaurant waren sehr gut. Auch der Poolbereich war sehr gepflegt. Die Lage des Hotels eignet sich gut als Startpunkt für Wanderungen. Leider hat man keine Aussicht. Die gebuchte Garden Suite liegt zwischen der Küche , die von 07:15 -22:00 Uhr in Betrieb ist, und dem Haupteingang zu weiteren Zimmern. Vor dem Zimmer war eine öffentliche Terrasse. Das Zimmer ist tagsüber sehr dunkel und nachts leider hell durch die Aussenbeleuchtung hell erleuchtet. Die Ausstattung der Suite ist sehr einfach, Möbel sind teilweise reperaturbedürftig, und das Bett ist nur 1,80m lang. Es fehlt eine Garderobe und es gibt auch nur 4 Bügel m Schrank, so dass wir aus unseren Koffern gelebt haben. Für Wanderer die früh aufstehen, und als erste beim Frühstück sein wollen ist die Hellhörigkeit sicher ein Plus. Wer einen gemütlichen Urlaub sucht, der sollte sich ggfs. etwas anderes suchen.

• Marianne (8/5): Eenvoudig hotel, mooi gelegen. - Mooi gelegen, hoog op de berg dus een prachtig uitzicht. Enkel restaurants in de nabijheid. Voor het dorpje Tejada zelf moet je wel even rijden. Lekker ontbijt! Een koelkastje op de kamer had handig geweest, de kamers mogen iets gezelliger worden ingericht.

Je vais me faire un plaisir de démonter les commentaires du Routard 2025.-2026 qui m'ont un instant fair douter du bien fondé de ma réservation Ce n'est pas un hôtel pour randonneurs fatigués mais un havre de paix au milieu de la montagne où le personnel est aux petits soins pour vous. Petit déjeuner et restaurant le soir sont justes parfaits, copieux, variés et goûteux. Un lieu de convivialité est mis en plus à votre disposition avec boissons chaudes et un magnifique salon bibliothèque avec une vue imprenable sur la vallée environnante. On pourrait califier les chambres de vieillottes. Elles sont juste raccord avec le lieux, très confortables et cosy. Effectivement la piscine est petite mais suffisante pour se rafraîchir. Si on cherche une piscine olympique ce n'est pas l'endroit Bref ma fille et moi avons adoré cette petite pause de fraîcheur. Merci à tous pour votre gentillesse et votre accueil. Rien

• Margareth (8/5): Hotellet ligger supert til for utflukter i området. Restauranten hadde god mat👍 - Flott utgangspunkt for turer i området😊 Fikk et rom uten utsikt, lå på bakkeplan. Rommet ok, rent og ordentlig😊
• Sara (5/5): Regretfully disappointing - - Location for watching sunsets/hikes - Traditional furniture and common room for reading - Restaurant for dinner - The room was disappointing and definitely did not match the pictures. It was extremely dark and half underground, we could see people’s legs passing by. - The shower didn’t have a curtain and every time we showered the entire bathroom would get covered in water - No soap is provided, only shower gel. Also be aware that there is no fridge in the room (as indicated in the room description) nor in the common area. - The breakfast was quite basic (although the restaurant for dinner was very good) - I also didn’t appreciate that we were told we had to arrive before 5pm to check in (as online check in was not working), so we left the beach early and then arrived at 4.45pm with the reception already closed and a message that we could check in ourselves.
